I was there for a conference in the hotel, which has been undergoing renovations for years. The construction causes some inconvenience. The valet and pickup/dropoff line is crowded and inefficient, and ride share and taxis don't always know how to navigate it. When there is an event, you can't get picked up or dropped off easily. The line is endless. The hotel one has one restaurant open, no coffee shop or the like, and in-room dining is very slow. My room was lovely, clean, modern and bright. The toilet has a bidet! The shower is great. The staff who helped me more than made up for the inconvenience. The receptionist put me on a floor away from the construction, the concierges found me a hair salon, gave me recommendations for how to get my Lyft/Uber and recommended restaurants. Housekeeping was perfection. Everyone was friendly. The general manager on duty brought me my room service (plus extra goodies) because I was waiting. There was sometimes confusion around things like valet parking, the shuttle, etc., but that was more the function of the fact that I was at a conference of 400 people (most of whom were not staying there) instead of the hotel staff not knowing the right answers.

Hotel is under renovation. We went for a weekend with intention of paying by the pool. The pool in under renovation. No one told us. Very disappointing. There were multiple opportunities for the staff to let us know.

This hotel is under considerable construction, the the rooftop lounge, andrestaurant was closed, and they opened a little area in the lobby for our breakfast and no dinner was available. Much of the staff, especially behind the front desk was uninformed and rude when we asked questions about where to go for happy hour and breakfast. Also, this has no spa and the pool is closed. We were very disappointed. $65 a night for parking was also excessive.

Only negative: Construction on the property and the pool was not available. The staff was exceptional - helpful and pleasant. An Apple pilot was filming for 3 days. I met some of the actors. I will return to this property.

Unfortunately I stayed when they were preparing for the Globes. Lots of building work, pool area closed, entrance closed to taxis and security stopping free movement. Top floor restaurant was flat, no energy, I needed to feel more special to be worthy of a second visit. Inadequate bar, no atmosphere, just off the main lobby and closed at 10:30pm. On the whole staff were very good. But overall not good enough for an iconic 4* hotel. Disappointing.

This is our second stay at the hotel with our dog. The staff is excellent. The rooms are a good size and clean. Parking is easy. The location is great. Again we were treated so well and the service here is excellent.

Our first room was in the old tower and was dirty, dark and the fridge was filled with rice from someone else. The bathroom door was also broken. Once we moved into the Wilshire side, it was much nicer.

Jackhammering at 8am. The sink leaked onto the floor and was becoming moldy. The bathtub faucet had water stains. Crack in the lamp shade. Concierge offered my wife $80 dining credit for the unbearable noise, I requested a full refund, neither happened. On top of all of this, the ‘B’ was out in their marquee, making it ‘The everly Hilton.’ Most of the staff were amazing. The concierge (two weeks new to the job) did not hold to his word, and I will be following up.

Beautiful property with great amenities, in an outstanding location; our room was immaculate , and the staff throughout was wonderful, from front desk to parking valet to housekeeping to the restaurant and bar - everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and professional!! Check in was easy and so pleasant, and we were given an upgrade to a balcony room, without even having asked. We love this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property renovated and room was lovely. Great view, we stayed Christmas Eve in room 505. It was renovated, good looking, fantastic view but the bathroom had several black hairs in the bathtub and the bathtub trim was worn. Also the bed sheet in one bed had a hole. Disappointing in a room that cost over $500 for one night.

This was my first time being unhappy, staying at this hotel, due to showers being dirty and seeing hair all over the white tile so clearly they didn’t clean it and also finding leftover food in the fridge. That also means that they didn’t clean up the room the way they were supposed to.

I was disappointed that there was no in room coffee maker - I don't think that at $500/night having in room coffee is asking too much. I was told that I could request one at the desk, but having it in the room seems reasonable. Also, I never had a shower that was beyond tepid. Did not matter what time of the day, as I tried that, nor did it matter where I set the dial on the shower. Having a hot shower is also a very low bar for a BH hotel to reach.

