There is very old room and washroom it’s very bed no air condition very hot room can’t sleep

Meget beskidt i gangarealerne, wi fi virkede ikke, helt vildt meget larm hele natten. Værelset var ok rent, dog var der meget slidt. Meget virkede ikke og det var exceptionelt varmt, ingen ac kun en fan men den måtte jeg selv lave, da den ikke virkede da vi ankom. Meget hårde senge, men rigtig god beliggenhed meget tæt på metro.

The hotel lacks air conditioning and has poor sonic insulation between the rooms. One is regularly woken up by neighbors talking loudly, blowing their nose or flushing the toilet during the night.

Hotel abbastanza buono in rapporto al prezzo un po’ rumoroso sia l interno che l esterno peccato manchi aria condizionata ma c è ventilatore in camera ! Bagno piccolissimo con poca acqua fredda ! Personale gentilissimo !

La cosa migliore è il prezzo. Il resto lascia molto a desiderare, la struttura è in decadenza e tra mancanza di aria condizionata, camere che non vengono rifatte, pezzi di battiscopa staccati completamente dal muro, box doccia rotti e finestre delle stanze accanto con scritto "help me" insomma... Non è proprio l'ideale. Ma costa poco ed è vicinissimo alla metro Brenta (M3).

Sitio para pasar una noche nada más. Precio alto y el sitio es bastante antiguo, no hay aire acondicionado aun que si un ventilador. La localización por la noche no inspira demasiada seguridad.

A parte la gentilezza dei receptionists, purtroppo l:esperienza è stata pessima. Camera terribilmente sporca e fatiscente, con tanto di pulci sui letti. Condizioni igieniche inesistenti e rumore notturno fino alle 2-3 del mattino (di lunedì) proveniente da tutte le camere del piano

Hotel was basic but clean and tidy. Shower was hot and powerful. Bed was a bit hard but ok, no tea/coffee in the room. You could hear people talking/playing music in the rooms but it was ok. Plenty of food outlets near by and only 3 min walk to the Metro which was very convenient. We purchased a 72 hr metro card for €15 was worth it. Would i stay again? Yes i would as ideal if on a budget.

Jeg og min mor hadde et fabelaktig opphold hos Hotel del Sud. Rommet var renere enn noe annet hotellrom jeg har vært på, det var rolig og stille til å være i en helg, sengene var gode å sove i. Badet var litt lite og dusjen lakk ut på gulvet, men ingen store problemer. Vi fikk varmet vann i resepsjonen og lagde kaffe på rommet, det stod også en kaffemaskin i resepsjonen (1 euro). Hotellet ligger på andre siden av M3 Brenta som tar deg direkte inn til sentrum få stopp unna. Supermarked i samme kvartal. God restaurant få meter unna/McDonald's på andre siden av gaten. Vi kunne ikke funnet en bedre løsning. Jeg vil gjerne gi 5 stjerner.

Un vieux hôtel avec un bon emplacement à côté du metro. Mais les chambres ne sont pas propres, je me suis fait piquer par des punaises de lit c'est horrible... Même si c'est un hôtel 1 étoile il faut faire le minimum côté ménage et hygiène !

The front door to the room was very loose and whilst it locked it did not feel secure at all. There were also cockroaches in the room. The staff were notified and they said they would do something but they didn't. I left early.

O lugar é como nas fotos, uma hospedagem simples, mas com limpeza ok, cama confortável, tinha ar condicionado mas não precisei. Recepção 24 horas, precisei chegar tarde e fui atendido. Pelas avaliações que vi aqui imaginei algo terrível, e achei exagerado, é um lugar simples, hospedagem econômica pra dormir, fui bem atendido, localização boa pra caminhar e conhecer a cidade.

Encontramos la habitación lleno de polvo, al punto que tuve que pedir una bayeta para limpiar, las sabanas y toallas no lo cambian, no hacen ni la cama, los 4 dias que estuvimos nunca pasaron la escoba por la habitación, el baño lleno de hongos y con una puerta que se caía a pedazos, el televisor malogrado, en pocas palabras no lo recomiendo, es un asco de hotel.

hotel vicinissimo alle metro, per una notte dopo una giornata stancante va bene, peccato che l'albergo è abbastanza sporco e mal curato in tutto.

