Sonesta Suites was a lovely option for our family vacation. The pool and hot tub area were clean and inviting. Breakfast included and consistently good. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very large and super clean. They did not have complimentary lotion so bring your own. The breakfast was extremely good. They do now charge a $5 per night parking fee. We will be back!!

The structure was older but the furnishings were modern and cabinets were new. The bathroom and closets were clean but could tell were from older design and showed age. Very convenient location. Free breakfast offered a good selection. The fitness center was closed which led me to have to go off property. I was disappointed as I did not see any communication of it being unavailable during the stay. Overall was a great choice for considering all it offered and low cost of stay.

Got a great deal on Expedia. This hotel has NO resort fees, No parking fees or internet fees. We had a king room with sleeper sofa, full kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Daily hot breakfast along with a heated swimming pool, hot tub and 2 gas grills. Parking right outside your door. Perfect location, 2 miles from Old Town. Note: no daily maid service, exchange towels as needed.

For pet owners , pet friendly place . Room has best setup I’ve ever seen , large closet, drawers ,kitchen full fridge , large bathroom vanity with drawers , bed area separated by a desk area and couch - everything you need . Everything was top notch other than the huge stain in front of the bathroom sink. Check-in, breakfast, housekeeping, noise and location were amazing. A rug placed over the spot would have been sufficient. But the gross stain will be what i remembered the most instead.

When we first got there, I complained to the front desk about our room, not being very clean and they said they would make a note of it, but they weren’t gonna do anything about it. Made a complaint that the people above us were up all night making noise. And then last night before I took a shower there was a cockroach on the towel on the toilet. We will never stay there again.

My boyfriend and I had quite a bit of luggage so we were lucky to get a room on the first floor as they don’t have any elevators. We got the two bedroom suite which was also lucky because it was at the back of the building and several air conditioners were right outside one of the windows so we were able to move into the other much quieter bedroom room where there were no air conditioners. That was my only complaint. Otherwise loved the space and the large kitchen, etc..

Easily one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. My only suggestion is (and this goes for all Sonesta's as I’ve stayed in others that have had the same issue) the blackout curtains do not wrap around the windows completely so light shines in around all sides and lights up the rooms in the morning. It’s the only area where I’ve noticed that Sonesta falls short. Otherwise, they’re about as good as it gets.

The furniture in the rooms are outdated. The USB cords do not work. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were so old, there were not fluffy anymore. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast offered and the ability to park in front of your unit. The TV picture was fuzzy on all channels except for HBO. In order to obtain internet access, you have to sign up for TravelPass.

I stayed at Sonesta’s property before and wanted to like this one. Unfortunately, this hotel is missing a lot. The big plus is the location and the people who work there. On the other hand, the property is very dated. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The shower has no water pressure. The equipment makes a lot of noise.

The lady at check in was very friendly, warm and welcoming! Very bubbly and wanted to make sure we were set up in a room where it was quiet away from the street traffic! She offered us a bottled water. She seemed to truly enjoy her job and serving her customers!!

Night clerk could not check us in due to password had been changed. She tried so hard but we still had to wait over an hours to get into our room, it was after 1 a.m., we had a 9 a.m. flight in the morning. Manager credited out stay which was very nice.

We had an excellent stay. From the first day, especially William, the front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful. William helped me get a dress to a cleaner and gave my husband and I a wonderful Anniversary gift. The breakfast was delicious and fresh daily. We highly recommend this place.

I hardly ever leave reviews, However, in this case we "had to" -- I had booked for an anniversary stay, was nervous and wanted everything to be great and surprise my wife... I had some questions and request regarding flowers being delivered and placed in the room before check-in -- other small items along with additional allergy cleaning etc. Talked to (Mgr.) Kelsey directly at the property a "couple of times" before the trip, she was absolutely wonderful to work with - took care of all of my concerns and put me at ease. So grateful to her, customer service above and beyond. Upon check-in, an older gentleman "Mike" took care of us, and he was "awesome". He was so friendly, great personality and helpful. We so enjoyed him - again wonderful customer service... That is missing in a lot of places today. The entire staff from morning breakfast to housekeeping were so nice as well -- They all made this an enjoyable anniversary trip and experience... My sincere thanks to all - especially Kelsey and Mike for getting everything started on the right track!!! G Mills

Started the trip 4 hours later than expected. Called ahead for a late check-in. Man who answered the call was very pleasant and helpful. When I checked-in, he remembered my call. He was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I also appreciated that he did not say the room number out loud but instead showed me the number, as it should be done ALWAYS. He also took the time to help me find the best parking for the room as it was late at night. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe. Wish I had gotten a name.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We ran into some issues with our flights changing and they worked with us on early check in and late check out, which was great. The breakfast was super good, the rooms clean. Overall it was a great stay and we definitely will be back!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the hotel. We picked it because of good reviews and lower parking fees, plus its great location between the airport and our travel spots. At first, we weren't sure if it would be good, but it turned out to be fantastic! The room was very clean and spacious, making it feel just like home. Hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly and really helpful. They even helped us with a playard for our little one. Breakfast changed every day we were there, and it was delicious. The eating area was clean and comfortable too.Having a gated garage for parking made us feel safe. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip!

Everything you would need for a hotel/apartment stay. Including breakfast, BBQ area, in room microwave, fridge freezer and hob. Ironing board, hairdryer etc. great swimming pool and hot tub and friendly staff. Fantastic location in walking distance, of shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Ok, so I don’t usually leave reviews, however I spend a lot of time researching a place before I go. This place got amazing reviews, especially about their breakfast. I have no idea who left them, but let me tell you about the breakfast. A small pan of some type of eggs, not real eggs. Another small container on half cold potatoes and have rock hard sausage patties. A little section for breads and pastries, which is toast, a few bagels and one type of small muffin. Tin of oatmeal, which is what I ate each day, because I mean, you can’t really mess up oatmeal. They did have a decent selection of things you could add to it. They told me they had a yogurt bar. Well, it was a cold container containing a few small containers of yogurt. And this pancake maker that automatically makes 2 small pancakes. I’m not a huge breakfast eater, but my husband is, and he seriously could not even tolerate breakfast. We had the pool to ourselves, which was great. And the room spacious. Last year we stayed at the Hyatt House, and so regret not staying there again, but their oool was so cold last year, even in 110 degree heat that we chose another location. This location is not near old town at all! We had to Uber to everything. They do have a Trader Joe’s and Walgreens within walking distance and a few places to eat, so not terrible, just not great. If you want a fantastic breakfast and this is your price range, go to Hyatt House instead. It was amazing!

Hands down, this is one of my favorite places to stay when in the Phoenix area. The rooms are like studio apts and are clean and the decor and layout were inviting, the kitchen has everything from pots and pans to dish soap and a scrub buddy, the bed was super comfy, the front desk staff were really cool ( every single one of them ), polite and helpful. Did I mention the super yummy breakfasts that are included, they have a little pancake making machine conveyor belt thing that I used every morning and I'm not usually a big fan of pancakes.The only thing that I wasn't thrilled with was the $6 a load laundry and the $5 parking fee, but thats just because Im cheap, and its not like its a deal breaker or anything,more of just an annoying little thing. I forgot to mention how affordable it was, how I really loved their hair conditioner and how my dog totally enjoyed it, (they even had free little dog treats at the front desk). Seriously I cant say enough good things about my stay here.A+++
