My stay at the hotel was truly lovely and very comfortable. The staff were outstanding, welcoming, personable, and consistently going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The facilities were pleasant; the sauna was warm and relaxing, and the overall temperature throughout was comfortable. The swimming pool was a little small, but perfectly fine for a swim when it wasn’t too busy. At times, the facilities could get a bit lively, especially when children were around, but everything was still very enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was a delightful experience, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of drinks, coffee, and food to choose from. For the price, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily return if I visit Milan again.

The breakfast buffet was lovely. A lot of thought put into it. Lovely area for breakfast too. Pool was nice- but was a bit too cold. No towels either. It would have been nice had the pool area had towels. For whatever reason no towels are kept in pool area for use. Had to ask for towels at front desk pre-swim. Also, had to request a robe from front desk, which did not make its way to my room during my week long stay. Would have been pleasant to wear a rove to the poo. Having a robe in my room upon arrival would have been a simple pleasant fix. Front desk was sufficient could provide more welcoming service. Ie. why am I having to ask for towels to swim- why could not get a robe in my room after requesting one. They were also aware the robe did not come, and following that still no robe. Too bad front desk isn’t as organized and thoughtful as the breakfast staff.

The hotel is well connected to Lima Airport and central station by the metro. The layout however is confusing with the signs for lifts not actually being there. Plus the pool was out of order for the duration of my stay which was a big factor in my choice of hotel so do check once booked!

Only place I will stay when in Milan! This hotel has everything. Full breakfast buffet included, restaurant is very good with regional specialties, M1 metro station just next door takes you straight to the Duomo, and there is a rooftop terrace bar that serves aperitivo at sunset overlooking the whole city. The best part yet is the full spa! Turkish bath, sauna, large pool with whirlpool, showers, and Himalayan pink salt lamps. Best way to wake up or wind down. Staff is also incredibly friendly. There are a few bars and restaurants on the same road but not a huge selection. I'll never stay anywhere else!

We stayed one night at Una after travelling 30hours from Australia to Milan. We had two half days before we had to travel again. The hotel is an easy flat walk from the train which was very convenient. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was great for a swim after a long flight. The small gym had good equipment. We went shopping on Corso Buenos Aires which was great. We went on the metro to see the Duomo etc which was very easy. It was a successful stay. Would stay again.

Disaster, a beloved stuffed animal was taken from the room during changing of the bedsheets. It was not returned and no compensation was offered. Out of all the trips I have taken, this is the first time I had something being stolen from the room. And the hotel obviously didn't consider the item being valuable enough to see it as a big deal. My son has had that stuffed animal since birth and always slept with it so he is now traumatised and we can't let housekeeping into the hotel room anymore. Thanks a lot...

Generally, we loved the stay at this hotel because our request have been met, a little outdated but the bed and sheets are clean and comfortable. Almost perfect but it happened twice that the housekeeping forgot to lock our door and when we came back the door was open. The staff are very friendly and nice it means a lot. The food for the breakfast is great though could be improved by including the pancakes in the breakfast buffet not as an extra and other variety of choices. This is central located and loved that there are shops around. The Duomo is just 5 stops from the metro st. The Spa is the best feature of this place- hope they keep it high maintained. We'll probably come back.

La zona è comoda, e l'hotel è praticamente attaccato alla Metro rossa. La ragazza alla reception (Lucia, mi pare) molto professionale. Tuttavia nel corridoio al piano della mia stanza non c'era un buon odore e la stanza era molto datata, lavandino e specchio rovinati, scrivania con delle scheggiature, parquet vissuto. Le lenzuola molto rigide, ruvide e alzando il piumino per mettersi a letto veniva via anche il lenzuolo sotto. E si sentono molto i rumori in corridoio. Normalmente non mi lamenterei per questi dettagli, però da un 4 stelle che ha questi prezzi ci si aspettrebbe un po' più di cura.

TRAVELERS WARNING: this is not a 4 star hotel its a 3 star . AND THERE IS NO A/C in the whole property. When reaching out to expedia support they did nothing, and when O reached out to the front desk they advised that I should just open a window to climatize the room, I’ll say a manager came to the room and offered me “an upgrade” but due to the party I was traveling with I was unable to switch rooms, then I was offered another room but it was only available until the next day by that time I was done with this management and requested not to be switched, btw the manager said it was a “cultural” problem because they do not turn on the AC during the winter (even if the day is hot, like this past few days were, well over 20 degrees C) so I guess you open the windows and stay hot… I requested a refund and nor the hotel nor expedia did anything about it, had to spend 3 days in this room with this conditions… please do yourself a favor and look for a different option. Their website also advertised they have climate control but it’s not true. The restaurant is great tho and it looks they’ve tried to masquerade the old feel but there are windows that are falling out and the wood is rotten. Not recomended…

Nice, clean rooms. But super noisy. Many rooms are near an elevator and you can hear it all night long. The location near the subway also provides some noise in parts of the hotel. The staff was helpful enough in trying to find a room where the comfort was reasonable, but I have never before had to move rooms more than 4 times in a single stay. Some rooms had no wifi, one had a bed so soft it could not support my weight, most were just noisy. Lack of any effort to suppress noise, meant you could hear people walking by in the hall, or the maid arguing with someone. Breakfast was ok, but the "good stuff" is extra (pancakes, juice, omlette etc), not included in the hotel breakfast. I find this practice a little strange. Location is good, walking distance to central station, near shopping, and there is a metro line running almost directly outside the hotel front door. Dining options in the area are limited, but there are some good places within walking distance, or just a few metro stops away. I would consider this hotel for my next stay aswell, but will probably bring my earplugs next time.

