So much space. A gas fireplace in both the living room and bedroom warmed the place nicely. All glassware and silverware was provided , too. Property is not on a scenic spot, but pool , fitness center and jacuzzi were all very nice! For the price, this place was very nice- nicer than many higher price places I have stayed in.

We were there for a family trip. We booked three rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and suitable for the stay. We enjoyed the pool, water fall and the events for the children. We look forward to staying there again.

The villas were well equipped with amenities. The staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. The pool didn’t feel crowded, lots of seating. We were able to get adjoining rooms and it was awesome. Getting the extra room for the villa would be smart, just a better flow for the second room we had. Parking is ample. Only small side is the gym - limited weights and kind of tiny. More than 3 people and it felt busy. Nice touch - being able to have access to hotel amenities and suitcase storage with a late flight. Overall, I’d be happy to be back here and I will recommend this hotel to young families and couples. Thanks for a great stay!

Love the pool with lots of umbrellas and great towel service - great activities and food prep staff. Front desk staff were very polite and accommodating - special thanks to Ian for helping out with a wifi issue. Check out is too early - should be noon.

The pool is the greatest asset to this property for sure. The breakfast poolside was overpriced but really good - just the price of convenience. Was surprised there was a fee if you needed extra towels.

I researched a lot of hotels prior to our trip and so glad we ended up coming here with our 3.5 and 2 yr olds. The property is stunning. It feels like you’re at a resort in Mexico. 2 nice playgrounds that are shaded was very appreciated. The beds are comfy and sheets are so soft. The rooms are HUGE. We had a one bedroom villa and asked for a rollaway bed and pack and play and we could fit both of them in our room. We were blown away at the room size. The location is so perfect too, easy 5ish minute drive to all the good stores like target, Costco, Walmart, chick fila, in-n-out etc. the room was clean and kitchen well stocked with Tupperware which was appreciated in our longer stay, and half way through house keeping came by and changed out our towels and topped up our coffee filters, laundry soap etc. only critique was dusting of baseboards and vents could have been a bit better and a few hairs still left in the shower. Also, a shallow kiddie pool would be a great addition.

The property was fine, my room was infested with ants in the bathroom and the kitchenette. I was there for a business appointment which requires me to prep food samples. This was the reason I chose to stay here, the kitchenette. I could not use the kitchennet at all. I had to make other arrangements at the very last minute to prepare. It was a complete disaster and I expect severe discount on the cost of my stay. In fact I may bill back for the stress this caused as well as the cost of having to find another place to prepare for my appointment

Everyone here was super nice. Gustavo Solis checked us in and when i mentioned it was my birthday he gave me a bag of birthday cake flavored white chocolate and wished me a happy birthday. Our room was very clean and roomy even though we opted for the smallest villa. We did have an issue with our bedroom TV but Hector fixed it promptly. Love that we had a kitchen area in our villa. I didn't see one bug anywhere on the property. Property is well kept. Pool area is nice. Seemed to be plenty of chairs whenever we went to the pool. Great location - off the 101 and a quick 7 minute drive down the road to Scottsdale Quarters/Kierland Commons. Also a quick 8 minute highway drive to the Musical Instrument Museum and Desert Ridge Mall. Clean, convenient, friendly, price was right - Highly recommend.

The rooms are enormous. We got a 2 bdrm suite with 2 king beds. Our family of 4 could easily just gotten a 1 room suite and had been fine.

It was a very comfortable stay…our room was spacious and clean. A short walk to the pool. Easy parking. Close to everything. Only three minor complaints: There was a person staying above us who walked with very heavy and quick steps. The sound penetrated the floor loudly. Secondly, the washing machine was incredibly loud and should be replaced. Finally, everyone in the hot tub had the same complaint- it wasn’t warm enough! Cheers!

Too many owners have rooms there so you get stuck with the smallest rooms with no view. And on top of that they are very small with no place to put away your clothes or items you brought on the trip. There was banging sounds every night and all night. The rooms were not sound proofed at all and made rest difficult. They wanted extra money for more towels and they knew we were on our honeymoon and still asked. I would never go back.

The surrounding grounds are lovely with beautiful plants and lush green lawns. The pool area is spectacular. The 1 bedroom villa is very small, especially the bedroom area. We were disappointed with the kitchen as it didn’t have a stove but had all the pots and pans you needed, kind of odd. So our cooking abilities were limited. However it did have a microwave and large refrigerator. The restaurant on the premises closes early at 8:00 pm which is unfortunate. We plan to use the pool more this week as temperatures in March have been unseasonably cool. I probably wouldn’t return because I thought the rooms were tiny.

One bedroom villa was like a large apartment and exceeded any expectations we had ! The concierge service was amazing and super communicative. I loved the fact that the pool hours extend it until midnight.

The property is beautiful and the rooms felt more like a home than a hotel room! Beds were super comfy, bathrooms and bedrooms were beautiful! We will be staying here again for sure! Full kitchen, laundry area, dining table. It's a great set up!!

At check in was told our original room was not available we were given a handicap room instead that night our toilet started leaking had maintenance in our room at about 10pm they were able to “fix” it that night only got it to happen again the next night (we were not in our room all that day) the next morning I reached out to front desk to inform them an hour went by non one came so we decided to check out early we went to the lobby asked to speak with management told him what happened we were told he would figure out what happened and call us back here we are 5 days later and still no call

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at this property. Conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores and general location to Scottsdale area. The full kitchen option is a nice plus. Highly recommend this property

Property is only half a mile from TPC. So we could walk down there every day. Close to restaurants and other attractions. Hotel didn’t tell that our room on the second floor didn’t have an elevator.

Lack of any real on-property dining (except for a kiosk that closes at 6pm) and only having the rooms cleaned every second day isn’t good enough at this price point. It was ok. Pool area was great, particularly for the kids but I wouldn’t stay here again - much better options at similar price points. Expect better from Sheraton.

Always a perfect stay here. Great hotel with a nice pool area located in a great area in north Scottsdale. The only main thing i would say could use some improvement is the pool bar/snack grille. While the pool is open till midnight, the bar/food close at 7. I would think at very least drink part would still be open till 10pm or so at least (since pool is midnight) for extra revenue but also for people staying have no drinks while hanging in pool area at night- just suggestion. Other than that i would definitely stay again.

It's a nice property, unfortunatley the dining options past 8pm are very sparse and the property itself only has one restaurant that closes at 7pm. The area around the property also is a bit sparse as far as dining options that are open past 8pm. In August it rains/storms almost every day and I didn't get to use the pools while there because they were always closed due to inclement weather.
