Great hotel with lovely staff. The only thing that could be improved is the lack of parking. We arrived for an event with our little daughter and had to leave the car in the middle of the street just to check in, and then drive about five minutes to a public parking lot. Other than that, the experience was very good.

Great location to explore Milan. Parking is limited however when I raised I needed a spot they ensured one was kept for me which was greatly appreciated when we arrived on the evening. Staff very helpful and room comfortable. Rooms are warm and even turning heating right down and off remained very warm. Would recommend this for all travellers

Halter has been completely renovated amazing modern room, it 3 blocks from the Bera dining and 10 min from the city center. Best quality to price I have had drudging this Italy trip. Thing to note: there is no parking, it’s a hassle to find a spot but that goes to pretty much anywhere in Milan

We were in the unrenovated portion of the hotel. The room had a bit of dust and debris on the floor which was quickly remedied when we pointed it out. The breakfast included was good and the service was pleasant. It’s a great location, near a Metro, and also the shopping both very high end and high street. Would stay again.

Hotel was excellent, very modern sparkling clean. Nice bed, wonderful shower. A/c was a little weak but not too bad. Breakfast was excellent. Only thing is that the room we stayed in may have had bed bugs. Both my wife and i were bitten in more than dozen spots.

Room was very dated and old. Hallway leading up to the room - looked like motel 6. Got real key ball with room number attached to it. Not very convenient to be walking around Milan with tennis ball in your pocket. Looked a lot better in pictures than it’s actually is.

The location was absolutely perfect for anyone wanting everything within easy reach. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room service was always on time. The room temperature was not very cold because it was regulated by a central system, despite having a thermostat in the room. The room size was decent, but the bathroom was quite small and cramped. Additionally, the washroom door swings into the toilet area when opened, which was quite inconvenient. There wasn’t adequate space to hang towels, aside from the towel rack in the bathtub area. Additionally, hand and face towels were not provided initially; we had to request them separately.

A great Hotel in the heart of Milan with utramodern fittings and luxurious surroundings in terms of space and appointments. Helpful and friendly staff, excellent bathrooms and much bigger rooms than most other hotels i have stayed in in Milan, but at no higher price. Great value for money and I would thoroughly recommend to others.

Tried to call the property as I was told by them to give them eta so they could have parking available for me. NOONE answered the phone all day. At check in staff was not very well trained. Barman at hotel lobby was extremely rude. So was the maitre d of the restaurant. all and all I would never go back to this hotel.

My favorite hotel! A warm, helpful sweet staff in reception, lovely rooms , cnn on tv, and the most delicious breakfast ever! Great location, too. I love Hotel Cavour and have stayed there 4-5 times. I can’t wait to go back.And it’s close to La Scala and Duomo.

We all loved our stay at Hotel Cavour. I stayed in Milan on business many times for the past 10 years but this is the nicest and best hotel I ever stayed. Their staffs are extremely nice and helpful, which make this hotel truly special. The gentleman who did our check-ins, even spoke Japanese and remember all our names and room numbers! The room is very clean, convenient location to city center and good breakfast-highly recommended!

The hotel was located about a 10-15 min walk from the Duomo, La Scala and the Galleria and 10 mins from the Brera neighbourhood. The staff at the hotel were helpful and pleasant. The hotel has undergone some refurbishment but not to the floor we were staying on. The public areas were pleasant enough but could do with some modernisation especially given the refurbishment to floors 1-3. Would suggest the hotel is closer to 3 rather than 4 stars at present.

Looks like the rooms are being gradually upgraded. The one I had looked like it was straight out of the 1970s but it was still comfortable. There is a good restaurant for dinner but the breakfast is questionable. The hot food is not hot (cold scrambled eggs were not great) and the coffee they serve comes out Luke warm as well. The breakfast is not great at all. There is no cold storage for milk and yoghurts etc so if you come down later in the morning expect the food to be at room temperature. They really need to work on the breakfast and update this hotel. It’s comfortable as is but is very dated.

I made my reservation through the Expedia website and I remember selecting the option that included breakfast, but it turned out that my reservation did not include it. Everything was going well, but unfortunately, on the last day of breakfast, the gluten-free bread I was given was moldy and green. If I hadn’t noticed and eaten it, I might have gotten food poisoning. I would have expected it to be checked before being served. For this reason, I was not satisfied. (I follow a gluten-free diet.)

enjoyed my stay at this excellent hotel. Classy and understated excellence. Rooms were roomy and comfortable, well-appointed and a comfortable bed. As an older building it has a wonderful, welcoming sizeable lobby area complete with chandelier and comfortable sitting area. I nice place to come back to after a day of touring. The bathroom was spacious. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly...special thanks to Julio who provided excellent service and helped with many questions. If I return to Milan, I will definitely consider staying here again.

I enjoyed our stay, location is fantastic, a short tram ride into the Duomo or Castello. Milano Centrale very close, short taxi ride. The rooms were clean but a tired, beds are comfortable, bathroom on the smaller side but very clean and nice. Breakfast was lovely, I would recommend staying here.
