Had a quadruple family room. Extremely tight space (other quads we stayed in Italy cost less and had more space). Elevator did not work one day (we were on 3rd floor). Internet did not work almost at all (very problematic). A stain on a blanket. Breakfast ok. Asked for an iron; No iron available in the hotel. Some at front desk nice, especially the night shift. Day shift not so much- arrived only 20 min before check-in time; not allowed in room until exact time.

The staffs are very nice. Parking is easy, there is a underground parking nearby. Eating is not difficult. I think it is convenient to take bus/train, and so on. Pretty good hotel. Only drawback is that one side of the hotel is a kind of noisy specially lower level floor, I think it is due to facing a noisy road. The other side of the hotel is quiet. Wifi sometimes is slow. Hope to enhance WIFI quality in the future.

Lugar céntrico y muy limpio. Muy cerca de la estación de tren (10 min. a pie) y de puntos de interés (20 min. a pie). El buffet cuenta con cafés, cereal, fruta, yogurt y jugo, aunque la señora que atiende tiene muy malos modos. Cuentan con un clóset con cámara donde puedes dejar tu equipaje de manera segura, si llegas antes del check in o si te vas después del check out y te las guardan sin costo alguno.

I stayed in a lovely room that reminded me of a four-star hotel—neat, clean, and comfortable—with very friendly and helpful staff. I especially enjoyed the beautiful glass elevator. Everything was just a 15-minute walk away. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the air conditioning; it seemed to be centrally controlled, and we couldn't adjust it ourselves, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. I believe some improvements there would make the stay even better. Overall, the staff's kindness truly made a difference, and I appreciated their efforts. They even packed my breakfast because i had a early flight.

Hotel is “good”. I complain about receptionist Emanuele. Since first day he didn’t want to help us with check in, since he saw we were 4 in one car, he made us unpack our things in street refusing to tell us where to park even when parking garage was included in reservation. After we basically were mad asking him to do check in for us (we got separated rooms, but he said we were too many in just one car) He sloooowly did the check in and was not even talking to us. Same attitude for check out. Definitely not a personal that should be receiving people at a front desk.

The hotel was in a great location with good transport links. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It doesn't have it's own restaurant or bar but we didn't need that. Breakfast was adequate for the price we paid - good value overall I think.

Schimmel in der Dusche, Duschkopf undicht, Bad braucht insgesamt ein Update. Angekündigte deutsche TV-Sender gab es nicht. Frühstück mittelmäßig. Personal aber sehr freundlich, Zimmer ansonsten sauber und Bett sehr bequem. AC funktionierte auch tadellos.

Il bagno in camera non era stato pulito con cura, infatti c'erano tra le altre cose peli (di barba) del cliente precedente sul lavandino vicino allo specchio. Nonostante abbia fatto presente il problema alla reception, il giorno seguente non sono stati rimossi. Personale scortese in sala a servire le colazioni.

Goede ligging. Slecht geïsoleerd hotel. Twee huizen verder een sishabar waardoor er enorm veel lawaai is. Je hoort ook alles van nabijgelegen kamers. Er wordt ook niet super grondig gepoetst. Bij aankomt lag er een afgeknipte teennagel op de vloer. Ontbijt was zeer minimaal. Alle tafels extreem dicht bij elkaar geschoven. Niet fijn om rustig te ontbijten. Eveneens weinig keuze.

The room itself was fine, but the bathroom, particularly the shower was not pleasant. The shower door was opaque with lime scale and the tiling was was covered in mildew. It really needed a proper cleaning! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Nice hotel in a good area near public transport. I only have 4 stars overall because they did not allow the air conditioning until June they said even though it was soooo warm in the rooms in May. Opening the window was a good reprieve for night - but then we were eaten by mosquitos.

Ok the room was good and clean. I got good customer support from everyone. So why only 3 overall stars? I dont know if it was my low floor room or something but the sound insulation was horrible. Every night from 11pm to 01 am constant banging, yelling and knocking on doors from my neighbor rooms. And my trip was in middle of week so... i had to literally listen everyone and everything while trying to sleep. Kinda wished the reception guy would have come yell shut the @%#& up at any point.

The pictures on the Expedia website made this hotel look a great option. The experience did not live up to this. The room was really small and the shower was tricky to get in and out. We had a mould issue with the shower and air conditioning, which was unpleasant, but resolved. We found it incredibly noisy to sleep even though we were in the 3rd floor. We both were covered in bites after the second night sleep. The location is ok and the staff were friendly. We found only having one key between us and having to hand it in every time we went out strange.

1 night stay over in Milan’s before flying home. Good location and walkable to great restaurant for dinner. Beds were comfortable. Hotel walls were very thin and so the room was noisy - both from rooms next door and upstairs and the lobby door bell below. Breakfast was the worst breakfast of our trip to Italy - limited pastry selection and quality of pastries were dry with fillings barely noticeable; very limited selection of meats, cheeses and fruit. Would not recommend this hotel.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. We arrived, checked-in and everything was just fine until this point. However, when we first entered the room, there was this elderly lady lying on the bad that we were supposed to stay! It scared me to death as the room was all dark and she started walking in my direction. Later on, we found out that the elderly lady was a homeless person who managed to enter the hotel AND to the room. When that happened, I ran to the reception and for my surprise, they said that it was the second time that this had happened and they had no clue how. The staff changed the room we were supposed to stay and did not even apologize. The manager Younes was a little bit ironic about the whole situation and kind of making fun of how scared we were. Stay away. Safety first and this hotel won’t have it guaranteed.

Do you know these things where everything seems fine and yet there is something wrong? Our experience with Hotel Sempione was exactly like that. It is hard to pinpoint what specific things were wrong with the room, as everything seemed fine and nice on paper. Yet, we spent 3 nights at the Hotel and slept a total of around 5 hours. Not a lot for three days, but that can happen. It was the small things, the pillows were very hard and big so the neck hurt, the bed was really hard so even my hip slept when lying on the side, and it was very loud at night from inside the Hotel and outside as well, plus we couldnt make the climate control work in the room which made it a quite hot place to sleep or wait till morning in our case. All small things that one can experience at a hotel, and yet annoying but what can you do. To be fair the hotel had a quite nice location fairly central so they got that going for them, so far so good. The thing we were least fond about were not the fact that they charged some tax at checkout though we paid already, nor that they were very rude at several interactions. However they insisted that we handed in the room key when we left, and despite a do not disturb sign they entered our room every time we left to go out. We know that as a fact because we made small traps. When confronting the reception we were told we lied and were therefore yelled at. This was not very pleasant nor nice to know someone sneaked around in the room. Very unsetteling.

Rent och fräscht! Kändes tryggt med reception som var öppet dygnet runt. Frukosten som ingår var verkligen över förväntan med färsk frukt, massa olika bröd och bakverk. Läget är bra med närhet till stationen.

Bra läge mellan tågstationen och stora kyrkan "Domen". AC på rummet vilket är toppen på sommaren, vi hade +30 ute. Enklare frukost, men fullt tillräcklig. Känns som ett mycket bra hotell för att vara tre stjärnigt

While the room and decor looked nice, the air conditioning and fan did not work. Even though it wasn't that warm outside, the temperature in the room kept rising all night, but the HVAC system in the building next door was so loud that we couldn't leave the window open. The shower did not drain and immediately started to flood the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible. The croissants tasted like plastic and the juice was gritty and tasted like it had been made from a powdered mix. The coffee was not bad.
