Staff was very friendly. Hotel was tiny and my room was the first one at the top of the stairs. It was REALLY quiet. No street noise and I slept with the window open. Had a view of the back alley which wasn’t great, but happy to trade a view for a clean, quiet room any day. Safe neighborhood and very walkable. Would recommend and would stay again. No hotel bar, just a few bottles behind the front desk. Just fyi!

Comfy bed. Coffee machine. Lift very well located for the central square. Parking onsite. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Their car park is only suitable for very small and narrow cars there is however a public car park about 50yds away which is actually cheaper. Trendy bathroom but you can’t fill the sink and the shower head is too heavy for the holder so you need to hold it the whole time. I would recommend this hotel though as overall it was a pleasant stay

Posizione spettacolare in centro a Bruges, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale. Facile da raggiungere, è presente un parcheggio a pagamento a pochi metri (circa 15€ al giorno). Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima!!!

Das kleine angenehme Hotel liegt nicht weit entfernt vom Marktplatz. Es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksangebot ist auch sehr gut. Einzig die sehr enge Einfahrt zu den vier eigenen Parkplätzen des Hotel ist nicht ideal.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a quick cab ride away from the train station at about 12euro. The room was very clean and it has a mini fridge, coffee maker, and a decent blow dryer. The city center is a less than 5 minute walk. There are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of foods. The staff was helpful in giving us suggestions and ordering cabs etc. It was a safe, clean hotel.

Rooms are extremely small and the bathroom is very poorly configured. We were unable to stand up to take a shower due to the slanted ceiling over the bathtub. When we were able to finally get the hand held shower head to turn on, there was very very little water that came from with it, it was a trickle.

Great location, staff, and breakfast. The room was clean and modern. Drawback was the size. There were two of us and no place to put the second suitcase. A person sitting at the desk blocked access to the bathroom. We worked around it and benefited from the great location, excellent staff, and great breakfast.

lovely hotel very close to the sights in Bruges. Breakfast had many choices, the room was spacious for Europe, the toiletries were luxurious, there was an elevator. The staff was nice and helpful. Bed pillow was a tall hard bolster -like thing.

Sehr geräumigesZimmer (waren zu dritt), inklusive kleine Küche. Das Badezimmer war auch groß mit zwei Waschbecken. Alles wirklich sehr sauber und top renoviert. Ich fand die Stadtnähe sehr angenehm, so dass man zwischendurch eine kleine Pause einlegen konnte. So konnte ich nachmittags die Beine hochlegen und mir einen Kaffee gönnen. Denn nicht nur gemütliche Stühle waren vorhanden, sondern auch eine Kapselmaschine. Der Kaffee wurde auch mehrmals aufgefüllt. Einer der besten Hotels...

Very high quality room and the setup was perfect for us with two small children (separate bedroom for the kids - Family Luxury Room). Close to the centre with all sights in walking distance! Only issue was that the WiFi signal in the room was very weak, essentially it didn’t work. Suggestion from the staff was there were internet service issues with the provider, but that wasn’t the problem. Being in the Aragon House building essentially had too weak a signal to connect. We used our mobile phones, for us and the kids, but this was not ideal due to the additional cost (we’re from the UK). Aside from that, it was a great hotel. If they fixed the WiFi (got themselves some signal extending hardware) then this would be a 5 star review :)

It’s a good hotel in a great location. Staff at the front desk were helpful albeit a little stretched at busy times so may need more staff to help them during peak periods. Overall a good stay, but I think it needs a few extra touches to claim its 4 star rating. The rooms are nice but you can hear absolutely everything through the door, walls and ceiling which leads to a very disruptive sleep. Also no robes in the room which would have been nice. No free bottle of water in room etc. These are extras for a standard hotel, but I’d expect to see them in a 4 star hotel.

We stayed at this hotel when we were visiting the Christmas Market. The location was excellent. A short walk to the main market and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was quiet and well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the drain in our bathroom and the had it sorted right away. Would definitely stay with them again.

The hotel doesn’t share on its website or on expedia that the family rooms are located in a different hotel altogether. They made us stay in Aragon House which is a serviced apartment nothing close to a hotel. We showed our disappointment to the person at the reception but she said she didnt have time to entertain us as she has a full day. We liked the location overall but would not recommend the hotel given the behavior of the staff and misinformation during the booking process.

The room was great - service could have been a tad better! I asked for some water at reception, only to be told I could go and purchase water from the bar!! Water is not an expensive commodity - next time just give the guest a glass or bottle of water if they ask!

The hotel itself is wonderful but the staff were the absolute stars. My backpack with my passport and medication was stolen on the train to Bruges and the staff here, led by Admiral, went beyond what one would expect. They helped me print out forms, instructed me where the police was located, set up a doctors appointment so I could get new medication, and called the German Embassy. To only give them 5 stars feels inadequate. While my experience in Brussels may have soured my trip, the staff here helped make the best of it. Their patience, willingness to help is remarkable. While I will avoid Brussels forever, I shall return to. Brugge one day…and hope to stay here. Rooms were fine, bed was comfortable, good amenities.

Hotel Aragon in Bruges was a great place to stay. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the Market Square. My room was comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade. The staff was friendly and helpful—even mailing a postcard for me. Very nice hotel. Great location close to the historic center but on a very quiet street. Both front desk and breakfast staff provided excellent service. Comfortable beds. Could have used a couple more convenient plugs for our devices. But would definitely stay here again. Some great restaurants close by as well as the free shuttle to the train station.

My wife and I stayed here from 21-24th November as we were visiting the Christmas Markets. The hotel was impeccable. Right on the market square, room was perfect. Food was beautiful and great choice, parking on site meant we didn’t have to worry about the car. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very friendly and more than happy to recommend places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars isn’t enough for this little gem.

Great little find. The hotel was really conveniently located to the shops and restaurants. There was a good car park only 2 mins walk away which was reasonably priced. The decor was very nice and staff very helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection! We will certainly return! Thank you

Fabulous location. Tight spot for parking but good to be able to book ahead. Room was tiny for a superior double. Hard to get around the bed with luggage for two but we weren’t in the room except for sleeping. Breakfast choice good but hot options not hot - Luke warm at best, often just cold. Reception staff very helpful.
