Great location and perfect house for a large group. Plenty of space outside to relax and enjoy the views and beautiful Durango weather.

The place was great, and wonderful for kids. The balcony was safe as well. The hot tub was ready to go when we arrived, and the place was nice and cool. The bedroom setup worked really well for our 6 adults and 4 children 7 and under.

Outstanding property. Exactly as described.Very hot . I did not realize it has no air conditioning. There is a resident bear. Saw mother and or baby almost every day.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
