When getting to the hotel everything looked very elegant pulling up. Going into the main lobby everything was very clean and quiet. The front desk hostess was helping other customers and finished quickly with them and I was checked in quickly. Getting to our rooms they were large and spacious. We did notice there was some bathtub dripping and some grout in the floor that was broken up. Our beds were firm, linens were clean. Everything was well kept in the room. Noticeable stains in one of the chairs. Swimming pool was clean but water was extremely cold. Whirlpool had been replaced and filled in with brick. Outside by the fire pit that did not work but a great sitting area. Grounds were clean. We were able to use the bar area to order us A light meal. The gentleman I believe his name was Jacob was extremely helpful and nice. You are able to order breakfast from a menu but we did not use this service. We estimated about $15 to $20 for each breakfast for our family members. But overall good experience.

Mattress was worn out, kept slliding off for two nights. The #1 reason to stay at a hotel is to get restful sleep, it was not restful. Swimming pool was nasty, wouldn't get in it. Very disappoinnted.

Nice affordable property close and walkable to the main attractions. Friendly staff. Has a pool, small gym, bar and coffee shop on site and small convenience store. Everything you need. Rooms are large. Was very quiet. One of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel.

Very disappointing. Pool was closed - green and unswimmable, room's ice bucket had mold on it, shower curtain was stinky, bed uncomfortable, no working ice machine on floor , only 1 regular coffee for room machine, and only 1 bar of soap for a 2 night stay.

Great property with a convenient bar/restaurant and plenty of open seating in the lobby. Only issue with this property was the bathtub was worn. I would definitely stay here again, given it has adult beverages in a dry-ish county (it’s a thing).

Front staff wasn't rude, but not inviting; toilet running when walked into room - ended lifting lid off tank & stopper is broken and floats around, bathtub (Google showed walk-in shower) and tv was on. Paid for room with balcony. Balcony overlooks concrete roof with pointed roof exhaust to the left. Has 1 chair & barely room for 2 people to stand. Paid for breakfast, note on counter says restaurant closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, clerk said breakfast is coffee and danish pastry (husband allergic to coffee, and we don't eat danishes). Decided to use the gym in the morning. There's 2 treadmills- only 1 works. Husband used the working treadmill (but the TV watching part doesn't work). I used elliptical for 10 minutes (all seemed to work). Switched to recumbent bike. Gym EXTREMELY hot. Had to get off bike & go to front desk to ask for access to get box fan in the pool (Pool is locked with note closed until January. No water in pool. Looked & smelled liked paint when getting fan). Male at front desk VERY helpful and unlocked pool. Said an AC unit has gone out in gym. (Previous reviews also mentioned gym like sauna).

Hotel was a great location to be within walking distance of restaurants. Overall, it was nice and well maintained, but cleaning could have been a bit better. We’ve definitely stayed in worse, but there were a couple of hairs left on the sink/floor, the ice bucket still had some water in it, and there were little pieces of debris on the carpet in the hallway. Would stay here again.

Our visit was very short as we were traveling and this was a quick one night. However I was very pleased with our room decor, the shower supply of shampoo easily available on the wall, the clean appearance of the facility and easy check in. Would recommend!!

I have been staying at this property off and on for a couple years for work. I have noticed the decline in the facility and staff. The facility is in need of some deep cleaning and technology updates. USB ports should be readily available for any business travelers. The plugs in the rooms are very loose. Bathtubs need new seals or cleaned well. Still and ok property but needs some love and updates. The staff is very quiet and not the friendliest. The guy in the bar taking orders never said hello, how are you nothing just blank stare to take my food order. The lady at the front desk seemed I bothered her by checking in. It has not always been this way here.

