Bonjour, nous avons vraiment été séduit par l'hôtel. Merci a tout le personnel et au personnel de chambre aussi . Les chambres étaient très propre. .il est a 15 mn à pied du centre ville . Proche du metro,commerce pour lecpirses juste a côté...s Le petit déjeuner était très correct. On a pu garer la voiture dans un garage a proximité il était surveille ,notre voiture était en sécurité. Et nous avons eu un prix car nous venions de l'hôtel. Seul bémol la douche est vraiment extrêmement petite on ne pouvait pas se tourner sans faire tomber les accessoires de douche Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel il est vraiment top merci on reviendra.

Accueil chaleureux, le personnel tres sympathique, parlait français. Parking à proximité reservation d'une nuit du dimanche au lundi c'est peut-etre pour cela qu'il y avait de la place. Hôtel situé face à une prison et au bord d'une route tres passante, mais l'hôtel est tres bien situé pour se rendre à pied ou transport en commun dans le centre historique petit bemol la clim est bruyante malgré cela je recommande cet hôtel

Struttura in buona posizione ma con qualche ammodernamento da fare. A parte la doccia piccolina il problema maggiore è il traffico, con finestre nuove si sentirebbero meno rumori (soprattutto ai piani bassi).

The hotel is fine. However the arrangement they have with an external parking garage is VERY disappointing. The garage charged me for parking at an exorbitant rate and we’re very discourteous.

The property was dated and the rooms including bathrooms were small but adequate to be fair. To be honest we did not really stay in the room only used it to sleep. They were clean and fully serviced with clean sheets both days - we stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was limited to continental - nothing warm / hot - although there were choices between cheese and ham, sweet items and fruit and cereals. Nothing displayed GF however upon asking I was provided with crackers and sweet biscuits. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A bar was signed although we never saw it open. The Metro (L2) was 4 mins walk and you could walk into the centre of Milan in 30 mins. All in all would recommend if you do not want a deluxe hotel.

The room was very clean. The AC worked GREAT and we had it cranked up. Bathroom was a bit cramped but it had everything we needed and was super clean. Appreciated the staff. They were just wonderful and very helpful. The building is older and needs some TLC but everything in our room worked great.

Good location and everything you might wanna do is walkable but rooms are really outdated, I couldn’t get either of my adapters to fit into any of the plugs and I’ve used them all over Italy previously, had to finally force one of the adapters in so I could charge any of my devices, i found hairs all over the bed and sheets, the aircon doesn’t work and there’s no fans in the room so if you come when it’s hot be prepared to sweat it out and finally the shower flooded the bathroom every time I used it for more than 3 to 5 minutes so I had to keep turning it on and off to drain before turning it on again - it’s cheap, liveable and good location but don’t expect much

Excellent location for all tourist sites and public transport. Staff are wonderful - pleasant and helpful. Room staff do a great job with plenty of fresh linen every day. This is the perfect place to stay in Milan for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it.

Very good hotel and budget friendly! Beds was quite hard but not to uncomfortable. The shower was amazing with high pressure. The staff were super friendly and you can store your luggage for free. The rooms were clean and nice. You have the metro station only 5 minutes away and it takes 10 minutes to get into the city.

Although in a good neighborhood, The property is located across for a large prison and has large neon signs the shine into the room making it difficult to sleep. Furniture was old and stained. There were ants in the room and mold in the shower. Fine for the price, but not super comfortable

Teeny tiny room with even smaller bathroom. Chair had no leg pads so when scraped across floor very loud plus when room above moved chair very loud. Hair dryer from the 60’s. The hotel is enourmously noisy, and this seems to be known, as literally the hotel supplies you with a melatonin sleeping medication that is available in the room. It is the worst experience of a hotel i have ever had.

When I first arrived, I asked the guy at the counter if he speaks English or Spanish. He only spoke to me in Italian, so I muddled through. He kept my passport for 20 minutes while I waited in the lobby for him to finish the paperwork, and in the meantime other people walked in and he spoke to them in English. After standing around for another 10 minutes I asked how much longer he'd need our passports and he said he was already finished and fished it out from behind his desk. While in the bedroom my dad fell in the small shower when he tripped on the shower curtain, which drags on the floor. My bed was missing a leg, so when I sat down the bed tipped towards the wall.

