Our stay was not what we expected of a Marriott. The hotel is clean and staff are very hospitable, however the property needs major renovations as it is extremely dated! Only one working elevator and the stairway not easily accessible. It is simply outdated and feels decades behind!

The pool was ender construction !! One of only 2 elevators was out (not working) The parking structure was wet, and exiting the structure was a problem... The scanner was not working well. several times it took us over a minute to get the gate to lift. The shower was not adequately filled with soap, had to shower with shampoo. We still had paid full price, yet if we came in without a prepaid stay it was "Substantly" cheaper to stay there.

Overall a solid 4 star facility. Clean and comfortable if not spectular. The windy driveway into the parking structure is a bit narrow, so you have to be very careful driving in and out. Good location and friendly service.

This is a fine hotel, although the rooms are nothing special beyond a standard 3 start hotel; the reason for 4 stars is the great location in Old Town, and very friendly staff. Nice lobby and bar/Starbucks as well. One warning is that if you use the underground parking, the exit is curved and quite tight, and navigating a larger vehicle such as an SUV was more difficult than it should be.

Be ready for a daily $30 parking fee plus a daily $25 destination fee. No breakfast is included. Lots of noise from the pool and in the hall. We were on the 4th floor overlooking the pool, which they consider an upgrade, but it only added to the noise. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Desk Staff were courteous. Accommodations were average. Housekeeping did a nice job of tidying up daily. Great location for walking Old Town, but be ready for a loud stay.

Pool was under const. They gave access a block at a courtyard. Small and no shade. If I wanted there pool, I would have stayed there. Young host was rude. Sunday loud construction could stay in the room.

The lobby is very nice with friendly staff at the Starbucks and restaurant. The room, however was very dated with worn carpet and old, filthy shower tile. The tile was so bad I thought there were large chunks of dirt on the floor. Turns out, it was just stains on the old tile.

Unfortunately, I had to call for cleaning for an armless chair that had a horrible stain right in the middle. They tried to steam clean it but it was super stubborn. I had to ask for it to be replaced/ remove. After that, I didn’t experience any other issues. Parking is extra unless you find street parking.

We were 2 adults, 2 kids. So we got a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and hard that not even the kids could sleep on it. I mean, a homeless could have slept more comfortable in the street than in that awful sofa bed! The kids ended up sleeping in the bed with us so we were 4 people trying to fit like a Tetris board in one bed. I mean nobody slept, it was a night from hell. We were just there for one night as we’re coming from flagstaff and the next day we had to take a flight from phoenix. If we were to stay more than 3 1 night we would have left the hotel immediately.

Unfortunately I was at this location due to some personal issues, and was really having a bad time with everything, and the manager yalundra Brown was able to help me out with a lot of things, I’m so glad that she was there To help out. Nice clean spacious room for me and my 2 children. Thanks a lot Yalundra for your help and hospitality!

It was my birthday the room was amazing the front desk lady Connie was amazing. She gave me the royal treatment. She had a bottle of champagne and chocolate cover strawberry sent up to my room. Really made my birthday so special.