The hotel was fine. Decently close to the Centrale train station and literally 50 feet from a Metro station. Lots of store nearby. The service and breakfast was good but the room showed its age. Lots of little broken things. The showerhead didn't lock in place so it pretty much sprayed the wall at belly button height. Overall fine but needs some freshening up.

Worst service ever. The hotel room was freezing. A staff member came to check, but it remained unbearably cold. I had to sleep in thick outerwear for two nights. It also took forever for hot water to come through. But the worst part? Before check-in, the hotel sent a promotional email about their in-house restaurant, UNA Cucina, offering a discount for early reservations. However, after checking in, I realized it was the same restaurant as the breakfast venue, nothing special at all—completely misleading. To make things worse, after sending a reservation email, I never received a confirmation or any response. When I inquired on the day of the reservation if I could cancel, they quickly responded saying it was "non-refundable" due to same-day cancellation—despite never even confirming my booking in the first place. As a result, instead of dining at one of Milan’s amazing restaurants, I ended up having dinner at a place with a blocked view due to trees. And to top it all off, I had booked for 7 PM, but the restaurant actually opened at 7:30 PM—yet no one corrected this. But what made me the angriest? The staff had no idea I even had a reservation.

Very good. Staff- very helpful. Originally they gave us a room on the 5th floor very far from the elevator, at the end of a dark corridor. But after asking, they changed it to a 1st floor room and upgraded it. My husband forgot his jacket in the room. but they kept it and returned to us in a few days after we contacted them. Very good breakfast. Beds are good.

The hotel is excellent, but what makes it outstanding is the staff! Thanks to Viviana, Roberta and all the staff, who makes you enjoying at the most! I like the new bar at the Terraza but I would keep the bar at the lobby during the afternoon. Price/Value, Hotel Galles is an extraordinay option.

The hotel is in a very good location the hotel itself is very good but the staff are horrible.My wife works in the same industry and her opinion is that they don’t have a director I think they have but not doing his job. We got to the Hotel a little bit late due to flight delays. I guess the afternoon staff were ready to leave so no help and very rude ordinary to guide us of our best option to where to get something to eat no help. I wanted to ask one of them a question she pointedly screamed at me that she has no time I have to be quick in asking my question. I told her no need she can leave I will wait for the next person. You will think that this is the face of the Hotel your Hotel is ad good as your staff unwelcoming staff means don’t come back. It was hot outside there was a water bottle in the reception area but it was empty Me and my wife bet against ourselves that it will not be refilled guess what we won

I normally don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt I needed to share my experience this time. First, the staff at the check-in desk were not friendly. It was difficult to communicate and they were very condescending, possibly due to a language barrier, but the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable. The room itself was extremely outdated, with worn-out furnishings and facilities. I was assigned a room right next to the dining area, which made it very noisy throughout the day till 10 pm at night Additionally, the housekeeping staff were quite inconsiderate, my pajamas were placed on top of my dirty suitcase instead of being placed somewhere clean like a chair, which I found disrespectful. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.

A good quality hotel. Worth a medium rate. Pretty much a standard room of good quality. Good bath. Housekeeping is good. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar, but the prices are honestly s bit stiff, but go for a drink or two. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna and a steamroom. Well worth checking out while staying here. Ok breakfast, but nothing spectacular.

Hotel is in a good location right on top of Lima metro station. You can hear the trains rumble throughout the hotel but this did not impact our sleep. The roof top bar and the team that staffed it are excellent. The restaurant staff and the majority of front of house staff seemed miserable and it felt like they wanted to quit their jobs. This is my 4th stay at an UNA hotel and my previous experience has always been very positive and so by comparison, my overall experience here with miserable staff, was a disappointment (except for the excellent team in the roof top bar).

The hotel was in a great location. Breakfast choices were great. Room was comfortable and clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Spa good but pool small. Breakfast experience not good as just hectic and small space with rude and grumpy staff (they even advertise times to avoid and they weren’t accurate as still hectic) The staff need to be motivated to at least be pleasant and cheerful. The room is not sound proofed and was unfortunately noisy. Also even on 4th floor the room and possible a large part of hotel shakes with every metro train that passes underneath which really is unacceptable for a decent amount of sleep. The experience was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again

Great location and walkable. The only issue was advertising the restaurant as having a panoramic view which it would have had the bushes growing outside been cut down, otherwise fabulous place!

The pool is very cold! ... with a "waterfall" that you press a button and it stays on for only about a minute, max. Don't miss going outside, and take your coffee up to the upper roof, panoramic views of the city. Very nice. Hotel is nice, right on the subway, easy to get everywhere.

This hotel is in the perfect location to explore central Milan, steps from the metro. We stayed two weeks for the Olympic games and fashion week. Our junior suite was exactly the modern room we were promised. True, the building is a classic so the halls are not straight and wide, but you should chose a hotel based on its hallways! The staff were welcoming each and every time we stepped in from our daily adventure. The showers were hot, with solid water pressure. The rooms were kept clean and well stocked. The elevators were always available, and were welcome, modern upgrades. We loved our experience and will definitely recommend Una Hotels and this property in particular to all that ask!
