The hotel room was big enough for our family of four with the children having cots in a separate room from the bedroom but it was extremely worn. The carpet was threadbare and the furniture was very old and worn. The televisions frequently would not work as we tried to watch the World Cup. The food from room service was fast and pretty good. Overall the price seemed too expensive for the condition of the room, but the hotel’s proximity to the metro to take us into Milan and it’s available parking made it one of the only viable options for us on our last night before flying home through Milan. There were no open restaurants near the hotel on a Sunday night and we walked a mile to get some water and snacks, as we did not have options ar the hotel except a limited mini bar.

La struttura si trova ad un paio di chilometri dal centro, con una stazione della metropolitana che porta in Duomo a neppure 100 metri dell'hotel. Struttura ben posizionata con parcheggio molto comodo. Buon servizio colazione e accoglienza. Camere un pò datate. Da diverso tempo mancano le ciabatte in camera che prima erano sempre presenti e risparmiare su un paio di ciabatte non lo ritengo opportuno.

Very nice and clean rooms.. Forget all about dinning in the restaurant unless you’r craving for anything prepared in the fryer or comes out a plastic bag.. I think that one meal are in the top 4 of the worst meals I ever had.. €57 short… You can have a 5 dish tasting menue at a Michelin restaurant for only €100?!?!

Pretty good hotel conveniently next to the metro into town. Nothing much in the area to walk to, mostly car dealerships. Hotel rooms are huge but much of it is wasted space. Clean, though the carpet could use replacing. Would be nice if the hotel had a microwave

Purtroppo la struttura è vecchia. La struttura è carina ma necessita di ripulita e ristrutturazione. Il personale non è sempre esattamente cortese. La camera piccola, il letto doppio ma molto scomodo, bagno da rifare, soffitto con molte crepe, corridoio sporco, condizioni vecchio e rumoroso. In compenso, ottima colazione e stazione metro proprio all angolo ma nel complesso un ottimo tre stelle al prezzo di un tre stelle, però. Non è un quattro stelle e non vale il prezzo.

It was a very good stay. Hotel is a little dated but comfortable. They use real keys for the rooms and have a very bulky key ring. You have to leave the key at the front desk ans some times there is a line when you return to the hotel and want your key. They should look into updating the room key system. Regardless, i woyld stay here again

Service is good; felt welcomed and always greeted by front desk and all other staff with a smile :) They are quick and patient on providing help to customers as well. Have stayed in both the Classic Single Room and Superior Double Room before. All the amenities work well without an issue in the rooms, but the room design feels dated. The condition of the room also varies, depending on the price you are paying.. but overall it's acceptable and spacious. Some rooms are older, lighting not as bright and carpets in the room are musty. Others are refurbished and are brighter in general, with wooden floors which are cleaner. Convenient location, just steps away from the subway station, only a 10-15 min subway ride to Duomo.

No AC in the hotel, it was hot. We had 30 minutes to use an iron, the man at the front said we will be charged 30 Euro for every minute after. What a joke. The tub was too steep, very high likelihood of slipping. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Loud at night. We were on top floor and we heard people screaming on the street throughout the night. A front desk woman wanted to add coffee to the minibar and just walked in to our hotel room without knocking.

We liked the hotel and the value it offered. It looked like the rooms were partially renovated. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The size of the room was sufficient. The bathrooms however, were very dated, with broken and lifted tiles, a shower head that wouldn’t move and was too close to the wall. With that said, I understand why because the shower water would come out of the shower pan onto the platform and flood the floor if a towel wasn’t placed there. Breakfast was great! They had everything and more than an average breakfast. The area surrounding wasn’t the most welcoming to be in, but it was very close to the train/subway station which was what we were looking for. If you are looking for a hotel outside the city centre for good value and located on a train path, then this is it. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area!

The customer service at the front desk is horrible. We were trying to check in after a long and hot day. They asked for our passports. We said they are in one of our suitcases but we didn’t know which one. We did not want to open our suitcases in front of all the people in the lobby. So we asked the manager if we could at least be escorted to our room to open them in there and then bring them down. She said no. She didn’t even offer us a private area to do it in. Made us open 2 of our suitcases up to find our passports in front of everyone in the lobby.

Front desk staff is extremely rude. A gentlemen named Robi was very condescending, wouldn’t speak to us directly, and had another worker translate to us when we both spoke perfect English. Rooms also don’t represent what is shown online. They are very outdated and old.

Hotel ist sehr praktisch an einer Metrostation gelegen. 15-20 Minuten bis zum Domplatz. Das Hotel hat einen grossen Lounge/Empfangsbereich Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das Badezimmer wirkte ein bisschen altmodisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und reichlich. Der Service war freundlich und effizient.

I have very bad experience in breakfast. I’m the person who eat at between 9-10 morning. But this morning i have to leave early to airport Thats why i grab some foods then this lady came to me & says it’s forbidden to take food out. I explained to her i need to leave early to reach airport. She ensisted it’s not allowed. I asked her i want to talk to the hotel maneger she says she is the one she is the manager, I don’t Think so she is because what the way she talks to the costumer is not compibility to be an manager. She talks loud to me every body in the restaurant looking at her. She’s shout to me. To the last she charge me 6 euros because i grab breakfast. The she talks in Italien in my back. She is so extremly giving bad service

L'hotel si trova in un quartiere decisamente non interessante, ma questa è l'unica nota grigia che viene cancellata da tutto il resto. La fermata della metropolitana è a 50m, sulla linea gialla della metro che porta diretti in centro (Duomo, Montenapoleone, Stazione Centrale etc), una comodità che da sola vale l'hotel. L'hotel ha uno stampo di altri tempi, in senso buono, ho rivissuto il romanticismo delle chiavi per le stanze da riconsegnare quando si esce e con il classico porta chiavi pesantissimo, meraviglioso! Una reception super professionale sempre a disposizione h24 e con personale numeroso negli orari di check-in. La mia stanza è stata una sorpresa, enorme, pulitissima anche nei punti critici che ovviamente ho controllato. Anche lei non nasconde un accento di altri tempi, ma aggiornata nei comfort e nei servizi agli standard più moderni. Il letto davvero comodo, così come i cuscini (sono disponibili su richiesta una serie di cuscini particolari, ma non so se si tratti di un servizio a pagamento), piumino d'oca fantastico e più di ogni altra cosa, un silenzio eccezionale, credo di aver dormito bene come non facevo da tempo. Tirando le somme, il mio soggiorno è stato ottimo, ci tornerò senz'altro per la pulizia, l'abbondanza degli spazi e la metropolitana vicinissima (fermata Porto di Mare, linea gialla).

This hotel is a typical business conference venue. And is also fantastic when coming by car to Milan. Really close to metro station and just 7 stops to Duomo. Secure parking in a garage and very friendly staff. The only downer (for me) was the breakfast and especially the location without natural lighting, which seemed to rub off in the staff that were as gloomy as the location. But the breakfast selection was all good.
