Very helpful staff, wonderful breakfast (reserve ahead), loved the room and the location is great! The only slight issue was the elevator didn’t always want to work. It wasn’t a big problem for us but could be an issue if any mobility problems.

Nice room, Staff super friendly, breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip to Europe. The location is wonderful so close to museums and less than 10 minutes walk to some of the major attractions. Note that the elevator is really small and so are the stairs.

heel leuk uniek hotel met een victoriaanse uitstraling, ontbijt erg goed en alles geserveerd op rozenservies. de locatie midden in het centrum is perfect voor een dagje Brugge bezoeken. Alleen parkeren is best prijzig, de dichtstbijzijnde parkeergarage was vol en zo was het best een stukje lopen met koffers maar daar kunnen zij niets aan doen natuurlijk. we hadden er ook voor kunnen kiezen eerst langs hen te rijden met onze spullen maar dan moet je wel door drukke winkelstraten heen en ergens stoppen waar dat eigenlijk niet mag dus dat vonden we eigenlijk ook niet een heel geschikte optie in een super druk Brugge. Maar we zouden hier zeker nog eens terug gaan maar dan wat we meenemen qua spullen naar het hotel misschien nog iets reduceren.

It is a nice hotel, in a good location, but I can’t call it 4 *. It is like B&B. Room was Nicky fit sided , but so dark, I could only bread in the loo. The charging point was under a dude table , so now that have tongi on your knees. Breakfast was nice. but no special place to leave your luggage. They left it in the office , but when I came to collect it, it was all covered with dirty linen.,So no way 4 *

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The location was central. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day and return later to take a taxi to the train. The breakfast had a huge selection with a gorgeous area to eat. A small bar area which allowed you to meet friends and start your evening. Quiet to sleep and independent entry if you were out late. I would definitely stay again.

We found the room to be clean and tidy, and the bed was firm and comfortable for a good nights sleep. The windows open to allow in fresh air, which was nice for sleeping. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower, which was a nice feature not often found, the hotel staff was amazingly nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bruges.

Property was very outdated, sheets looked dirty. Towels were stained and old. Left cleaning supplies in my bathroom after cleaning. Is definitely not a 9.6 hotel. I hate writing bad reviews. People were very friendly though.

Lovely hotel and staff.Room was small, but fine for 2 nights.Nicely decorated, good air con and coffee machine with pods. Safe in the room. We could get BBC 1. Only a couple of minutes walk to main square, but in a very quiet street. Breakfast was perfect, smoked salmon, hot eggs and bacon, freshly squeezed orange and even prosecco if you wanted it. Only niggles were the little wall lamps at headheight over the bed which were difficult to avoid. Also the pillows were a bit small.

Wunderschönes Hotel. Super gelegen für ein Brügge Aufenthalt. Leider habe ich ein Zimmer ohne Fenster bekommen (wohl weil nicht direkt gebucht). Trotzdem war das Zimmer schön und ruhig.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is not 4 star quality however. The staff is abrupt and not as friendly as you would expect. Our maid service was horrible. I had to ask for shampoo and toilet paper! They did not make the bed properly. We had to redo it ourselves. I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast buffet is very nice, if you can stand the loud annoying music. Nice atmosphere, great location, rooms a bit too small for 2 people, even for Europe. I would not stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Biskajer. Lovely boutique room, not the largest but cosy with enough space for your luggage. A great selection of food and drinks for breakfast with friendly helpful staff who made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is within walking distance of all the major attractions in Bruges, just round the corner from a quaint little square by the canal. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be coming back next time I'm in Bruges! 😊

Staff were excellent. Nicole helped us arrange aa all day tour of Ypres area which saved us a lot of travel expense. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Great place to stay!

Great boutique hotel in Bruges. Excellent breakfast, nice staff and a short 5 minute walk from the central square. And as a bonus: one of the best beer shops (sorry the name escapes me right now but you can't miss it) in Bruges is only about 300 meters or so from the hotel.

Great location five minutes from main square in gorgeous Bruges. If you like modern this place isn’t for you. Old but classy decor, lovely staff with a wonderful breakfast in a very quiet square close to everything. Strongly recommend.

This is a lovely hotel about 5 minutes walk from the very centre. Check in was efficient and the little box of chocolates was a lovely touch. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious. The hotle doesn't offer evening meals but the choice nearby is varied and would satisfy most preferences. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice of warm and cold buffet. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We have stayed in many hotels in Bruges and this was as good as we have experienced. I wish we could have stayed longer. I will stay again if i return to Bruges.

A small charming hotel with a good breakfast included. A variety of hot and cold options and fresh, fresh bread. As importantly, the bed was so so comfortable! Hotel is very centrally located and it’s super simple to use public transport to get there from the train station.
