We chose this hotel for its proximity to Milano Centrale train station but it did not live up to the images or description on the web. It’s very dated and although fairly clean it felt dusty throughout the hotel. It is need of modernising and some general upkeep. The room we had was very dark and that was in part due to the decor. Front desk staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was adequate and the service was a bit hit and miss.

The staff at breakfast and front desk were fantastic. Room was clean, but very small. Typical for Europe. Great location to metro and train station. Less than 100 meters. Plenty of restaurants in area to chose from.
