The sink was stopped up. There was a roach running across the bathrooom. The jacuzzi wasnt working. It smelled like marijuana. I can go on and on but I think you get the picture.

Horrible asked for late check out got yelled at by manager my pregnant wife was accused of smoking by some manager the whole place smelled like smoke we do not smoke she is pregnant then he said he wanted to come in and look around I was in the shower not appropriate! Went to tell front desk and could not speak to manager would not address any issues black mold around tub disgusting room smelled like stale popcorn and there was disgusting stuff in the broken dishwasher paint coming off walls and nothing works and the sink was clogged up most disgusting property and hookers asking for money at night when we walked from our car to the room my wife was terrified and I was uneasy very bad experience wish we never stayed there! The staff so incredibly rude. We stayed because our home down the street had a gas leak and will never recommend this place we don’t even want it in our neighborhood the jacuzzi was half full and the pool was dirty and the entire place stunk something awful! Never again and disgusted we wasted any money there!

This is best cleanest Extended stay, I have stayed. The staff were superbly friendly and courteous. The rooms were were done and the property is in the great locality. A safeway is just 3 blocks away. I was only sad that the swimming pool was under maintenance Otherwise the stay for 8 nights was worth it. Drove to Page (270 miles one way), Williams (161 miles one way) and Sedona (175 miles) from here. Thanks

Laura and Vanessa at the Front Desk were customer-friendly and made check-in and out a breeze. Wonderful smiling faces which is desperately needed this day and age in the hospitality industry. Hotel is very aged and smells like a nursing home. Room was relatively quiet but the bed and linens are similar to a Super 8 / Motel 6. The property is very nice (grass, trees, parking lot well put) and in a great part of the city, but there are also homeless people in the parking lot if that concerns you. I’m sure they’re harmless and they didn’t bother me.

The hot tub was not working, but the pool was clean and beautiful when the lights came on at night. There was a public grill for use which was also very nice in addition to the in room kitchen.

Extended stay can mean: displaced jobless people put up at taxpayer expense and think that the property is theirs to act how they chose ie: loud, obnoxious, smoking (within 10 ft) of the front entrance. Swimming in the pool when the lights are off late at night screaming. Partying in the parking lot late night. Setting off M80's....sounded like gun fire.....unsafe, unclean & unaccommodating ......

This brand has gone downhill. This is an extended stay where the amenities should include all loving staples such as fridge, microwave, stove, utensils, coffee makers , dishes and pots and pans. Their new service is you have to request these things when you check in. So we got a few dishes and that’s it. No microwave. We had a mini fridge and a stove that did not work. Without dishes and pans etc I guess that did not matter. We were there for 6 days and the pool and hot tub was closed for cleaning. Room was disgusting, middle drawer had a horrible smell with some kind of food crumbs and stains. Only 1 chair in the room. Crazy thing is I cancelled a different location because I found the first one was a disaster. I feel bad for the staff as they have no support from management. Huge disappointment. Sad really because outside is beautiful other than all the dog poo everywhere and no place to sit outside

Rooms too small. No plates, no silver ware, no pots, no pans, no coffee maker. So, you pay for stove and refrigerator, which are useless. No work out room. You can't make breakfast in room, and they have no breakfast available. It's like you're staying in a motel in 1960.

Hate to write a bad review. This is an issue that can be sorted. But I would want to know if it was someone else’s experience. Bed bugs. On the floor, in the bed, under the sheets, in the corners. Large, various stages of development, and definitely a situation that’s been overlooked for a while. We left right away so we didn’t pick up any hitchhikers in our bags and clothing. Jan 2025. This was one of the dirtiest places we have ever stayed. The pull out couch mattress had a huge disgusting stain on it. The queen bed had stains all over the sheets. The pull out couch didnt even have sheets. I had to ask for sheets and make it myself. There was something flung onto the ceiling above the bed. We slept on top of the sheets. This should have been a $50 stay not an almost $200 stay. We will never return to your hotel again. Hire some new housekeeping and replace your stained sheets and mattresses. Word of mouth is very powerful and we will let everyone know to not stay here.

