The staff is so helpful! David, at the front desk, is especially great! The rooms are nicely appointed! The upgraded rooms are worth it! Totally spacious. I stayed two nights because my passport was taken and I had to get a temporary one. I stayed in an upgraded room the first night, standard the next, both were very nice but the upgraded was not a lot more & was much better! I’d definitely stay there again. Beautiful sunset over the rooftops from the balcony. Love that they have snacks & drinks available all the time. The breakfast was great & the happy hour was a really nice perk!!

I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Milan. The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. And the bonus is that they have a lovely array of food and beverages available throughout the day so that you can enjoy delicious treats whenever you want. I felt that it was a good value, considering it can be quite expensive to stay in downtown Milan.

Surprisingly good service and amenities! First, the staff was genuine in their concern to do whatever they could for guests at all times. Very clean but small room with daily cleaning. We were skeptical about the promise of always available snacks and drinks, and of the crowd that might attract, but our concerns were happily unfounded. Great value on all counts. Lovely small outdoor terrace. Easy 30 minute walk to Douro and close access to lovely park and lots of cafe’s (try Eroica, cycling cafe just down the street) and restaurants.