Room was not clean. We had nail clippers on our bed when we walked in and then looked down next to the bed and there were toenails all over the carpet. Notified the desk and he said they would do a full service clean. They did not. They changed the bed linens but the toenails stayed there the entire 3 days we were there. Gross

Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very kind, friendly, and helpful. Bathroom had an old shower that temp was difficult to control on. Handle was loose, so I tried to adjust it, would get it set, then it turned cold. I would adjust it again and it got scalding hot!! Also, no hair dryer. I rarely travel with one anymore because most hotel rooms now provide them. Not here. Left with my hair wet. A bit frustrating if you’re a woman. “Restaurant” downstairs was actually a bistro - order at the bar and find a seat. We paid for “breakfast for 2” when we booked the room, but I’m not sure it was worth $17 a piece. But Caney (night) and James (morning) at the bar were very pleasant, efficient, and Caney was fun to talk to! She made our evening very enjoyable!! Overall it was clean and comfortable. An enjoyable stay.

Everything was nice, from lobby to room. Didn’t take advantage of any services tho. Waited several minutes to be helped at a blank desk at check in. Room was nice, features were fine. Big issues in bathroom tho. Hot water only lasted about 5 minutes and then I had a very cold shower. Also, a large hump/buckle in the ground in front of the toilet/tub. Almost caused a very bad fall. Not good at all. Also? No hair dryer strangely. All in all, would stay again, but not in room 236.

Terribly noisy from the road. So bad they supplied ear plugs in the bedside table. No rest until early in the morning from Harleys and revving cars that felt like they were in our room. Hard uncomfortable bed. Big room but only 1 chair and tiny bathroom. Asked for no feathers in room in advance and was not done and could only give us one non-down pillow to split b/n my wife and I. Good location and nice marble but not much else worth the price

Bed was extremely comfortable with a selection of pillows for the proper comfort. Shower was the first ive had in a hotel in years with adequate pressure. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Prepaid for the room and notified them over a week prior that my mother had passed and we had to cancel the trip. Expedia tried several times to contact the hotel for cancellation, but never received a response back from the hotel. Even a “no” would’ve been better than completely ignoring my request! No plans to book here again!

They canceled our room the night of sating they were overbooked.. and told us to call expedia to get a refund! The staff were super rude.. they didn’t even apologized! We ended up going somewhere else where we had to pay x2 amount because it was last minuTe booking

I’ve stayed downtown Fortsmith many times but had not tried this hotel before. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Very quiet and you can’t hear your neighbors like in many other hotels. Very friendly staff and easy checkin.

I was a little surprised that there was no complimentary breakfast. It was okay, we brought muffins in our travel bag. But the cheapest, least accommodating motels out there provide a complimentary breakfast. I would think that a class outfit like Courtyard would out-do themselves in that area.

Comfortable bed. Good shower. Easy parking. The Bistro does not have good breakfast. You will need to eat breakfast elsewhere. It does have good alcoholic beverages in the evenings, and TVs to watch sports.There are many relatively close restaurants to drive to.

Front desk person during check out seemed unwelcoming.. There was only one person covering the bistro, she was overwhelmed with the volume of the client for breakfast. She tried her best ... after waiting in the line for 15 minutes decided to go out for breakfast.

Very nice and convenient spot in Fott Smith. Good beds, nice room, lots of counter space, good outlets, great black out curtains. I would recommend not getting the breakfast. It’s not a buffet, food from a service counter. The food is good, coffee very good, but it’s definitely not what you expect when you sign up for breakfast.

It was a decent hotel, the cocktail area is pitiful, but the hotel overall was decent, we didn’t get a breakfast buffet offered (not enough guest) so the few breakfast items offered were not worth the price we paid!

Okay, first let me say that the hotel is very nice. The issues arise with the "on-site restaurant". It is not a restaurant. It is listed as a Bistro (whatever the hell that is supposed to be). A very limited menu, although the food options that my wife and I chose, although being incredibly overpriced, were tasty. The drink options were a joke! The bar was out of ALOT of items on the menu, and apparently some for a long time. Even worse the bar did not have a bottle opener or a corkscrew. Seriously? Just terribly poorly managed. Awful.
