Great property, very centrally located. There's no parking available directly at the hotel, but there are public lots very close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, and were great about making recommendations. All in all, this was a really great place to stay, and was significantly more affordable than other properties in the area.

Postive; the property is well located near the Belfort and close to the Train Station. Everything is within a short walking distance. Staff was super nice and helpful. Negative; the property needs much work in terms of maintenance (lift did not work) and common areas are full of clutter. The bathroom in the room smelled like potato peels. The hotel is very convenient to all the places nearby and the lovely Christmas market. The staff is super nice and it was really simple to check in. They have lift which makes it easier to get upstairs. I also really enjoyed the tea and hot water maker in the room. Lovely hotel :)

Fabulous budget hotel. Staff were so friendly and efficient. Spotlessly clean. Lots of steps to our room which was fine for us but check if you have mobility issues. Practically on the major market square should perfectly placed to explore beautiful Brugge. Decor not perfect reflected in the two star rating. Would definitely book again but directly with the hotel or other site as the app on this site is not good and communication to the property was impossible so had to email direct. Enjoy!!!

Otel konumu outlet e çok yakın hemen alışveriş sonrası dinlenmeye geçilebilir. Tren istasyonundan yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı dahil konaklama yaptık kahvaltısı güzeldi. Aile odası en son kat internet erişimi maalesef yok düzenlenmesi gerekiyor. Asansör yok merdivenler dar ve dik yukarı eşya çıkarmak zor ama çalışanlar yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederiz.
Otel konumu outlet e çok yakın hemen alışveriş sonrası dinlenmeye geçilebilir. Tren istasyonundan yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı dahil konaklama yaptık kahvaltısı güzeldi. Mala experiencia al encontrar garrapatas en la cama 04:15 hrs me picaron en espalda y brazo, capture 2 vivas, las lleve a recepción y el gerente en lugar de dar solución evadió su responsabilidad y pidió revisaran mis maletas y cada una de mis prendas incinerando que yo llevaba las garrapatas, después de 2 hrs y de no encontrar nada simplemente dijo que no es su responsabilidad, está mala experiencia la compartiré con el mundo publicado imágenes de los piquetes, de las garrapatas, de cómo revisaron mis maletas y de la fachada del hotel para evitar que alguien más pase por lo que mi esposa y yo pasamos

Perfect location for visiting Bruges! Staff was welcoming and inviting. Location right in one of the main hubs of the city. Lots to do and eat within a 3 minute walk out of the hotel's lobby. We had a fantastic time staying here! Only note is that the room was a bit stale and dusty and my wife had a hard time with her allergies while we were staying here.

Excelente ubicación del hotel, a unos metros de la plaza principal y las tiendas. Gente muy amable en la recepción. No es primera vez que me hospedo ahí precisamente por sus ventajas de ubicación, pero en esta ocasión la habitación que se me asignó estaba justo al lado de un restaurante bar, que cierra hasta pasada la media noche, por lo que no fue nada fácil descansar por la noche. Wifi falló, solo había señal en la recepción.

La habitacion es amplia, pero huele insoportable a humedad, muchos moscos si abres la ventana para ventilar, no tiene aire acondicionado, instalaciones muy antiguas. La recepcion del hotel es mala, nos dieron la habitacion 2 horas despues de la supuesta hora de entrada (3 pm), aun que les avisamos que llegariamos a tiempo, falta de personal de limpieza. La ubicacion es muy buena.

The strongest point of this hotel is its central location, just a couple of minutes from the main square. It was wonderful to sip coffee in the morning while watching the Belfort medieval bell tower from the window; this is something you cannot see every day. The receptionist was very kind and friendly, and check-in ran so smoothly. The room was clean but extremely narrow. I could barely walk between the bed and the wall. The washroom was the narrowest I have ever seen in a hotel, with a surface of perhaps just a couple of square meters. Sink, shower and WC were contiguous with very little space left. I could basically stand or sit on the WC but not walk. The washroom was located just behind the bed and the door was not closing, so I needed to hold it to have privacy. The room was hot but with no air conditioner, so I did not sleep very well. The cost (163,18 euro/night) was too high for a single room in such conditions, even in high season (9-10 September). I will not go back to this hotel, unless I find no better options.

The hotel was nice. We stayed in the Family room. It had a room with a big bed with shower, kitchen, and three bwds with the toilet. Typical European hotel with no AC so it got warm at night. They did provide 2 fans that were uaeful. The weird thing was when you were in the shower, it would be fine, thwn go scolding hot. You had to rurn it all the way cold or it would stay scalding hot. Nithing ro reall complain about. The location to the main square was perfect. Just a 2 min walk if that.