The bathroom is extremely small and it’s only suit for some one like about less than 150 pounds Area is safe. Super small room

Stayed for just one night and it was a really unpleasant experience. The toilet didn’t have a proper lock, and the space inside was extremely cramped — even a small child would find it hard to use. For the amount they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. I’d strongly suggest finding a better place to stay.

Room, bathroom and beds are too small

Bueno. Bien comunicado con el centro. Parada de metro al lado y supermercados. Camas muy comodas. Negativo. La ducha muy pequeña. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Zona muy ruidosa. Las paredes son muy finas y se oye todo.

Pros: closer to Metro station to go to central station by M3 Metro. Cons: As per the price, few things are not available like good cleaning (bath), heating in the room was not sufficient, room sleepers not available, room walls are thin so you can hear people around talking. Reception was okay.

Buona camera con letto comodo, balcone e bagno rinnovato. Unica pecca : porta entrata sottile ! Si sentono i rumori dei vicini e delle porte sbattute nel corridoio..

Läget var en bra bir ifrån centrum. Men mycket restauranger och affärer nära. Rummet var i ganska dåligt skick och det var inte så rent. Fönster ut mot gatan också så väldigt mycket ljud. Otroligt lyhörd också innifrån man hörde rummen bredvid alla ljud osv. Jag är inte kräsen av mig ska bara sova så det fungerade för mig. För den kräsne och känsliga personen rekommenderar jag inte detta.

For the price you can’t go wrong. But the walls are paper thin and it can get very noisy. The bathroom was acceptable, but for a leaking shower and some unfinished renovation. If you’re a solo traveller and need a place to rest your head for a cheap price I’d say this place is acceptable.

Tutto secondo le aspettative per un hotel ad 1 stella. Il punto di forza è l'economicità e la buona posizione vicino alla metro 3. In 15 minuti si è in piazza duomo. Le lacune più evidenti sono l'insonorizzazione inesistente delle porte delle camere e la mancanza di tende diurne alla finestra della camera, quando si aprono le tende oscuranti si è in vetrina su corso Lodi. Il personale è gentile, ritornerei tutto sommato in questo hotel...

We chose the Hotel Del Sud as it was a decent price relatively close to the city centre. Transport-wise you only had to cross the road outside and go down to the Metro (train station) which would take you pretty much anywhere within reason which was really easy! We found a 72 hour Metro pass for the area was €15 so that sorted us for the stay. The staff at the hotel were really nice and we never had any bother. If you head down the road there is a 24/7 supermarket if you ever needed anything, a McDonalds across the road and a few different restaurants in the area. All round it was cheap and cheerful which satisfied us going on a short break to Milan - we would go again if we returned.

We arrived at half 11 at night to be greeted by the owner. Lovely person. Hotel our room was clean tidy every day. Fresh towels. Bad point about hotel.. 1. Room needs a little updating. Bedding was in a tired state. Curtains was not v good. And the top of the curtains was hanging off. 2. Snack options. 3. More drink option in the reception fridge. Would I stay here again....? Yes. As it's a minute walk from the metro. Plenty of bars and restaurants in and around. Quiet.

Il ragazzo del pomeriggio è stato gentilissimo al contrario di quello della mattina .... struttura scarsa da ristrutturare completamente,ma per il prezzo è buona come la vicinanza della metro...La pulizia è ottima (della camera)le aree pubbliche lasciamo perdere

Tanti servizi non funzionanti. Tavoletta del Valter non si reggeva e dovevi mantenerla con le mani o con la schiena. Le prese della corrente trovare due entrambe non funzionanti. Vicini rumorosi e urla. Sono dovuto scendere due volte in reception per avere il telecomando della TV che mancava e per due volte il telecomando era sbagliato. In tutto ciò il telefono non esisteva e quindi l’unico modo per comucare era andare in reception.. Ovviamente il personale tutto straniero (non so se davvero o fingessero) faceva fatica a capire l’italiano in Italia (snervante). Ho fatto presente tutto questo e il receptionist mi ha risposto infastidito. In ultimo è più grave la fattura mi è stata sbagliata e fatta di un valore più basso. Anche qui quando ho chiesto mi è stato detto che la colpa è di EXPEDIA. Lui la fattura la deve fare per il valore effettivo della stanza senza la commissione di EXPEDIA. Sono loro che sbagliano. Un completo disastro nel centro di Milano Unica cosa positiva di questo albergo è che ci sono stato solo una notte per fortuna…

