Fine if just a laptop, challenging if need space for paperwork… but overall not a huge issue. The water outlet/ faucet in the bathroom is very prominent and can be a nuisance when showering. NH Collection has a great location, a well-stocked gym, and friendly staff. I was only there one night but I would stay there again. It’s about 7 minutes walking to the Duomo and Vittorio Emanuelle gallery and about 15 minutes to the charming Brera neighborhood.

The welcome was warm and amazing! The stay was very pleasant and comfortable! The hotel itself is very clean! Breakfast is good! The only dark spot on in the blue sky of our stay was the lack of communication between the parking and the reception regarding the ZLT daily permit which was never filed for our car, and now we are imposing the fine from the municipality in god only knows what extent! The reception tried helping us to pay for an unauthorized entry however never provided an email or confirmation not even a phone picture that normal person would take just to provide the proof of payment!!! So beware to take care of this issue on your own right after you park your car! Make sure you ask the park assistant to fill out the form, pay €4.5 and submit it to the municipal office!

Hotel has parking garage onsite, attached to the building. Breakfast was €30 per adult and €15 per kid. Nice design and staff was helpful and friendly. Walk to the duomo within 5-10 minutes and there’s a small grocery store across the street from the hotel. We would stay here again.

This property is superb value for money and could easily be charging much more!! It is situated just 500m from the Duomo and 800m from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Furthermore, not only is it ideally situated it is also so quiet! Despite being just a 500m walk from the main hub, it actually has a fairly residential feel to it and is just delightful. The staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble and they deliver excellent service. The gym is open 24/7 and is fully equipped with TechnoGym equipment, towels and water.

Family four with tow young kids stayed comfortable in the room. Break fast was great with lots of options. Location was a short walking distance to hotel. Parking was hard to find and can’t park in front of the hotel due to on going road construction. There is a car park behind the hotel and it is 40 euros per night. Bell dear can collect your luggage. Over all great experience.

We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm and found out that the bathtub is plugged up when we took a shower. Called the operator and they sent a handyman up to just take a look of the problem. The handyman told us that he will be back to fix the problem but he never returned. No follow up call received from the hotel operator the next morning either. When reported to them in person about the issue we had with the plugged bathtub later in the morning, they then immediately sent someone up to resolve the problem. We also got annoyed by the checkin receptionist speaking in France with his colleague while checking us in the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Milano President last weekend. Upon arrival, our room was not ready for check-in, so a senior member of staff arranged for a free drink for us in their bar area whilst we waited, we thought this was a lovely touch. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Bottles of water were replenished every time the room was cleaned, and clean towels / bath mats were provided. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was not noisy in the slightest, so we had a fantastic night sleep every night. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Milan, and you could even see the top of the Duomo Cathedral if you stayed in a forward facing room! A brilliant location. International Women’s Day fell during our stay at NH, so my girlfriend was given a free drink and mini bouquet of flowers as a show of appreciation, we thought this was very thoughtful. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Milan.

Ótima relação custo x benefício, com localização excelente, perto de tudo. Cama confortável com boa qualidade das roupas de cama e toalhas. Quarto silencioso e de bom tamanho. A atenção de todo o pessoal é excepcional. A senhorita Julia, da recepção, foi uma das pessoas mais simpáticas, atenciosas e prestativas que tive o prazer de conhecer em toda a minha vida (sem exagero). A limpeza foi satisfatória, mas não tiraram o lixo do quarto uma vez e deixaram a mesinha de cabeceira um pouco empoeirada. Mas fora isso, que não obscureceu o brilho do atendimento do hotel, eu o recomendo fortemente. Quando eu viajo não fico sempre no mesmo hotel, pois gosto de variar. No entanto, se voltar a Milão, ficarei nesse hotel novamente.

I rated good because we could not get internet the entire stay. They said it was our phones but we got internet at all the other hotels we stayed in on our trip. Also our first overnight there the next day they didn’t clean our room until 5 pm when we had been gone the entire day since 9 am and were trying to get ready for a concert. I told them three times to give us 30 min and they finally came in and cleaned while we were getting dressed. I know help may be hard to find but we had been gone since 9 am . Good extensive breakfast and the reception and bellmen were very helpful and patient with guests.

Good hotel for location, the staff are lovely and cannot help enough. Breakfast buffet is vast and good value. The bar staff are lovely and drinks are very reasonably priced. We had our room upgraded for free to a terrace room which was lovely but you can’t open the door really as the trams are so noisy until the early hours and other hotel guests smoke on their balconies so your room ends up stinking. So if you are considering paying extra, I wouldn’t bother.

