The hotel itself was very clean. The front desk staff spoke but only if spoken to first when passing by. The complimentary water bottles were very nice to have. My bathroom was stocked with 3 bath towels folded on the shelf, and 1 bath towel loosely folded laying on the counter. There were 4 hand towels and no washcloths at all. Also, no microwave in room. My room was located on the third floor. The halls were dimly lit and at the end of the hall was a blue curtain that appeared that there may be some construction or remodeling going on behind it. Between that and the dimly lit hallway, I did not feel safe going in and out of my room. Did not expect that in Scottsdale.
