Very nice location close to train station. We arrived early and we felt very unwelcomed initially, but after waiting about an hour in the lobby before storing bags, they were able to grant us an early checkin. The room was incredibly clean and the rest of the stay was very pleasant. The only thing that is truly bothersome are the loud sounds of the key cards when you open the door. It is almost like an alarm and would wake me up whenever adjacent rooms would open at night. It was quite startling. AC worked well, elevators were fast and amenities were great.

It’s a lovely hotel near the Milano centrale station. Very easy to get to, if you feel like you’re walking into somewhere Thea resembles the back of an industrial area then you’ve found it. It’s actually really easy but I can understand how people would struggle. We were unsure about where we were walking but just kept going and none of the workmen said anything. We weren’t there for long, literally an overnight stay but the hotel is lovely and the room was brilliant. Missed having a small seating area as we had the sofa bed made up and there was space for a couple of comfortable chairs near the bed but other than that, lovely spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast is unusual, as a Brit I found it quite funny seeing mashed potato, carrots, roast potatoes and another vegetable out for breakfast but it didn’t offend lol. No apple juice which was a shame but I managed a cup of twinnings breakfast tea so I’ll let them off. Left bags in the hotel whilst we went exploring which was incredibly easy. We chose the hotel because of the short walking distance to the train station and it was perfect. There are closer but this is a lovely hotel and with my hotels.com points scheme, got it at a bargain price.

Great stay in a family room. We had an upgrade which was nice, and had a very spacious room, which was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable. The hotel is a little tucked away, so not easy to find, but is close to the metro and Milano Central station.