It must be an Italian thing as it was the second 5 star hotel we stayed in a week and both the properties showers were small(hardly wider than 600mm) Breakfast was typical European and not really good selection of hot food. More focused on pastries and cakes. Coffee as you would expect in Italy was good. All in all a average 5 star hotel in my opinion.

I had a fantastic stay at the NH Hotel Presidente in Milan, and what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding staff. A massive shoutout to Alfredo, Omar, Lidia, and the entire reception team—their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my visit incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The bell staff, including Patrick and his colleagues, as well as the security team, were all exceptionally professional and helpful. Special thanks also to Matteo at the bar, who brought an extra touch of warmth and excellence to the experience. The level of service and attentiveness from everyone at the hotel was top-tier, making me feel well taken care of at every moment. Although there has been ongoing construction in the town square for over five years, which I imagine must be frustrating for the hotel owners, it surprisingly doesn’t ruin the experience. The views of the Duomo are still breathtaking, and the three-minute walk to it is unbeatable. If anything, it makes me wonder—why not take this opportunity to refresh the hotel itself a little bit? That said, if there’s one area that could use improvement, it would be room cleaning. A bit more thoroughness, especially in checking under the beds and ensuring all details are spotless, would elevate this hotel even further. But overall, the impeccable service and hospitality of the NH Hotel Presidente team far outweigh any minor issues, making this a standout place to stay in Milan. Looking forward to returning!

Hotel velho, a entrada é no meio de uma quadra só de pedestres, então complicado de chegar e vc não consegue entrar de carro, não tem serviço de valet e nem estacionamento próprio, não tem um funcionário do hotel p falar onde é a entrada ou estacionamento e qdo apareceu alguém, ele não falava inglês e não sabia como explicar onde era o estacionamento… aí pós 30 minutos procurando o estacionamento, vc estaciona seu carro em um estacionamento terceirizado horroroso e sujo e tem q carregar suas malas sozinho até o hotel, nunca vi um hotel q se diz 5 estrelas q não tem valet, nem estacionamento próprio e nem maleiro… o maleiro só aparece depois q vc sozinho levou suas malas p dentro do hotel q ainda tem uma entrada longe e complicada…. Aí chegamos lá e o quarto não estava pronto, mas se pagássemos mais 90 euros, eles providenciariam o quarto, absurdo! Depois de fazer o check in e deixarmos as malas embaixo já q o quarto não estava pronto, tivemos q refazer o check in de novo mais tarde pq ninguém achava nossa reserva…. Atendentes grosseiros e ineficientes, hotel velho, com entrada ruim e mal localizada, serviço pessimo, não volto nunca mais!

The ambience; the service (Viara Concierge was outstanding) and the attention we received from restaurant staff and bar staff were phenomenal. The turn out service from housekeeping simply the BEST experience before (they even gave us fácil mask) everything was perfectly detailed in that turndown service ( A & 5 starts to housekeeping)

Great location, within a few minutes walk of the Duomo. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was a little disappointed by the room size as there was not much space around the beds; although there was a wardrobe, there were no drawers and no real space to store suitcases. We had to call maintenance twice; the safe was locked on arrival so we were unable to gain access to it and on the second day we arrived back at hotel to find our room door open. On further investigation the lock had somehow broken and it seemed that when the cleaners left our room, the door had not shut behind them. There was nothing missing but this was a little unsettling. Maintenance arrived quickly both times to resolve the problem. Also, the plug in the bath/shower was broken and did not lift up to allow the water to drain but we dug it out with our fingernails so we didn’t have to bother calling maintenance again. It was a little annoying that all these things occurred during our short stay. Finally, we were again a little disappointed that, on arriving just after midday at the hotel, we were advised that a room was ready and available… for an extra fee of €50 (for under 3 hours). I feel It’s a bit of a shame and money grabbing to try and obtain extra money from your customers when the room is ready for use. Overall, this is a nice, clean comfortable hotel but I would have expected just a little bit more for the price.

Buena estancia, buena habitación, excelente desayuno, cerca del Duomo. Inicialmente nos dieron una Junior Suite con muy mala vista y oscura, pedimos cambio y al día siguiente nos asignaron una mucho mejor Hay que considerar que frente al hotel esta la construcción de la Linea M4 del metro lo que lo hace feo e incómodo.

Beautiful rooms and they accommodated our earlier arrival which was great. A shame about the construction directly outside of the hotel, beyond their control but would have gone elsewhere due to the noise distribution from 7am. The service was really good, breakfast was great and the beds were comfy. Shower temperature and pressure was inconsistent.

I appreciated the extra bathroom lighting (delivered to our room)and non slip shower mat. Nice staff in restaurant and at desk. Take away breakfast was off less quality then the rest of our food experience.
