Wir haben das Hotel unter anderem wegen der in der Beschreibung angegebenen “Parkplatzmöglichkeiten” gebucht. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass keine Parkplätze direkt am Hotel vorhanden sind. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass man außerhalb parken muss. Das ist besonders unpraktisch, wenn man mit Gepäck anreist. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn in der Hotelbeschreibung klarer darauf hingewiesen würde, dass sich die Parkmöglichkeiten nicht direkt auf dem Hotelgelände befinden. Die Unterkunft selbst war in Ordnung, aber die irreführende Angabe zum Parken war enttäuschend und sollte korrigiert werden.

Service was horrible. I asked for my room to be cleaned 3 times and nothing happened over the course of 3 hours. I chose the hotel for the spa, even got a suite with spa access and at no point did they tell me that the spa was under maintenance and not available. I felt kinda ripped off. The breakfast was mid at best. The bed was extremely hard. Would not stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel. Great staff. Friendly. Amazing breakfast. Nice spa, had a great massage. Bring your swimsuit for the steam / sauna / pool area - very relaxing. Very nice gym equipment. Wonderful location, metro is right there and is super easy to use with many stops. Only complaint is the air conditioner - very finicky. Had maintenance staff look at it and they said it was working correctly. There must be a building wide limit to prevent you from setting below 22 degrees, because even setting the room at the 16-18 degrees, the room temperature never went below 22-23. So, if you need cooler temperatures to sleep comfortably, be aware. However, I would absolutely stay again when I return!

Toller Aufenthalt in Mailand. Das Hotel wirkt frisch renoviert und sieht auch sehr gehoben aus. Parkplatz verweisen sie auf ein nahegelegenes öffentliches Parkhaus (ca. 25-30€/Tag). Wir erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade (günstigstes Zimmer gebucht) hatten jedoch ohne Frühstück gebucht. Zimmer wirken ebenfalls sehr modern und die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Lediglich am Wochenende hörten wir Sirenen, ansonsten war es mehrheitlich ruhig (Zimmer zur Strassenseite). Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Super Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal. Ausstattung war auch perfekt. Super Lage, alles gut erreichbar Badezimmer war auch gut, allerdings war die Dusche nicht mehr so sauber und schön.

I was left petrified as a member of staff let themselves into my room at 1AM in the morning when I was sleeping alone. As a lone female, being woken up to a man in your room is one of the scariest things that can happen when you are travelling. He left only after I yelled at him three times. After which I received a phone call from the reception telling me that it was my fault since I did not answer the door when he knocked and they could hear a problem with the toilet flush that they needed to fix (at 1AM?!). Of course I didn’t hear a knock, it was 1AM and I was fast asleep. It’s disgusting and it’s unsafe. I’ve requested a refund but was told because they gave me late checkout (which is the least they could do since I could not sleep after that and had to call a friend to come stay with me) and spa access I had no interest in, that was all the compensation I deserved. I wish I had called the police so they would realise the gravity of the situation. They did not apologise to me, they apologised to my friend that had to sit with me all night. To top it off there were ants in the room and the walls are paper thin. You might enjoy listening to an arguing/crying couple all night, but I prefer my sleep. Awful hotel, totally unsafe.

Mycket snyggt designat hotell med bra läge. Städning (utebliven helt en dag), renlighet (odefinierad ohyra) och ständiga fel på rummet var till slut inte roligt längre (stopp i avlopp, icke fungerande kylskåp, icke fungerande luftkonditionering). Vidare var det dålig bekvämlighet på rummen för att vara ett 4-stjärnigt hotell: saknas tillräckligt med krokar, förvaringsutrymmen, spegel i rummet samt trångt för två personer i premiumrum. Vårt omdöme blir därför snyggt, men opraktiskt och vi kan dessvärre inte rekommendera att bo här.

The hotel was in a centralized location about a 15 minute walk to the train station. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and updated. Biggest con for the hotel was the bed comfort. The bed was extremely stiff and terrible for my back. Pillows were also flat. The hotel location was quiet with minimal street noise. Would stay here again in the future but might look elsewhere for the uncomfortable beds.

The room, whilst a little small, was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Staff were keen to help and make our stay pleasant. We didn’t opt for breakfast but there was a reasonable charge should we want to partake. Overall we were very happy.

Cannot say enough nice things about this Hotel…especially the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Throughly enjoyed my stay. Tons of great restaurants within a few blocks. Very walkable.

Great staff and service. We arrived a bit earlier, and I asked for an early check-in. The staff did everything to accommodate us. They offered us coffee and beverages while we were waiting for our room. The room was clean with a great view. They also sent us a cute little welcoming gift since my daughter and I were celebrating our time together. The staff helped us with restaurant reservations as well. The area is very safe and within walking distance to the Duomo. Highly recommend.

Bom hotel, bem localizado. A unica coisa que nao ficou bem resolvida é que um atendente disse que poderiamos deixar a mala no locker para visitarmos outra cidade e outro atendente, no dia da viagem, negou o pedido. O fato é que todos os hoteis costumam facilitar a vida dos turistas que visitam várias cidades e esse hotel teve informações conflitantes. Uma pena.

The hotel was well located on a busy commercial street that feels very safe. The metro station is at the corner as is the streetcar. There a plenty of restaurants of all types especially along the side streets. The hotel lobby is very impressive , the staff very friendly and the property has busy all day restaurants. Also included is a nice gym & spa. I was upgraded to a larger king on a lower floor away from the main street and it was very comfortable

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans un beau quartier avec un choix de restaurants à proximité. L’hôtel a été refait récemment et tout est très propre et très bien pensé. Un accueil des plus agréable, très courtois. Tout le personnel s’est montré disponible et efficace : mention particulière pour la spa avec un une personne qui a su trouver une solution efficace à un petit problème que nous avons rencontré. Un bémol sur le choix proposé au petit déjeuner mais rattrapé par la qualité et la gentillesse du service. Un excellent week end !
