Just an overall awesome hotel! Pool and hot tub was amazing, staff was kind and helpful, room was 10 out of 10, location was awesome, and the breakfast wasnt half bad. Also if I sine up to me a reward member that is free your deposit will only be 50 bucks and u can get up to a 2pm check out

It was quiet and good location, breakfast area was nice and good variety of foods. But bathroom plumbing was really bad, water backed up in tub and sink, hair from previous guest all over the counter and floor. Bathroom smelled of poo. Only one elevator in order and it was really far from our room. Housekeeping missed us 2 days of our stay.

The hotel check in was great, the hotel is nice, and the breakfast was great. However, the place is noisy. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbours using the shower/plumbing, blow dryer, doors slamming in the hallway (a problem everywhere, really) and the heating/cooling system is very loud in the room. Plus, it rained and the gutters made dripping noises. It wasn't a restful night.

The walls were paper thin, one of the elevators (the most convenient) only worked for a day and a half out of the 4 days/5nights, the tub and bath sink drain did not drain properly, breakfast was just mediocre and the area was very warm. Great stay. Service was friendly and efficient . We received free water bottles whenever we needed them. Property was very clean and pillows were comfortable. Our room was the perfect size. The hold on our room was refunded very quickly. I would definitely stay there again. The price was perfect too!

The room itself was great, however the service was severely lacking. Their computers were supposedly down when I was trying to check in but they did take my info and gave me the room. The elevator was out so I had to take the stairs. In the middle of the night they tried to charge my credit card, but it was way more then the amount it was supposed to be. They did not honor the hotels. Com price that I reserved the room for. Ended up checking out the next morning. Felt very scammy and was very disappointed in this holiday inn site

I was offered an upgrade without a charge by the front desk, and then at the end they charged me full price. It seems like there was a.person with similar last name checking in the same day and the guy at the front desk got confused. I have to paid the upgraded room when I didnt ask.for it. Disappointed

This is our second stay at Holiday Inn Express and works out great for our needs. We hope to continue to stay here in the future. It's easy access to restaurants, shopping, interstate and other businesses. I highly recommend this hotel in a very secluded and nice area.

We stayed one night slept really well. Felt very comfortable and safe . Customer service was great she got strait to the point with checking us into our room . Next morning we were looking forward to a great breakfast my daughters and I went down to the breakfast area very small area tons of people in line . they had omelettes , potato’s and sausage patties . People waiting for the one toaster to use . Very small area . Got our food went to sit down not many tables to choose from. Took a bite of the sausage tasted like cardboard look a little green . I told my girls to don’t eat the sausage because I didn't want them to get sick milk and orange juice was warm not cold . I Give the breakfasts a 1 ⭐️= not so good out of 5 = great ,stars ⭐️. Holiday inn you can do better with the breakfast. People who don’t want to go out for breakfast look forward to your breakfast you serve them. Let’s see more of an effort. Thank you !

Hotel is under remodel. So there is remodeling stuff outside the building. I did not have any issues with noise, and I was sleeping during the day, as I was staying for work that was a night shift. Room was good no issues. A/C worked perfectly. It was a good stay.