Everything was decent for the price we paid. Cleanliness was fair overall. There’s no “breakfast” unless you like coffee with a pre packaged muffin because that’s all the options they have. Our room was supposed to be NON SMOKING, signs posted around also said NON SMOKING however our room smelled of cigarettes as soon as you walked in and faded while in the room but upon entering every time it was just like walking in the first time. ALL of our belongings including our suitcases, shoes that we left out on the floor and our recyclable bags that we took snacks in still smell of cigarettes. We stood from Friday to Sunday to put in perspective.

The elevator, stairwell, and room did not look clean. There was a hole where the exhaust fan should have been in the ceiling and the sink in bathroom would not drain. The faux liner of the tub was also peeling off and both the lobby and our room smelled upon arrival.

The room was dirty the bathroom was dirty. The main fooor had a bad odor. The room I rented was tiny hardly call it a suite. The sofa bed was missing the mattress so the couch sunk and when we opened to pull it out to sleep noticed the mattress was missing. Had to switch rooms. Breakfast was not a breakfast but a poorly stocked snack bar.

Dirty rooms, cockroach’s all over floor, mold and water damage under sink, burned out lights, beds had sheets with stains, uncomfortable and lumpy, clock not working with alarm going off and no way to shut it off. Only 2 outlets available to use. Definitely not worth the cost for the room.

We switched rooms when we arrived because the first room smelled like someone was smoking weed in the bathroom. The second room wasn't that great becazue it wasn't 100% clean. The floor wasn't swept or mopped, there was a sticky spot. We had to ask for any items we wanted for the kitchen. Not all items we wanted were available so we settled for one pot and two plastic spoons. We ended up buying what we needed to get by while we stayed here and cleaned the floor ourselves with lysol we bought and a towel. We checked out early.

I booked 2 queen beds and only got 1 with a twin pull out sofa bed. The beds were not comfortable. We neeeded a plunger and they said they gave all of them out so that sucked! We called numerous times for a plunger and they kept saying they handed them all out and didnt know where they were. I was like ok so what do we do? And the lady at the front desk was like I dont know. I called in the morning again for the plunger and the man that was at the front desk was alot more helpful saying he was going to the maintenance closest to call back in 5 min. I did and he said yes I have a bunch right here. So makes me think the night before she just didnt walk over to the maintenance closet and look! Will never stay here agin!

The hotel was just ok. I never saw any grab and go breakfast, as listed,-just coffee. I was counting on some type of breakfast since I didn’t have a car and had to rely on Lyft. I was awakened at 3:00 a.m. with noise which sounded like someone moving furniture. So, not a good sleep.

The room was terrible. Totally falsely advertised. We were there for 10 min, which was 9 minutes too long! The room smelled , the sofa bed advertised was a twin and the foam mattress was ripped and not made up. The other bed was a double, not a queen. There wasn’t even room to turn around with the luggage cart! We immediately booked a room at another hotel, and then canceled that one. We received our refund within 24 hours. That was the best part of our stay!! Xavion was really helpful and tried to help us.

Lowest price hotel in area. Just needed a place to crash for the night. It was clean, easy access. We didn't like the bed but thats personal choice

The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, we immediately felt welcomed. The rooms were clean and having a kitchen in our room was great! The location was perfect everything was so accessible. This will be our new spot for the annual AZ Bike Run.

Nice quiet property, room was dated but nice. Staff were lazy, less than honest, and inattentive. Coffee was like water because “that’s the way the night shift likes it”, continental breakfast was nonexistent as they “had ran out”. Staff failed multiple times to send email receipt required multiple calls over several days to obtain.

Laura and Vanessa at the Front Desk were customer-friendly and made check-in and out a breeze. Wonderful smiling faces which is desperately needed this day and age in the hospitality industry. Hotel is very aged and smells like a nursing home. Room was relatively quiet but the bed and linens are similar to a Super 8 / Motel 6. The property is very nice (grass, trees, parking lot well put) and in a great part of the city, but there are also homeless people in the parking lot if that concerns you. I’m sure they’re harmless and they didn’t bother me.

