Crown Paradise Club Cancun - All Inclusive

Room Condition was perfect. Everything is good except that the facility doesn't maintain their entertainment equipments like billiards and foosball tables which are broken and not in good condition. That's why I won't give 5 stars.

Not great giving directions but once settled in staff was amazing yanely server is awesome Mary hostess at Wayne’s boots steakhouse was great too Carlos and Roger bartenders are amazing food is just ok at buffet restaurants are better you have to up on the site at 8am to make reservation the adults only pool and club lounge are the best areas if not traveling with kids beach has lots of waves and seafood best time is morning after they clean it up

We had an amazing time with family at this resort. It is outdated a bit but the staff go above and beyond in making sure everything is absolutely spotless! The pools were awesome. There were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach. The restaurants were great! The buffet had a lot of options for every meal, our fav was the smoothie station at breakfast! Kids really enjoyed the water slides and their kids paradise center was fantastic. The beach was the winner though! There was absolutely no seaweed and the water was super warm and calm. It was a great trip!

Cons: Entertainment Pool area music and entertainment Food options Pro: The lovely ladies in the main gift shop!

This was a nice all inclusive resort for the family. The kids loved the slides, pool and futsal/soccer court. The resort could use some updates especially in the game room. Food was average. Staff was excellent.

Pools and activities were amazing. Food options were great. Kids had a great time. Suggestion to open up another bar in second building

My 1st time in Cancun. Beautiful place, loved the swim up bar at Adult pool and bartender Luis. . Numerous security staff. Only disappointed thing was the buffet. Main restaurant was closed for remodeling. Staff all wonderful and friendly. I’ll be back

Staff were courteous, but the facility is run down and needs some maintenance. Waterslides were not working, several restaurants were closed. Games room activities were broken.

Outstanding facility, would like pools to be open later in evening.

The entire facility is worn. You can tell its a bit of an older property. The staff is friendly and there are many options to keep the kids busy! Activities in the main pool is lacking. I would have liked an active and involved activities team. Most places the team learns your name, says hi every day, and there are all day activities. This is the first place i have stayed that lavked that. Two of the four water slides were closed the entire week. If you dont set an alarm and book your dinner reservations within minutes of the online system opening up each morning you will not get to eat anywhere but the buffet. Overall, it was fun and we would go back, but could use some improvements.

Room was clean, staff was amazing, on the beach the view is beautiful.

Worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. The kids’ water park was closed, the food was terrible, pool bathrooms were disgusting, rooms smelled awful from bad plumbing, and security was nonexistent (people coming from the beach to sell drugs and steal). The only good thing: the staff. Everything else was a total disaster. Long review in English with emojis ⭐ Worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t waste your money. ❌ No coffee shop – something so basic, yet missing. ❌ Kids’ water park CLOSED – the only reason we booked this place. ❌ Food was awful – only 2–3 decent dishes, the rest terrible. Pizzas, burgers, cheese… all disgusting. ❌ Pool bathrooms = 🤢 always flooded, filthy, and gross. ❌ Rooms on the ground floor smell horrible due to bad plumbing. ❌ Security is nonexistent – people walk in from the beach to sell drugs, steal, and use the facilities for free. ✅ Only good thing: the staff, very kind and hardworking. Everything else A complete disaster. 👎

We had issues with the A/C unit not cooling properly and a moldy smell in the room. Our rooms were not ready upon check in time, and we had to change rooms multiple times. Restaurant reservations are almost impossible to book. The food and service at the restaurants was excellent. Food variety at the buffet is ok but presentation and quality is very poor. Overall hygiene is poor in all the areas. The staff at the resort tried their best, but there were many unnecessary policies and procedures. However, there were many fun activities throughout the day, especially the Michael Jackson show, which was outstanding.

Absolutely terrible from the moment we walked in. Took almost an hour just to get checked in, and when we finally did we decided to go to the buffet after a long day of traveling because our room was not ready. Walk into the buffet and immediately started sweating because it was so hot. The food was sub-par at best but the wait staff was great. We finally made it up to the room only for our bracelets to not work so we had to go all the way back down to get them reset and back up to the room. We open the door and a wave of mildew and mold smell greets you on the way in, everything is soaked from condensation in the room the bed, the towels, the floor and it made the smell worse. Everything was dirty and broken. This was supposed to be an upgraded suite. Absolutely no way I was keeping my pregnant wife and daughter in that room much less the hotel. Go back downstairs and the staff is unwilling to do any accommodation for us so we asked for a refund and were unwilling to help because we booked through a third party. Literally said “we can do early check out but you won’t have a refund and no money for a new hotel”. We ended up canceling the entire week we were supposed to stay there and booked anothert resort that was beyond our expectations.

The room had roaches. Everything smelled like a wet rag.

Room was not clean at all. Bathroom door lock was broken resulting in getting locked out. Room service never answers the call

I appreciated the staff, they were so kind. We had our AC that was not able to be fixed and we switched rooms but they were so quick with it regardless of the unfortunate situation

Our room smelled terrible! Very dank and musty. The crew were spray painting every day and the fumes went straight to our room. We had to sleep with the balcony door open.