Overall, pretty bad experience. The rooms were okay. I had to deal with continuous noise situation from neighboring rooms. Walls are very thin. You can literally hear toilet flush noise from the next rooms. I complained to the staff but they said it is what it is. Avoid staying here.

Considering this is a famous hotel in Beverly Hills and many high profile and upscale events are held there, we were highly disappointed in the Oasis tower. The rooms were out-dated. Felt like we went back in time about 40 years. The carpets looked dingy. The toilet was poor flushing, the bathroom flora had multiple cracks in them. Clean and staff were fantastic. But at this price point, we expect to be in a hotel in the 20th century.

Latina girl in the reception with bat temper and rude ways to give a room (booked by expedia) it’s a constant problem book rooms in expedia automatically the people from the hotels give you the worst room

The property is nice under construction at the moment, you can’t really feel it, but if your room is facing south is for sure is in your view. The staff at the front desk reception incredible. I would’ve given the property five stars, but we had dinner and breakfast upstairs at Circa55 both experiences were horrible. NO SERVICE … We went to an early dinner so we thought maybe it’s because it’s an early dinner and there’s nobody really in the restaurant that the service was horrible. But then we went to the breakfast. Breakfast waited 10 minutes to actually get a cuppa coffee. We sat there for about 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged us. Also, every time we asked anybody who walked by if we could order a cup of coffee Their answer would be you have to ask your waitress. Before we ask a waitress, we need to see a waitress. Definitely not what you expect at the Beverly Hilton.

I’ve stayed here before and loved it. This time wasn’t so great since there was a conference starting the day I was checking out. Security wouldn’t even let me in after I returned from a morning walk to get coffee. Finally I was let back in and then security inside kept stalking me. I wasn’t a part of the conference but I was a hotel guest! I had to leave to get coffee because it was so uncomfortable being there. I couldn’t even roam the lobby. I felt like I was getting kicked out and I still had 3 hours until check out! It was a total of $700 a night and I was only there for one night and left 2 hours before I even wanted to because of all the chaos and security issues. It was weird. People were nice but they all made me feel like I shouldn’t even be at this hotel. I couldn’t even get in the front door.

Beautiful and immaculate property perfectly located within walking of Rodeo Drive area shopping and dining. The staff throughout were all friendly, helpful and professional and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The gym, dining options and room amenities were all outstanding. I will definitely stay here again every time I’m in town!

I have always wanted to stay at this iconic hotel. It's location is perfect walking distance to Beverly Hills and Century City. The rooms are very comfortable. And the service, particularly after I checked in, was fantastic. I got a text asking if everything was to my liking and the one thing I wanted - a hot water kettle - I had within 10 minutes! One small thing - and this is totally subjective - the products they have smell like a mixture of cigarette smoke and something else. The something else is good, but I couldn't shake the cigarette smell.

Absolutely amazing. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staffs went over above to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is simply fabulous. You cannot ask for a better location in that area. We walked to rodeo drive, the Beverly Hills sign etc. The hotel is beautiful. The corridors are lovely, the reception looks so classy. There are photos of some of the celebrities who had stayed there. Our room was very spacious. My children enjoyed the swimming pool. The food was also lovely. Thank you Beverly Hilton for making our 15th anniversary so special.

Circa 55 on the 8th floor has amazing food and a great view. Highly recommend! The hotel was under construction but it was still quiet and relaxing. The staff was great!

Major construction and pool shown in listing closed. Small shared pool open but nothing nice. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The best burger I’ve ever had from in room dining. I was told that I overpaid for the stay- much cheaper on their site due to works. Expedia are rubbish at reporting such things!

Lovely hotel, food excellent we had a meal in the restaurant and had breakfast sat by the pool. Great atmosphere lots of events held there in the ballrooms. Would stay here again in a lovely location.