The front desk manager was very friendly, but he was all alone with a line of 4 people who needed something that should have already been in the room. The “continental breakfast” included an assortment of 4 Quaker oatmeal packets and coffee. The Coffee looked like iced tea. It was 3/4 portion of water to 1/4 actual coffee. Everyone that tried to get a cup Of coffee was very unhappy and there was no one around. We waited at least 30 mins but no one came to the front desk over that time.

I arrived at the hotel to check in and was informed that they had transferred me to a different hotel 15 minutes away. I never got a call or anything. When i arrived at the new hotel, i was told the hotel room had only one bed when i had reserved for two. After some adjustments i was given a room with two beds smaller than the original room had, and was charged more.

They overbooked our room and so when we had been traveling all day and finally got to the hotel they did not have a room for us. Nor did they bother to help us find a room. Very frustrating.

This is best cleanest Extended stay, I have stayed. The staff were superbly friendly and courteous. The rooms were were done and the property is in the great locality. A safeway is just 3 blocks away. I was only sad that the swimming pool was under maintenance Otherwise the stay for 8 nights was worth it. Drove to Page (270 miles one way), Williams (161 miles one way) and Sedona (175 miles) from here. Thanks

Stayed in several Extended Stay hotels in th past so I know it’s not the brand that is bad. But never again here. Last Thanksgiving we arrived to a police encounter; two residents from two separate rooms were in a physical brawl. This year, three police cruisers were in front when we checked in and we got to witness a man in his underwear and tee shirt being dragged out and then planted facedown on the doorstep to get handcuffed. The place is dirty; the tub allows you to stand in three inches of water while you shower because the drain was clogged. I could go on but it is best I just say next year when we return for thanksgiving we’ll sleep in our car versus stay here if nothing else is available.

Well, we stayed on the 2nd floor and were a witness to a crime scene on the 3rd floor. My children have never been interviewed by a detective, well that was a first. Good staff, but bad experience.

The hotel is a miss. The first room we had was terrible. The curtains were ripped and would not close, missing furniture and the safety look was missing. The room was probably the worst I have had in 40 plus years of travel. We requested a new room which was marginally better. Breakfast is bad. Pity as the hotel is ion a great location and staff is great. Owners need to invest some money in upgrades to make it all it can be.

They did not offer breakfast like they say they do. The whole hotel had an odd smell to it. There’s kitchens in the room with nothing in the room. They didn’t have blankets for the pull out bed. The women working the front was super sweet but I feel like the failed her on training so it made check in longer.

It was a good place to stay other than the few weirdo’s here and there. I didn’t like the fact that it says breakfast is included but there was no breakfast at all just coffee and muffins. The check-in was very smooth. The gentleman who helped was friendly. However, the hotel was dirty, the carpet was also dirty. The hotel mentions breakfast offered. This brand has gone downhill. This is an extended stay where the amenities should include all loving staples such as fridge, microwave, stove, utensils, coffee makers , dishes and pots and pans. Their new service is you have to request these things when you check in. So we got a few dishes and that’s it. No microwave. We had a mini fridge and a stove that did not work. Without dishes and pans etc I guess that did not matter. We were there for 6 days and the pool and hot tub was closed for cleaning. Room was disgusting, middle drawer had a horrible smell with some kind of food crumbs and stains. Only 1 chair in the room. Crazy thing is I cancelled a different location because I found the first one was a disaster. I feel bad for the staff as they have no support from management. Huge disappointment. Sad really because outside is beautiful other than all the dog poo everywhere and no place to sit outside

Trisha the Manager was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, the floors were clean! I've stayed in many hotels where the laminate flooring never feels clean. It was clean! Rooms were spacious and the grounds of the hotel were clean and pride has been shown to keep it looking that way. The breakfast could have used stronger coffee. Ha! We will stay here again!
