Hotel Pierre Milano

Best staff with kindeness and perfection. The rooms were kept clean all the time and breakfast was also excellent. Best location right in front of the metro. If the hotel's rating is low, then it is due to its long history, making it difficult for renovation or maintenance. There was no parking lot but valet was available so no big inconvenience. Due to it's old history and facilities I think 4 stars would be more appropriate than 5 star hotel. However, the experience was very good. Thank you.

Was a great location if you are willing to use the metro. It’s near a much calmer shopping street with a few cafes sprinkled around, however not many late night dining. More ideal for the business or second time visitors to Milan.

Is it really a 5 star?

We liked our room and this hotel very much. The desk staff was very courteous and professional. They offered us great recommendations for nearby dining and made calls for taxis when we needed them. The breakfast was very good but we were sad the restaurant was closed for renovations as we would have liked to try it.