Localização sensacional, quase em frente à estação de metrô Brenta. Ao lado tem Carrefour, padaria e restaurantes. Tinha um senhor na recepção com pouca paciência e receptividade. Os atendentes indianos era bem simpáticos. Hotel nada de luxo, somente para dormir mesmo. A limpeza diária era somente retirar o lixo do quarto e trocar a toalha, nem a cama era arrumada. O box do banheiro é muito pequeno, quase nem dá pra se mexer. No site fala que tem depósito de bagagem e não tem. As malas ficam na recepção e eles ficam olhando. Fiquei 5 dias fora e qdo voltei estavam lá e tudo certo.

Easy walking access to public transportation.

Sehr gut mit der Metro erreichbar. Nicht weit vom Zentrum enfernt. Für ein Wochenende Top 👍 besser als erwartet.

Non troppo costoso e abbastanza centrale, raggiungibile facilmente con bus e metro.

Para una o dos noches es ideal, bien ubicada y con lo necesario. Tiene la parada de metro justo al lado. Repetiría sin duda.

We were happy to find this cheap accomodation in expensive Milan. We did not pay for luxury, and did not get it. The hotel was pretty worn down. Still, the staff was nice and the room clean - and that is of importance to us. Location close by a station on Metro line 3 was highly apreciated. This made the hotel close to everything although a bit off on the map. Even night bus services. Neigborhood with patisserie and benches to sit on and 24 hour Carrefour.

Hotel um pouquinho distante do centro histórico mas que atendeu perfeitamente nossas necessidades e expectativas. Quarto espaçoso, bastante vaga na rua para estacionar (parquímetro) e com muito comércio ao redor (conveniência, padaria, café e até um Mc Donald's bem na frente).

Comfortable location. Superb breakfast bar under the hotel (Veccia Milano). No slippers due to stone flooring. Thin walls. Noisy. Very inconvenient and small sink that is impossible to reach.

I have to say i was a bit sceptical when booking this hotel as some comments were scaring me of. But i have to say if you want 5* then pay for 5* all i wanted was a bed to sleep in and a nice hot shower and we also go a balcony which was great. The rooms were clean and also we were asked each morning if we would like the staff to come in and clean the room and give fresh towels which was lovely. The metro is literally 2 minute walk from the hotel, and it goes straight to duomo and central which was perfect for us. There are plenty places to eat right next to the hotel. Plenty pizza, pasta and halal kebab shop, which we went to often, theres a carefour supermarket which is 24 hours round the corner which was perfect to pick drinks and snacks as the hotel only has a tea/coffee machine but there is a lovely cafe literally next door who do some amazing chocolates and espresso and coffee, and few more doors down was a lovely bakery which we loved. The staff in there were so sweet. Theres also a McDonalds right opposite, a pharmacy, plenty hair salons, super cheap for wash and blowdry. And few shisha bars. If i do come back to milan i will definitely be staying here again.

Aunque no tiene muy buena pinta por fuera, la habitación estaba bastante bien. Solo estuve unos días y la usé para dormir. Para eso es una buena opción, por el precio y lo bien comunicada que está (al lado de una parada de metro). En los alrededores hay lugares para comer y también cafeterías. El personal fue muy amable

The stay was good. Bed was comfy. I had Supermarkets and convenience Shops with 3 and 4 minute walks. Mcdonalds litetally opposite is always a winner and 5/10 minute walk to the metro I would definately stay again.

El chico que te atiende en recepción es muy agradable, el check in es fácil y rápido, la habitación está muy limpia y tiene ventilador, cuenta con ducha, gel, toallas, jabón... Hay muchos restaurantes para comer alrededor y un súper abierto 24 horas. Muy recomendable.