Wir waren zu einem Fußballspiel im San Siro und haben uns daher für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Gut zu erreichen, wenn man - wie wir - Mailand über den Flughafen Malpensa anfliegt. Auch im Lounge-Bereich durften wir uns später ohne Probleme aufhalten. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Tat auch nicht nötig, da direkt um die Ecke einige nette Lokale für einen Café und ein Cornetto zur Verfügung standen. Notfalls könnte man auch im benachbarten (einmal quer über die Straße) Supermarkt was holen. Wie auch immer. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und nicht sonderlich groß, aber es wurde täglich gereinigt und der Service war unkompliziert und nett. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.
Wir waren zu einem Fußballspiel im San Siro und haben uns daher für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Gut zu erreichen, wenn man - wie wir - Mailand über den Flughafen Malpensa anfliegt. Excellent location for all tourist sites and public transport. Staff are wonderful - pleasant and helpful. Room staff do a great job with plenty of fresh linen every day. This is the perfect place to stay in Milan for a reasonable price. Highly recommend it.

Advertised as a good location to get to know Milan, this hotel is located right in front of the Milan main jail, in a dark but very noisy street. Pictures on the website correspond to another location. the walls are dirty, there was mold in the window, the safe box didn't work.

Although in a good neighborhood, The property is located across for a large prison and has large neon signs the shine into the room making it difficult to sleep. Furniture was old and stained. There were ants in the room and mold in the shower. Fine for the price, but not super comfortable

Bonjour, nous avons vraiment été séduit par l'hôtel. Merci a tout le personnel et au personnel de chambre aussi . Les chambres étaient très propre. .il est a 15 mn à pied du centre ville . Proche du metro,commerce pour lecpirses juste a côté...s Le petit déjeuner était très correct. On a pu garer la voiture dans un garage a proximité il était surveille ,notre voiture était en sécurité. Et nous avons eu un prix car nous venions de l'hôtel. Seul bémol la douche est vraiment extrêmement petite on ne pouvait pas se tourner sans faire tomber les accessoires de douche Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel il est vraiment top merci on reviendra.

Accueil chaleureux, le personnel tres sympathique, parlait français. Parking à proximité reservation d'une nuit du dimanche au lundi c'est peut-etre pour cela qu'il y avait de la place. Hôtel situé face à une prison et au bord d'une route tres passante, mais l'hôtel est tres bien situé pour se rendre à pied ou transport en commun dans le centre historique petit bemol la clim est bruyante malgré cela je recommande cet hôtel

Excelente opção, próxima ao centro de Milão e com acesso fácil e rápido por metrô, sem pagar os preços de hotéis do centro. Café da manhã muito bom. Pessoal simpático e muito atencioso. O único senão é o tamanho mínimo do box do chuveiro, tornando o banho desconfortável. A feira de alimentos, comidas, roupas e brinquedos que acontece em alguns dias próximo ao hotel é muito boa. Lugar bom para comprar roupas de frio mais baratas.

As unicas ressalvas sao: um dia tive febre e, como estava suando muito, quis ligar o ar, mas fui informada que ele nao fica disponivel em todos os dias do ano, apenas em periodos especificos. De toda forma, a atendente foi solicita e me forneceu um ventilador. O outro ponto foi o valor cobrado em duas garrafas de agua de 500ml: 21€, um absurdo.

The property was dated and the rooms including bathrooms were small but adequate to be fair. To be honest we did not really stay in the room only used it to sleep. They were clean and fully serviced with clean sheets both days - we stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was limited to continental - nothing warm / hot - although there were choices between cheese and ham, sweet items and fruit and cereals. Nothing displayed GF however upon asking I was provided with crackers and sweet biscuits. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A bar was signed although we never saw it open. The Metro (L2) was 4 mins walk and you could walk into the centre of Milan in 30 mins. All in all would recommend if you do not want a deluxe hotel.

The hotel service was fantastic. Every time we asked for something to be fixed, it was resolved right away. The receptionists were always friendly, kind, and helpful. Our room was cleaned every single day during our one-week stay. It’s a nice hotel, and we really enjoyed staying there.

The room was clean. The staff are very friendly. The location is convenient (within close walking of the metro station). The only drawback we experienced is that the shower does not have enough pressure. When turned all the way to hot water, the water is very small and lukewarm. When turned in the middle, more water comes but it is cold water.

I would not rate this hotel as 3 stars. It has the feel of a dorm. In the hallways there is a strong smell of old and disinfectant, the bath was OK. They offer an overpriced breakfast, much better to go to any of the cafés closeby. The front desk people were very helpful.
