Hotelstaff is superb! Special thanks to Giacomo from the reception who made us feel so welcome. Rooms are ok, but can be noisy when you stay at the street side. Only the safe was too small to fit an iPad or laptop. Breakfast is as usual at NH varied and from good quality. Location is also a plus, a 5 minute walk through the park and you are directly at the high end shopping district. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the direct neighborhood. Prices are reasonable for Milan as you stay just outside of the city center.

Nice clean comfortable room. Good AC. Fridge has drinks and snacks but no price list, they're not free. Breakfast buffet is excellent. You can make coffee at the machine or ask for it at the breakfast bar and they will bring it to you.

well located. clean room. everything was good except for hearing the person in the room nextdoor when she was speaking on the phone on loud speaker, i could hear their conversation. and her alarm clock ring the next morning. apart from that everything was very good, very nice staff. breakfast is good

Compared to my first stay at this hotel four years ago, this experience was by far the worst during my trip to Italy and in contrast to other NH hotels I’ve stayed in. The AC was not working, so I approached the reception to report it. I spoke to a new team member named Nicola (if I remember correctly). While we were discussing the issue, another staff member, who was assisting another guest, interrupted our conversation in a very rude manner. When I began explaining my situation, she dismissed me by looking at her screen, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional for hotel staff. Later, the manager informed me that she worked in the back office and wasn’t trained to handle guests. I think this will be the last time i stay in this hotel when visiting Milan

El hotel es viejo, pensé que lo habían renovado y más aún por ser NH que siempre han sido un hotel de prestigio. Se supone que sería una estancia agradable, a las 8:30am estaban arreglando otro cuarto y se escuchaba un taladro y no pude descansar. Las paredes estaban despintadas y se escuchaba el ruido de las calles jamás vuelvo.

Really comfortable rooms, staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for access to central Milan by walking or metro. Buffet breakfast was good too! Only minor complaint is that our room was missing toiletries (no shower gel, no spare toilet roll) so we had to keep asking the reception for them. They did sort it out very quickly though.

Understaffed to manage guests and phones. There was only one front desk person. We were asked to wait in the lobby , but she forgot about us. I had to call the front desk to get her attention. No apology or offer of any amenities to mitigate the poor service.

Amanda at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. She made our stay more comfortable. We were only here for 3 days and only took taxi from the lobby to save time but metro and tram is near by and makes it very convenient if you have enough time to explore. Next time we are in Milan, we will definitely choose NH Milano to stay.

Ruhiges Hotel ,freundlicher Service, sehr sauber,für einen Städte Trip nah genug am Zentrum und gleichzeitig zum Flughafen. Insofern die perfekte Kombi Hotel-Flug. Viele kleine Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung für einen Absacker. Nur der Innenhof mit Fenster , der gleichzeitig Tiefgaragen Einfahrt war wurde Samstag Nacht Jugendtreff und damit etwas laut. Aber mit geschlossenem Fenster und Klima Anlage war es machbar. Preis-Leistung für das Doppelzimmer ohne Frühstück war okay.
