Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Smith

Check-in was very easy and the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and neat. We did not indulge in the continental breakfast so I can't speak to that but the location is great and we did not have any difficulty sleeping, even given its proximity to the airport or freeway. The entry-way door had no seal at all so there was a lot of light that spilled in from the hallway but the design of the room has the bed in the back 'pocket' corner so there was a wall obscuring most of it. We would not hesitate to come stay again, though, and felt it was a great value that met our needs for the weekend.

Clean room

The staff was excellant and the room was perfect for our stay. Very quiet on our floor and the breakfast was the best ever!

Clean room, friendly staff. Heat was out in the workout room and it was literally 47° in the room but yolo

Did not reserve a handicapped room but received one. Too tired to haggle over it. Could not pull out the pull out sofa without moving the sofa significantly. Bedding was not in the room and we clearly indicated 3 people staying.
