The hotel is now looking old and worn carpets dirty stained in the room nothing bar a kettle in room no mini bar or fridge no slippers anything pool is small but ok good jacuzzi and steam room sauna out of action breakfast was ok but limited choice on salad bar and £12 to park which is a little ridiculous for the price of the hotel being as expensive as others close by such as Hilton Leonardo etc

Staff were not polite in anyway at the reception desk If you don’t want to be there then find another job and when I came out of my room the cleaner looked at me like I wasn’t meant to be there??? Check out 12pm I left 11:20am because I worked the night before so had a lie in Again go find another job your in hospitality I stay away all the time and this is by far the worst in a long time Reception s
