Last stayed here 12 years ago and decided to re-visit. The main building is beautiful with a lovely bar and a small cute garden for drinks in the sunshine. Bar service was great, restaurant not so much. Our room was not in the main house but in a separate little building by the main road. The stairs were so narrow and steep and would not be suitable for many. Getting luggage up and down was tricky. It wasn’t clear our room was here and if you wanted to use any hotel facilities you had to walk outside across the courtyard. I wouldn’t stay again on that basis and we never used the pool due to this. Good secure parking if you bring a special car.

Beautiful 4 star property. We had a large room, modern in an historic building. Super clean, great beds. We used the swimming pool and sauna. Great location, terrific cafes, coffee shop, and chocolate shop just down the block.

An excellent stay at the Navarra. The hotel is spotless and the staff are a credit to it. The hotel is situated a couple of minutes walk from the main square in Brugge and easy distance to the transport systems. After a hard day sightseeing and shopping you can relax in a very friendly bar being run by “Frankie”. He has a wealth of local knowledge and a very competent photographer. Thanks for the suggestions on photo locations.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und alles ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Besser geht es nicht. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, äußerst sauber und die Damen und Herrn an der Rezeption sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gilt auch für alle anderen Mitarbeiter.

Midi Room was a comfortable but rather small for more than a couple of nights stay. Room could do with night lighting for bathroom visits. Didn’t try breakfasts as seemed quite expensive for what may have been a continental. Jazz bar was nice for a late night drink. Pool was nice!

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the old town area. The hotel room is large with high ceilings. The room was really quiet despite being in a busy street. I would defiantly hear again.

We had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good, friendly staff. Our room had a slanted ceiling and it almost reached our heads. My wife felt claustrophobic and wanted to charge room. Only one small window and we paid good price. This is very disappointing.

The hotel itself is a converted from a mansion/guild hall. Our room, which we got for a good rate, was small, but very quiet, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. I used the pool, which was fun. It's in a cellar and has a lovely echo. You have to warn them half an hour before if you want to use the sauna, since they have to turn it on. Staff is polite and helpful.

The property is beautiful & old so the layout is odd. It is clean and in a great location within walking distance to the main sites. It is on a busier street however and the noise from the restaurants, people, garbage trucks was too much (they include earplugs in your room if that’s an indicator). You can find quieter hotels within the same distance to the main square as I have previously when in Brugge. The staff were generally nice, however, they force you to allow them in your room even when you have the sign up you do not want cleaning services that day. I had my trash cleared/maid service the day before when the very next day, while I was sleeping in, I got knocks on my door as well as a call from reception after I did not answer the door saying they need to take my trash out. I said u have my sign up plus I had it done yesterday & reception said they still need to empty the trash today. Also, they forced my fellow travelers to let them in their room to monitor & document the mini fridge contents. Every other day someone must come in to monitor the mini fridge regardless. They were also forced for cleaning when they had put their sign up that they did not want it. Overall, it’s pretty & clean, but not being able to be in my room on vacation without being disturbed, being forced to allow someone in when I’ve asked not to be bothered, and the traffic noise on the street it’s on, I would not stay here again.

This is a difficult review because most of the stay was fabulous. The room was comfortable, clean and well-laid out. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and felt like an oasis after a day in town filled with a million other tourists. The issue I had was before we arrived, we received a message through the hotels.com website saying the hotel could not pre-authorize our payment, so our room may not be available. I immediately called hotels.com to try to rectify the situation. Although I was unable to call the hotel directly I emailed them. Got another message telling me the credit card was invalid (they had a credit card that was not even mine). Hotels.com kept trying to reach them but the front desk said they were too busy to help. It was finally resolved after the third hotels.com rep asked to speak to a manager. It was very inconvenient because we were in another location, trying to enjoy it but I kept having to stop and call hotels.com. And, I might add that the front desk of the hotel was not very busy much of the time while I was there. Some training is needed. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Lovely hotel, great location and fantastic facilities (breakfast, spa and bar). Celine on the front desk was great, helping us out with lots of local knowledge and Frankie in the bar is a real professional and a great guy, he made us feel so welcome and makes an awesome cocktail. 100% would stay again.

Muy buen hotel, muy cerca de la plaza principal. Esto último permite regresar durante el día sin mayor esfuerzo. El servicio es lo que deja de desear. hotellet reklamerer med parkering ved hotellet, der er ikke tilfældet. ved ankomst fik vi at vide at det står der ikke noget om, den unge dame i receptionen sagde jeg ikke talte sandt da jeg fortalte at det stod i beskrivelsen (det står der stadig, men passer ikke) vi spurgte efter et bykort så vi kunne finde et parkeringshus et sted, vi fik henvist et QR kode der kommer godt nok også mange parkeringshuse frem men når men ikke kender byen hjælper det ikke meget. mest ved et held fandt vi et et kvarters gang væk til en rimelig pris. en dårlig start. dejligt morgenbord dog med daggammelt brød om sandagen. lidt slidt hotel.

Probably sixth or seventh time of staying at this hotel. Very convenient for town center with enough facilities for most stays. One problem, i always book careful to mention my mobility problems so no stairs, long walks or high floors. Unfortunately these conditions had not been met this time and, after inspecting the room initially offered, we caused problems by having to request an alternate room. Never mind, they sorted problem in the end1

A lovely old building, tastefully decorated with history. Loved the big radiators. Downside, no restaurant except for breakfast. Bar not open until 4pm, minimal bar snacks and mini bar in the room, very mini.

Breakfast was awesome! However, the croissants & pain au chocolat weren’t as fresh as I had hoped. Nevertheless, they had other bread options that made up for that. the eggs, sausage & bacon and juice options were excellent. Marion & Brigitte at the front desk were very hospitable. Excellent property. Close to the Market and other attractions !

It is a lovely hotel, less than 5 minutes walk frim the centre of Bruges. The rooms were lovely. Very clean, spacious and very well maintained. Breakfast was good with full English and Continental options .