Arrived at hotel. Bell boy took our luggage right away. We waited about an hour in line to check in. This was the hardest part. We got our room next door to a new hotel being built. Construction was loud. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping great. Friendly staff. Lots to do for families. Overall great experience. Pools were always full. If you tip your server by the pool. He will never forget you. I would go back.

The pools we nice and clean, our room was on the second floor and the beach view was ok. When checking in I asked to be placed on a higher floor and they said no rooms available I booked for 2 double beds and I ended up with a king size bed and a set of bunk beds. We were inconvenience by the room beds.

We stayed in the honeymoon suite. The view was spectacular although the windy conditions made it almost impossible to enjoy the deck since everything would blow away. The bed unfortunately was as hard as a brick - like sleeping on wooden boxes. Our housekeeper was awesome-she would ask daily if we wanted the room freshened up-unfortunately I did not get her name. The food was not as good in the buffet as it was the last 2 times we were there. The Italian restaurant was awesome-glad they are removing the need for reservations since it is a hassle to get on right at 8 am to book them. The elevators in the building we were in were always acting up and slamming on you if you didn’t get on immediately- very dangerous. Very good shows but PLEASE add air conditioning or even fans - you are so overheated by the end of it.

A/C was not working for the bedroom, and there’s very limited areas around the resort with A/C. The line for the buffet was always very long to get in due to limited seating. The food was okay.

The property was clean and well-kept. Plenty of pools for swimming for adults and children and the whole family. Plenty of dining options everything was conveniently located downstairs but you must make dinner reservations at 8 AM for that evening we enjoy the VIP option and the lounge upstairs.Jerry and Maria make you feel like family..We love the hospitality of all the staff! David and Yanelli at the buffet are so fast and attentive! There is entertainment at night as well as activities during the day. Love the CrownParadise it is home away from home. Great for families with children or there is an adult only vip option

Crown Paradise has the kindest staff you go there a couple of times you get to meet them they like your family you get amazing service at the buffet. It was section 4 this year my buddy Rubicel and Neves !! Jole and Ernesto by the pool is so prompt so friendly and always a step a head

As I pulled into the roundabout to check in the security guard told me I couldn’t park there even to do check in. Really? So what is the roundabout for? Then I moved car to open spot next to lobby, nope that’s for taxis and I was shoo’d away as well. Awesome first impression Crown Paradise. Guard was rude about it, mind you I speak fluent Spanish and am a pretty down to earth guy so it takes a lot to offend me. Not cool. As others have mentioned this property is old and dilapidated. The restaurants were all dirty, the booths weren’t clean and had visible stains. All the restaurant food was terrible. They served us cold steaks and the worst ceviche I’ve ever had in my life no joke. Our room patio door had no outside handle, and the bathtub in our room did not work and only slowly leaked out water so it would take over an hour to fill it. The safety rail outside on our patio was not securely bolted into the dry wall so if you leaned on it you’d fall to your death, mind you I have a 6yo daughter so I was pretty ticked about the state of our room. After 10hrs of travel I absolutely love getting to my hotel room and having to call maintenance and have them fix problems that any good hotel manager or hotel personnel should already have attended to. Shows a clear lack of attention to the property. Service was terrible. Spa jacuzzi is lukewarm at best. Shower no pressure. Most are unhappy working there. Reyes at pool however was delightful & very kind to our family. - Mr. Fargo

David at check-in was either having a bad day or is just hostile by nature. Kept trying to tell me to have my elderly parents start their check-in with his colleague even after I explained that I would be checking into both rooms. After telling him I don’t mind doing it back to back or even shifting over to his colleague, he proceeded to toss staplers around and slam the POS machine on the counter. Not a good start to our family vacation with the hostility given. The only good thing about the food was that no one got ill from it. Lacked variety and flavor. If you enjoy slop and eat just to sustain life, then have at it, otherwise steer clear. Beds were rock hard, if you didn’t need your room serviced but attempted to call just for bottle water refills to the mini-fridge they’ll treat it as room service and want to charge for it.

We the most horrible check in experience with the front desk staff yelling and pretty much kicking as out, very unprofessional and unwelcoming

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Crown Paradise Club. All of the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and very personable. Reyes, Joel and the kids club staff were a pleasure to meet and very helpful. Roberto who hosted the entertainment was especially a highlight! Will return again.

Good for family with small kids. Not too far from airport and the views are incredible except for some construction on one side of resort but it wasnt even a bother at all.

Liked the proximity to the airport. Staff members were nice and helpful . Food not so good, buffet was pretty basic, not too many choices, same thing everyday. Thankfully we had the option of dinner reservations so we took it everyday. Best choice was the steakhouse. Beach is pretty, bad part is that they don't clean the seaweed , I've been to other places were they rake it and pick it up, not here. Entertainment almost nonexistent. Love México but next time we will stay at a different place.

no le doy un excelente porque falta mantenimiento, en especial en los elevadores, fuera de eso creo que es agradable para pasar en familia, es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí, todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar eso es lo mas atractivo y si vas en una buena temporada sin sargazo te puedes meter al mar y se disfruta mucho.

