Friendly and super positive staff, both at check-in, cleaning personnel and at check-out. Location is really practical. Walking distance to Duomo, tons of public transportation, really convenient if you are flying out of Linate airport. 24/7 access to complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate/water was a nice bonus.

We had a fantastic stay, the location could not be better for sightseeing in Milan. We had a warm welcome from the staff, and they helped us out with a few recommendations. There is a tram station right outside for central areas, and another a few minutes away for North/South of the city. Immaculate condition on communal areas and the room. The free coffee machine and water fountain were also very useful. Superb stay, thanks very much

La chambre était très moderne et équipée d’un frigo. L’acceuil était très agréable avec accompagnement jusqu’à la chambre. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et réactif. Point bonus pour la machine à café à disposition 24h/24 ! De nombreuses transports en commun et vélos/trotinettes de locations accessibles dans le quartier.

I did not have a car but there seemed to be available spots most of the time. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were outstanding! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this Hotel. Plenty of dining, shopping, and transit options in a very walkable area. Molto Bello!

Staff friendly and efficient. Room was mostly clean, some parts by the sink area in the bathroom need to be looked at. Bed was a small single which was a bit small for me (6ft tall). I did sleep very well, hardly any noise in the hotel.

The initial room we were allocated was full of mould, all around the window and behind the radiator, the bathroom also had mould in several areas and the extractor fan was unbelievably loud and just appeared to make noise and not extract anything. Although I did tell the staff about this and they moved us to a family room which was much cleaner and in better condition. The bed was really comfy and we were all in all happy with our stay. There was construction going on nearby so it was very loud though this is out of control of the hotel itself. I would recommend staying here for a budget night away, but the mould needs sorting in room 7.

I had a great time here. Room looked exactly like it did in the pictures, plus an amazing view of a church! The staff were lovely and helped out when I had an issue with the aircon. A lovely park close by and not a long walk to the Duomo and the city centre. Would highly recommend

Der Check-In war überaus gastfreundlich, uns wurden alle Annehmlichkeiten und Funktionalitäten erklärt und vorgeführt. Ein Loungebereich mit Heißgetränken war erfreulicherweise vorhanden (Vollautomat). Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war groß genug, sehr gut isolierte Fenster, geräumiges Bad. Einzig ein Duschvorhang wäre vorteilhaft gewesen. Die Deko war meinem Empfinden nach minimal und sehr geschmackvoll. Stauraum war genug vorhanden und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Die Reinigungskräfte waren ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und gründlich. Die Lage hätten wir uns besser nicht wählen können. Unten im Haus ist ein Burger Bar, wo abends der Bär steppt (hört man im Zimmer trotzdem nur wenig) und direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gibt es ein kleines Mercado mit Essensständen und der Weg in die Innenstadt ist ein guter Spaziergang entfernt, ansonsten fahren Trams und Busse.

Great place to base a trip to Milan. 30 mns walk from the centre and on a min route for public transport. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Basic but comfortable rooms. I prefer a cold room and the air conditioning stuggled to get to the temperature i like. I will definitely be back

A localização é muito boa fica perto de ponto de ônibus que vai para o centro histórico e aeroporto de Linate e metrô à uns 10min de caminhada. O quarto era bem espaçoso, tinha muitos cabides, frigobar, ar condicionado espaços para armazenar as coisas, banheiro bem espaçoso com chuveiro de excelente pressão e água quentinha. Na área comum do hotel tem disponível para os hospedes uma máquina de café expresso, chocolate quente que é uma delícia, leite quente, água quente para chá e também água natural, gelada e com gás. Um super diferencial da rede. Para quem curte um bar com os amigos indico o Pina que tem ao lado do Hotel, ele é bem movimentado e com ótimos petiscos.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Milan for 4 nights, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. It’s a small and cozy hotel, very clean, beautifully renovated, and perfectly maintained. A special thanks to Rocco and Elton — they were absolutely amazing! Elton was so welcoming and kind, and both of them went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They helped me find great restaurants and even assisted me with getting my train tickets, which was a huge help since I’m new to the country. I truly appreciate their hospitality and care. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and will definitely stay here again next time!

