Once again not happy that the lifts are not working. But this time they were able to give me a ground floor room. Again, nice comfortable room, couldnt hear no outside noise only when i had the window open. Missing small jug to pour water into iron, had to use a glass and water spills on the floor. The freezer section needed defrosting. Also on a few nights, it got chilly not happy that i could turn on heating or be given an electric heater knowing english can change rapidly. Apart from that, lovely to have a small kitchenette with all cutley etc. A large shower, blackout curtains, didnt like the position of the desk to the tv, as i cant see the tv screen from the desk. Receptionist staff very friendly and helpful.

Stayed 3 days, would definitely stay again. The staff were friendly and professional. There is everything for a home from home stay. Beautiful interior designed room with fully equipped kitchenette including microwave and dishwasher. All the essentials,TV hair dryer, iron and ironing board, super comfy bed, Wi-Fi, grab and go croissants for breakfast in reception. 5* accommodation without the 5* price tag.

Superb place to stay if you’re going to Rock City. It’s literally next door. Great staff and a little shop of sorts selling snacks and juices to take to your room. A mean to cup coffee machine and pastry in the morning is a great touch.

Brilliant Hotel with underground parking which was £10 for 24 hours. 5 minute walk to the shops. Right next door is the famous Rock City and we did wonder if we’d hear any noise from this but absolutely nothing at all and we stayed on a Friday night when it was open, our room was on the same side as Rock City and our window was in vent and still no noise at all. The facilities in the room were amazing it was like a mini apartment with a kitchen and everything you would need in it, fridge with freezer box, hob, pans, plates, cutlery, kettle, kitchen sink, dishwasher, basically everything. TV, USB sockets by the bed, sofa, dressing table. Can not fault this Hotel and we will definitely return. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant too.

Great find if looking to stay for a show after a show a Motorpoint arena on 15 min walk parking on site for small fee. Easy access to the city centre all walkable. Reception friendly, warm and welcoming. Breakfast included in the morning of pastries, juices and yoghurts a nice additional. Will likely use for future stays in Nottingham.

Located walking distance from city centre. The lift never worked throughout my stay and not good to walking up and down stairs. Front desk staff very helpful with my luggage. The room spacious, with a large shower. The bed very comfortable, slept like a baby. Especially with the thick curtains. The kitchen is workable, save on eating out. But the all taps in kitchen and bathroom (shower), should indicate which is hot or cold instead of messing around trying to figure it out. There is no point in the grab bag, as all it is crossiant and hot drink.

Seen a few mixed reviews online but unsure why after staying. Room was clean, a little dusty but smelled nice upon arrival and was very spacious. Noise from the rock city venue nearby can be heard from your room but that’s expected and doesn’t bother me. You get your own kitchen area with a toaster, microwave and oven. Shower was okay but the water kept going cold and hot. Overall bathroom was alright, bed was comfy and it’s got a big fridge to store drinks or food in. They don’t serve a proper breakfast here but you can get free croissants every morning from next to reception. They also have a shop at reception where you can purchase various food items, frozen meals, drinks etc. The TV was great it’s equipped with Netflix, bbc iplayer, Amazon prime and more with people still leaving their accounts logged in which I wasn’t complaining about. One of the best TVs I’ve ever seen a hotel have feature wise. Would definitely recommend a stay here it’s not as bad as some people were making out. All staff friendly and polite.

Great central location. Lovely lady on reception at check in. Room was clean and very well equipped. Comfortable firm bed. Croissants and coffee provided in the reception area for breakfast was a nice start to the day. Would recommend and we would stay there again. We had 6 rooms booked for a hen weekend and we were all looked after well.

Although the staff was lovely, our room had issues. First of all, our room kept losing power repeatedly and during the night the a/c and lights did not work. So, we had to change rooms. Also, the shower kept alternating hot and cold.

