Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich mit kleinem Küchenbereich, was für uns mit Kind ein Bonus war. Das Badezimmer war sehr alt und muffig, die Decke tropfte und die Decke splittere ab..aber störte uns nicht übermäßig. Leider wurden mehr Tourismusabgaben von uns verlangt, als auf der Website beschrieben. Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, frisch und lecker. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen. Wir waren im großen und ganzen zufrieden.

It was an overall pleasant stay in this hotel. Not far from the nearest metro to the centre, friendly staff and great facilities. Rooms could use an update in terms of the decor, the air con was not working properly and the phone was pretty useless when trying to contact reception (either that or they dudnt answer)....but all and all, thoroughly enjoyed my stay

The hotel was fairly nice. The staff were excellent and very nice and helpful. The rooms were not very clean but also not incredibly dirty. Dust under all the furniture and in the corners and some stains in the couch but there were no bugs or anything like that. The kitchen was quite good and we used it often. The room was large and quite comfortable.

Das Zimmer war sehr staubig, in der Schublade lag ein Badetuch dreckig und beschmutzt mit etwas ekliges! Ich musste direkt nachdem Ankommen trotz Müdigkeit begonnen zum Putzen & Staub abwischen. Ich habe die Personal Bescheid gesagt,dann kamm am nächsten Tag die Putzfrau,aber sie hat nur die Bettwäsche und Badetücher gewechselt und nicht einmal den sichtbaren staubigen Boden geputz. Das kostenlose Mineralwasser,dass auf der Webseite des Hotels unterdem Punkt "Ausstattung "steht,war nur einmalig für den ersten Tag, nur eine Flasche für drei Personen. Im Balkon gab keine Stühle,keine Möglichkeit für die naße Wäsche zu aufhängen. Einfach ein komplett leerer Balkon!

Friendly staff and clean-ish rooms. Some of the things such as the shower head needed a deeper clean. Air con could be slightly stronger but the room was overall nice and cool. The rooms are dated but everything was still functional and clean. One major thing we needed was outdoor furniture for the balcony so we can enjoy the weather outside

The property itself is nice and clean. However the air conditioning in our bedroom wasn't working and it was so hot that day. But we ask the receptionist downstairs and ask if we can transfer to a different room. And they were very helpful without hesitant. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. We had small kitchen but no kettle which is quite important for me. Breakfast was nice specially the croissants❤ The grocery shop is about 7- 10 mins walk and same as metro station. I would recommend this hotel...

Un très bon séjour en famille, nous avons pu avoir un lit bébé pour notre fille de 3 ans. Nous avions la chambre 607, qui était en fait un petit studio très fonctionnel et propre. Rien à redire pour l' hôtel, le séjour était parfait. Quand à l' accueil, pareil, le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée était très professionnel et chaleureux. Le tarif est très correct, mais il faut dire que nous sommes un peu loin du centre et que le quartier est populaire. Pour aller visiter Milan, il faut absolument prendre les transports, sinon il y en a pour une bonne heure à pied.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately the room given had broken curtain, which when mentioned was fixed, shower only having dripping water, not enough towels, blocking of water in the tub. Hairdryer not working, machine was making loud noise and no air coming from it. At any point after informing the reception no mention of room change or anything. I would like part of the money as basic needs where not met

Really good hotel. Very clean and good comfort. A bit far from the center of Milan when on foot but overall a really good hotel. The metro lines take you to the city center in about 10 minutes. Walking to Doumo will take you about an hour.