Excellent emplacement en plein cœur du centre historique , accueil agréable et personnel en réponse aux demandes et réactif. La chambre familiale était propre mais la cuisine datait de mon arrière grand mère avec des installations pas aux normes, du matériel cassé de partout ...pas très ragoûtant !!.. La réception est un horrible capharnaüm qui tient plus du dépotoir ou du placard à balai que d'un lieu d'accueil!!! les installations ne sont pas entretenues, les communs vétustes et l'insonorisation inexistante avec en prime une clientèle douteuse qui consomme des substances peu recommandables..Un cocktail parfait pour des routards peu regardants mais pour une famille?!?

Mala experiencia al encontrar garrapatas en la cama 04:15 hrs me picaron en espalda y brazo, capture 2 vivas, las lleve a recepción y el gerente en lugar de dar solución evadió su responsabilidad y pidió revisaran mis maletas y cada una de mis prendas incinerando que yo llevaba las garrapatas, después de 2 hrs y de no encontrar nada simplemente dijo que no es su responsabilidad, está mala experiencia la compartiré con el mundo publicado imágenes de los piquetes, de las garrapatas, de cómo revisaron mis maletas y de la fachada del hotel para evitar que alguien más pase por lo que mi esposa y yo pasamos

Great property, very centrally located. There's no parking available directly at the hotel, but there are public lots very close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, and were great about making recommendations. All in all, this was a really great place to stay, and was significantly more affordable than other properties in the area.

We stayed here between Christmas and new years and it was the best choice. Close to the center of everything, the staff was so incredibly nice and had the best recommendations. Highly recommend it you’re looking for a place to stay. We’ll definitely be back.

For an overnight stay,a bed is all you need. Small room for 2 people but adequate. Staff could not have been more helpful. Very polite and offered help and advise on seeing some of the city. Check in very efficient.

Perfect location and comfortable room. I enjoyed hearing the bells but there was a lot of other noise at times from the terrace below my room and also from other rooms. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

This place is basically at the main square. Amazing location. We love how close this is to everything. Walking distance to every main attraction, markets and shopping. Hotel is a bit dated but for what you get, I would stay here again. Bathrooms are smelly, like bad sewage fumes but for sleep only, this place is perfect.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Main part of the room was good, but the bathroom was cramped and needed minor repairs. There was a lot of noise from corridors, stairs and other rooms until late evening.

Fantastic location right off the square. Good space for a family to spread out, friendly service. Was a little noisy due to the bar downstairs but we were all so tired it didn’t impact us too much. Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.

It was right in the middle of the old town. Very convenient a d allowed me to walk everywhere. The only issue I had was the constant banging during the night. Not sure what it was.

The hotel is brilliantly situated just seconds from the main square. There was no breakfast at the hotel although this wasn't a problem. The unusual thing about our room was the bathroom. It was exactly like a bathroom on an overnight ferry. The beds were large and comfy. Overall, no complaints

The good: great room, fantastic location, good bathroom, efficient wifi, very comfortable bed, loads of space. The bad: no breakfast, a bit dated/basic/quirky, needs a new kettle. Nearly didn’t book because of the other reviews. Really glad we did. Perfect spot for 4 days exploring in Bruges!

Excelente!!!!!…queda a unos pasos de la Plaza Mayor…está todo cerca!!!! Las camas y almohadas son blanditas y limpias. Baño y ducha limpios. Calefacción en este tiempo, pleno invierno…100 de 100. Las personas que atienden en la recepción muy agradables…y los desayunos son maravillosos. Además tiene terraza para quienes fumamos. Café, te, azúcar y leche a toda hora. En resumen todo fantástico!

Otel konumu outlet e çok yakın hemen alışveriş sonrası dinlenmeye geçilebilir. Tren istasyonundan yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı dahil konaklama yaptık kahvaltısı güzeldi. Aile odası en son kat internet erişimi maalesef yok düzenlenmesi gerekiyor. Asansör yok merdivenler dar ve dik yukarı eşya çıkarmak zor ama çalışanlar yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederiz.

Très déçu de cet hôtel, les photos sur le site sont trompeuses . Acceuil dans un local qui ressemble plus à un entrepôt que autre chose, chambre petite et vieillotte avec des équipements électriques qui ne sont pas aux normes ( radiateur électrique des années 70 accroché en l'air et branché sur une prise standard !!! ) Salle de bains qui serais idéale dans un bateau. Pour le petit-déjeuner , il faut aller le chercher à l accueil et c est du café en dosettes avec un pain au chocolat et un croissant qui date de la veille, enfin bref, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

The hotel was nice. We stayed in the Family room. It had a room with a big bed with shower, kitchen, and three bwds with the toilet. Typical European hotel with no AC so it got warm at night. They did provide 2 fans that were uaeful. The weird thing was when you were in the shower, it would be fine, thwn go scolding hot. You had to rurn it all the way cold or it would stay scalding hot. Nithing ro reall complain about. The location to the main square was perfect. Just a 2 min walk if that.

My friends and I were staying for just 1 night in Brugge and we wanted something reasonably priced right in the city centre. And this did the trick 100%. Not the fanciest but if you want that splash the cash and look elsewhere. This did the job. Staff were lovely. Room was clean enough. Perfect location.