Overall we both ,me and my spouse, enjoyed our stay with extra emphasis on the helpfulness of staff and the welcoming atmosphere. The rooms kitchen worked perfectly, though small it got the job done. However the sofa and skme other surfaces in the room did have baise paint on it which was strange yet the room was overall clean and inviting. Leading on from that the staff even from the start were always willing to answer my questions and help us when we miss placed the key to the room lol. Overall, taking the location of roomzzz, in the city centre, and what it had to offer i would highly recommended to anyone placing on staying over in nottingham

The hotel gave 24 hour notice of a room change to a lower class room which was fine until 6am when the building site 2 metres across the road came into full swing, noisy scaffolders, noisier cement trucks reversing, we weren't informed of this prior to booking, nor were we told about one of the biggest nightclubs in Nottingham being next door and chucking out time was very noisy. We were put in a far smaller room than we booked months ago. even with the windows closed. My birthday treat was spoilt by all of the external very early noises

Lovely hotel, excellent location just far too hot! Aircon in the room only went down to 19 and even with the window open it was boiling. Everything else was fab and we would stay again. Parking right next door. Comfy bed.

The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. Unfortunately it backs onto a night club that stays open until 4 a.m., so if you're a light sleeper, book elsewhere. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and apart from the noise it was perfect.

The room was fantastic and perfectly located in the center of Nottingham to access numerous tourist spots on foot. Walkable distance also to the arena. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The price was value for money, included complementary breakfasts, free unlimited drinks which included the use of the drinks machine in the entrance/foyer area for tea, coffee, latte and hot chocolate. I would definitely book to go again without a second thought.

The property was okay apart from the noisy door opening in the communal area which sent noise reverberating around room 401 all night long. Had this not been an issue then I would have scored the stay higher. Front desk staff seemed miserable and customer service was poor as a consequence. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, a dry croissant (no butter or jam) and a coffee from a vending machine. The stay didn’t represent value for money, I don’t mind paying for a luxurious stay, this was far from luxurious and average at best.

Upon arriving to Nottingham early and grabbing a quick breakfast at a local restaurant, we decided to give the hotel a call and ask if early check in was possible as we were rather tired offer the trip. It was a pleasant surprise to find the hotel was able to accommodate that request. Upon arrival to hotel we were greeted by a very friendly lady and a younger gentleman who made the check in process very quick and seamless. Hotel has Coffee station in the lobby. Spacious room, with a kitchen and utensils required for cooking at the ready for your convenience. Toaster, kettle. Exactly what we needed. I’m sure I’ll be coming back soon.

perfect location and amenities for my one night stay. The staff and Welcome at check-in were warm and friendly. When I arrived in my room, I noticed the sofa was broken, but this didn’t matter as I wasn’t going to use it because it was so late. The next morning the staff provided me with a goodie bag because they realise the sofa was broken. This was really appreciated. I hadn’t even mentioned the sofa!!

When I arrived in my room, I noticed the sofa was broken, but this didn’t matter as I wasn’t going to use it because it was so late. The next morning the staff provided me with a goodie bag because they realise the sofa was broken. This was really appreciated. I hadn’t even mentioned the sofa!!

Beautiful interior designed room with fully equipped kitchenette including microwave and dishwasher. All the essentials,TV hair dryer, iron and ironing board, super comfy bed, Wi-Fi, grab and go croissants for breakfast in reception. 5* accommodation without the 5* price tag.

Superb place to stay if you’re going to Rock City. It’s literally next door. Great staff and a little shop of sorts selling snacks and juices to take to your room. A mean to cup coffee machine and pastry in the morning is a great touch.

Nice and comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that you can easily get a snack or drink at reception at any time. I would only suggest to add something else to the complimentary breakfast, some more food options but I can’t complain.

Very helpful staff, really good check in. Gave me some extra time on check out, were really helpful and nice. Shower temp was a bit erratic but the bed was comfy and the aircon worked. Very reasonable price and great location. Would stay again and very much recommend.

Very nice clean room with a decent size fridge electric hob and kettle, very useful if you were staying for a longish stay ( we only stayed 2 nights0 so only made cups of tea, complimentary teas and coffee in room. Shower was good and nice toiletries. Would book again if we visit Nottingham.