Great resort. Great service. staff work at the food are very pleasant and hard working people 5 star Rooms are clean and service good. Its far away from downtown or other shopping areas. 0over all love this resort and recommend.

I recently stayed at this property for eight days, and while there were some ups and downs, the biggest highlight was the incredibly kind and honest staff. We had an incident where our wedding rings were accidentally left in the safe, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we got them back safely. The resort itself is on the smaller side, which could be a positive for travelers who prefer something more low-key. Unfortunately, even though we booked two rooms and requested them to be side by side in advance, the only way to make that happen was to downgrade our rooms. We were not offered any upgrade options to accommodate this request. The check-in process was very long, nearly 2 hours, which was frustrating after a day of travel. As for the dining experience, I found the buffet food to be underwhelming, and I really disliked the process of having to log in daily at 8 AM to reserve spots at the specialty restaurants. For an 8-day stay with two rooms, it made planning meals together very inconvenient. That said, if you do get a reservation, the food at the specialty restaurants is definitely worth it. One amenity we were looking forward to—zip lining—was closed during our stay, which was disappointing. However, I did appreciate how close the resort was to the airport and the easy access to local buses for exploring the area. The public bathrooms near the pools and beach were not very clean. Overall, I would recommend this resort for a short stay (around 3 days)

Excelente para vacaciones con niños, tienen multiples actividades para ellos y toboganes muy divertidos, la comida muy rica en el buffet y los restaurantes, aunque hay que reservar con un día de antelación. Lo único que no me gustó es que para el mini golf tienes que esperar mucho para que te den el material y en ocasiones no te quieren atender para dártelo con alguna excusa, de igual manera la playa muy sucia, llenísima de sergazo, sé que eso no depende del hotel pero no estaría mal que de vez en cuando recojan lo que está en la arena porque apesta. La ubicación es muy buena, fácilmente puedes tomar transporte público para ir a otras partes de Cancún, la mayoría del personal super amable, en especial Geovani, quoen nos recibió, atendió nuestras dudas y ayudó con las maletas y a pedir transporte al salir.

Convenient location, plenty of food choices. Booking the restaurants can be a hassle for some people. the beach is beautiful, but narrow, the umbrellas and beach chairs could be a lot nicer and prettier. Adding some beach sports might be good. Rooms are very clean, great ocean views. it's freshly painted, the smell is strong for me. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

I would like them to have more food options instead of just specialty restaurants, perhaps including more buffet options for variety, as currently there is only one and limited snack choices.

Very busy hotel. Waited for 40 mins to check in …. The restaurant reservation is tricky. You cannot go to restaurants except for the buffet until you reserve before a time during the date. Some restaurants including the French one is adult only. So for those who bring young kids the French one is not good . Therefore, the choice is limited left for us. Buffer is so so. For instance there is no juice for dinner. The Italian restaurant is good. We booked it for our last day.

We booked this resort for a family reunion. There was 19 of total. This resort was not equipped to handle any volume of people. There was only 1 buffet that served breakfast and lunch and there was a wait every time to just get it. The staff would make a fuss to seat us every time and were not friendly at all. The food was a 2/10 at best. Not much variety and they would serve left overs from breakfast for lunch. You had to book the a la carts for dinner every morning from 8-10am and it was a race to get a booking and most times the restaurants had blackouts and would be closed. Even when we booked the a la cart, our family would not be seated together and the staff were annoyed that we had a large party. The food wasn’t great for a la cart and the plates and silverware were not very clean. They always had a smell of eggs. The rooms were disgusting and outdated and not what the pictures show. We had 5 rooms booked and ALL of them had stains on the chairs, beds, the showers and tubs were stained, there AC vents were covered in dust and lint. They would remake our beds using the same sheets and not provide fresh sheets especially if they were dirty. The zip line and wall climbing was only open from 2-5pm everyday and most days the staff were late and annoyed when they saw a line up of kids waiting. 2 days we were waiting over an hour for a staff member to come. There was always a wait at the snack bar to get fries. Pool towels had a smell. Overall would not come again.

Some staff are very nice, the restaurant site doesn’t work well. The buffet it is the same everyday. For food I will give one star

The food is horrible and the restaurants require a reservation but they are all booked up by the time share members it's impossible to get one. It opens at 8am and I was on every day at 8am and couldn't get one for the 5 days I was there.

Very disappointed about the reservation for dinner, always had a trouble finding reservations.

Food was terrible everywhere

Not a fan of the reservation process to get food. Staff was rude about changing times and if you weren’t awake right at 8am good luck getting a time you want or a time at all. Constantly saw empty tables yet if you asked them they were full every time. Also, impossible to set up a reservation to eat with your family in another room. Worst process ever.

The rooms were clean, the food was good. Only thing I wish was better was the availability to make reservations for the restaurants on site.

Nice, clean rooms great views wonderful staff. The buffet is definitely lacking. In my opinion I’ve seen it do better. The food is the main complaint. Also, the hamburgers are cold at the poolside and the french fries are nonexistent. They never cook them I ask and they say 15 or 20 minutes and I come back and they say 15 or 20 minutes and they never have any And that’s just the basic. They don’t have any towels most of the time either.
