The manager was so helpful regarding an earlier check in …nothing was too much trouble.. very kind and felt he had a great customer care attitude.howeverI did feel that his colleague called liz was very rude towards him ..no engagement towards us or another couple she was rolling her eyes and had no interest ..one man show well done very appreciative for his help.room lovely great location

Very convenient location to explore Portsmouth. Parking in the Gunwharf Centre was easy and only £2 for a 2 night stay. Make sure you have your parking ticket endorsed at Reception when you check in. The hotel breakfast was good and plenty of options.
