The staff is beyond helpful and courteous. The hotel has a historic feel with a modern and sophisticated flare. We walked for coffee and sat outside in a courtyard to enjoy the beautiful weather and Beverly Hills vibe. We also had breakfast at the hotel which faces Rodeo Drive. Amazing food and atmosphere including Cut, a Michelin steak house in the hotel. Some great restaurants are within walking distance and others a short ride away. The best spot for shopping, right at the foot of Rodeo Drive. The pool is small and tucked away and there aren't a lot of seats but other than that this hotel is perfect.

Bathroom Sink was leaking. They came and fixed it. The hotel offers steam room facility at the spa, but was told a 4 hr wait !!! It was at capacity ? That’s not acceptable for what we paid to stay here

Room was a great size and nice however the lobby and property itself is underwhelming for the price. Pool is small and limited day beds. Staff is the biggest let down, unfriendly and unhelpful. Property is in a good location to walk around and feels safe.

They charge to bring ice to your room $10.75 per bucket and no bucket in the room. This hotel has no microwave nor usable refrigerator to store my insulin. The hotel is too greedy pass it up.

I had high expectations for this well known hotel that is alsoa four session hotel .. indeed quite old structore they built a new part but you need to take 2 elevators to reach frontdesk , poor service for the standard s, mediocre spa without facilitoes rather than an hot stream and some basic services ( i wonder why this has ed as they advertised) Rooms not well equipped .. this might be maybe a 4. Start hotel not sure a 5 star and dies not worth the expense

Love the location and the general ambience of the hotel. Was a little disappointed with storage. We were traveling as a family of 4 and had to upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite but the storage was still a struggle (we stayed for 6 nights). Our shower cubicle did not flow away very well and we're standing in a puddle whenever we showered. All the staff were very friendly.

Hotel and staff unbelievable amazing people, they can not do enough for you and perfection is the only word in their vocabulary. We have been here a few times but this is the first time we have had the pleasure to stop here and so glad we did. The only 2 things I would say is the shower in our room #487 was not very powerful and we used the cups for the coffee in our room they were not replaced and left there for 2 days.

This hotel is immaculate. A beautiful building that has been meticulously restored and brought up to date. Perfect location in Beverly Hills at the bottom of Rodeo Drive. We’d had a 15 hour journey and they managed to find us a room before the allotted check in time. I’d give 5 stars just for this. The suites are amazing. Among the best rooms I have stayed in. Huge. Cut restaurant and bar is great. The service and staff were wonderful. We had an issue with our room (a bath in the room above had overflowed). Within an hour of reporting the hotel team had moved us to a new room. You can tell the quality of staff by the way they respond to challenges. A great hotel.

Staff is so polite. Rooms are very spacious and clean. OMG the pillows and mattress are extremely comfortable. Great location to everything. Property is an older property but it is well kept for sure. Love the fresh flowers they put out everyday.

More than a thousand dollars for a night you expect to be an awesome experience. It was my anniversary and I was given a room in the back of the property that had a strong smoke smell during all night. I’m very allergic of it and had headache. Called twice to the front desk about it and nothing was done. Informed at check out, they didn’t even apologized. Bad experience, not worthy the money for a property that is supposed to be smoke free. Tried to contact the front desk manager and vice president of the property after checkout and it’s been 2 weeks with no answer as per Expedia. Disappointed. Was expecting to be the perfect day and ended up being a stressful night. Nice hotel, old room needing repairs, bathroom door doesn’t close, bad customer service for a Four Season brand that I’m used to.

I love this hotel! I took a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and it was fabulous. Highly recommend to try the sunflower dessert and their affogato at their restaurant. Would definitely stay here again

Don't get me wrong Four Seasons across the street from Rodeo Drive is a nice place. I'd just expect more for the $$. We stayed in an upgraded room and it was just very ordinary and kind of small. The hotel was hosting an event so the lobby and valet was super crowded.

Location is great. It's walking distance to all the key places in Beverly Hills. Property has been renovated nicely but I think the service has not. We requested larger sized bathrobe which was addressed after some calls with duty manager who originally claimed that it didn't exist. Few errors on room cleaning was addressed to another duty manager who was so rude on the phone that I wondered whether I am staying at Motel6. General Manager was contacted and she gracefully corrected all the matters. At the check out, bill was done incorrectly which I had to address again after departure due to the front desk not even providing me with details to check. In general, staff were quite busy chatting with each other and minding their business than attending to the guest and what they may require. It may be some cultural differences with California being somewhat casual culture in comparison to (say) Europe or elsewhere,,, but I don't think that's a good enough reason to see these inconsistencies at this historic and premier property. Guests come to Four Seasons properties to be impressed and revisit again. This one unfortunately didn't provide this during this visit. As a frequent and loving guests of Four Seasons properties, I hope that hotel can take this criticism positively and I look forward to see further improvisation on the services in the near future.

Checked in at 4:30 p.m. Took me to my "room". Got there. Unpacked. Noticed it was not "my room" as it did not have a balcony, etc. Called down and was told that my real room was not ready so they put me here but now my real room is ready and they would bring the keys up to the new room. Waited 30 minutes outside my "real room" before I got keys. The mindless blank stare of the youthful looking "manager" coupled with his lack of making this right will result in my not returning to this property (which I have been going to for 30 years).

It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful historic area. The service at the hotel is high end and I love the poolside area. Will definitely come back! I highly recommend that you try the sunflower dessert or the affogato if you have a sweet tooth

The TIP Policy in Restaurant and Bar are unfriendly for the customers - you have to read the check very carefully. They offer different percentage rates for the tip and they make the impression you have to select about the percentage - BUT - they have included tip already. This is unfair to the customers.

Certainly clean. Certainly good location: Certainly excellent service . Food was good not great. Is it good value for money? Are you made to feel special ? Sadly no to the last 2 points: For me it’s a box ticked like I think for so many who adore the Iconic Movie . Would I return ? No.
