The first room we got, the TV was not working, toilet was not working, we reported this many times and they said they will send someone to solve the issues and that never happened, the third day we had to request to be moved from room and they could not help because we weren’t at the room, also they asked us to move the bags to reception which is awful as they have people that can help in that. The 4 day we asked again to be moved from room and was a terrible experience, the second room AC was not working properly, but at least we have TV in that one and the toilet worked properly.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The buffet had a great variety of food. VIP area was very quiet and comfortable.

The resort itself was nice for the price, pool was good with lots of activities both in the pool and on the beach. The food-both buffet and restaurants were definitely lacking compared to all of the other places we have been. The lobby bar made great drinks. We would likely not return to this resort and spend a little more money on a nicer one due to the food.