A estadia foi muito boa, o hotel é muito bem localizado, perto da estação de metrô, o bondinho passa na frente, a distância para o Duomo é de uns 20 minutos caminhando. O bairro é bem movimentado durante o dia todo e a noite. Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos e a recepcionista que nos atendeu falava português.

スタッフの対応もいいし、部屋も清潔感があります。一つ問題だったのが時間帯によって排水溝の匂いが強くなるところです。交通の便もよく、近くに手頃なレンスとランがあり、向かえにはトラムとバス乗り場があります。DUOMOにも一本で行けますし、バスはCENTRALの駅まで直行で行きます。とても満足です。

This hotel is a gem as it is only twenty minutes walk from the cathedral, you can also get the no 60 bus close by which goes there and also goes to the central FS train station. The room was fine, clean and overlooked the church at the side of the piazza. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I can't fault this hotel which was a good price. I would definitely stay there again.

Foi uma estadia excelente. O hotel é muito novo, e tudo de muito bom gosto e qualidade. O quarto não é muito grande para 3 hospedes, mas tem o suficiente. O prédio tem elevador que facilita bastante. O quarto era grande e muito confortável, o colchão delicioso e o chuveiro era ótimo também. A única questão é que a calefação do quarto estava muito alta, tentamos diminuir, foram até lá para tentar resolver, mas passamos muito calor dentro do quarto. Não serve café da manhã, mas possui uma máquina de café (que faz chocolate quente, cappuccino, etc) e um filtro com água com gás à vontade. Fica próximo de uma praça, tem muitos restaurantes e mercados próximos.
O quarto era grande e muito confortável, o colchão delicioso e o chuveiro era ótimo também. A única questão é que a calefação do quarto estava muito alta, tentamos diminuir, foram até lá para tentar resolver, mas passamos muito calor dentro do quarto. Não serve café da manhã, mas possui uma máquina de café (que faz chocolate quente, cappuccino, etc) e um filtro com água com gás à vontade. Fica próximo de uma praça, tem muitos restaurantes e mercados próximos.

I did not have a car but there seemed to be available spots most of the time. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were outstanding! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this Hotel. Plenty of dining, shopping, and transit options in a very walkable area. Molto Bello!

Ha sísifo estancia muy agradable , y la habitación cómoda y estupenda para el descanso. La zona tiene mucha vida comercial y restaurantes alerdedor. Al dentro andando son 20 minutos. No tiene opción de desayuno, solo un café en una sala común que puede ayudar para empezar el dia

The 22 Marzo was a great hotel with plenty of options nearby for dining, shopping, or just hanging out, and it was within easy walking distance of the center of Milan. The only feedback I’d give is that if you’re looking for a quiet stay, you might want to request a room on the opposite side, away from the park. The restaurant and bar on the main level can get quite lively with music and partying. If that’s your thing, then it’s perfect!!!

This hotel exceeded expectations. Our triple room was more spacious and expected. The room was bright and clean with quality bedding, air con, blackout curtains and a powerful shower. What more do you want. The complimentary tea and coffee and water was a nice addition. What stood out most of all was the super helpful, friendly reception staff.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was excellent, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, which made it very convenient to go out and explore the area. We also appreciated being able to check in late without any issues. The room was clean and comfortable. The only minor downside was that some of the walls had visible marks that seemed more related to maintenance or wear rather than cleanliness. It did not affect our stay, but a little maintenance would make the room feel more polished. Overall, everything went smoothly and we were happy with our stay.

It is a nice hotel, easy to get to from Milano Centrale. Nice area and some good options for breakfast nearby. Mostly receptive staff and free coffee. City tax can only be paid by cash, which is a problem and should be warned in advance (it was the only hotel in Italy that did not accept credit cards for the tax, including another one in Milan).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was large and very clean. A bus/tram stop is a minute’s walks away so it’s easy to access the city centre.
