Great but majority of our stay the pool was closed. My kids were excited when it opened up friday but it was too cold, whereas it’s advertised as heated pool. When we asked the front desk, they said it’s not.

Wonderful in every way. Easy access to anything on the west and north of town, from LAX to UCLA, the Getty Museum and points north, or from the PCH to Beverly Hills. A lot of dining options within close range including many national and regional chains within walking distance, as well as many local gems featuring worldwide cuisines. Great as a home base for exploring the whole west and north sides of town without having to battle the traffic closer to the center of the city. Hint: although the property is adjacent to the 405, there are arterial avenues in all directions from the property to get you where you want to go as quickly with less stress. Excellent parking on property with restricted entry and exit. Excellent business and workout areas, as well as an outdoor pool. Great staff and comfortable rooms. If taking in a concert at the Hollywood Bowl is on your agenda, there is a direct transit shuttle from the parking lot on the other side of the adjacent shopping mall, which beats any other option for getting to and from that difficult to approach venue.

Everything was fine with our stay at Four Points by Sheraton. An exception was the cleaning lady forgot to clean our room when we went out for the day at 11am. No big deal for us, but feel this is important to point out to hotel management. The other thing I felt was excessive was charging $27 per day for parking. Most places offered free parking or charged at most $15 per day.

Nice, clean, spacious and comfortable hotel in Culver City, within 15 minute drive from LAX. Courteous and efficient staff. The only area of improvement is the high cost of parking at the hotel parking lot. I found $27 per day excessive, particularly since I stayed at a Sheraton at San Gabriel and the parking was $18 per day. At the San Gabriel location, after I gave feedback on the high cost of parking, the hotel staff gave me a friendly discount.

Hair all over bathroom. Also a dirty washcloth. Bathroom was replenished and neat, but I really don’t know if it was cleaned. There was hair (all types) in the tub, on the toilet, and in the sink. A little rubbish on top shelf in shower. The tub drained very very slowly, so you were standing in water even after some showering. Mini fridge was not working, and a bunch of dirty liquid spilled out when I opened it (there was a hair in the mini fridge). Sink also drained very slowly. Regarding check-in. I arrived close to midnight. Front desk staff must have just gone on break so I had to wait about 15 mins before anyone came to assist me (digital key was not available since “our whole system is down” according to front desk agent). I messaged the hotel with my concerns and have not received a response. One note: the rooms with 2 beds are on the freeway side of the building, so there is quite a bit of road noise. If my room was actually clean and in working order, my review of this property would be much higher. For over $200/night, I think it’s fair to expect a clean room.

Extreme noisy 24/7 since it is just located by the Interstate 405, especially the west side where all double queen bedrooms are located. But nothing is worse then getting bitten by bedbugs!!!! Can't believe it is a hotel of Marriot-bonvoy after saw ~10bumps on right thigh in the morning!!! I took the picture and showed it to the front desk. The manager said he would report it and follow up however never got any feedback later! Never go to this one!

Nice hotel and location. My only issue was that the bathrooms have no air ventilation or extraction which can make it very uncomfortable. Also, the air conditioning is old therefore very noisy at night time

The hotel is in a convenient location with a mall right across the street. It is a quick 10 min drive from the airport which was a huge bonus. The room was clean. The bathroom didn’t have a fan however so it got very humid and hot very quickly. There were also a couple of cracked shower tiles.

We had a nice stay while we were touring schools with our son. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. My only two comments would be about the fact that there is no fan in the bathroom. You need fans in every bathroom! The second was the kid working behind the bar and serving food to us. He gave the impression that he didn't really know what he was doing and that he didn't really care. That wasn't great. Other than that, everything was great! Loved the fridge and microwave in the room. Loved being able to watch Netflix, etc on the TV. Hotel is in a great location. Sort of in the middle of a lot of different things.

If you are taking the MCAT a mile away, don't stay here ! The walls are paper thin. I could here people 2 rooms away. The room was nice enough, but whats the point if you're up all night. Don't stay here. Plus the parking is $27.

Maintance staff didn't respect I had the Do Not Disturb card & lock from inside; I was working in the room, they opened the door, the door was completely open & said the Front Desk told my room wasn't occupied. I felt unsafe as traveling by myself for business.

Horrible check in experience. Long story short, flight got delayed due to severe thunderstorms and tornados in the area. Got to hotel, was given key to a room with a double bed (per my reservation), go up to our room and there was already someone in the room. It was around 2 or 3 am. After apologizing for frightening and intruding on guests ALREADY IN THE ROOM, we head back downstairs. Person at front desk did not apologize for what had happened, just looked at conputer and told me there was no availability. He ended up giving us a room with one king sized bed (for 3 adults) and gave us no solution, just our keys and sent us away. Next day, i head downstairs to ask to be moved, they said there was no availability for a double bed room. Told me MAYBE the next day, but i would have to go downstairs super early and "get on that before anyrone else does," due to availability. Next day, i go down around 8am and ask. They told me i would have to come back around 2pm when rooms have been vacated and cleaned to ask for a new room. This was very frustrating, so i asked for a guarantee bevause everyone was telling me something different. She looked at me blankly and said yes, its a guarantee. Went back around 2pm and we were FINALLY switched to the type of room i had originally reserved.

This was my second time at this particular property many years ago. We did not recognized the entrance and lobby it was completely redesigned. It was nicely remodeled with an old Hollywood film theme. Having said that my only concern was as a Marriott Bonvoy member I was disappointed that our room was not ready when we arrived. We waited for over 45 min. I would describe the property as business friendly and despite the inconvenience of room being ready I would stay at this location again.

I have stayed at this property multiple times due to its excellent location. It is conveniently situated near LAX Airport, with Westfield Shopping Center just across the road, and offers easy access to major freeways. The staff have consistently been friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stays. The double room is comfortable and spacious — I recently shared the room with my daughter (who had an infant) and a work colleague, and we still had ample space to move around without feeling cramped. The availability of self-parking is a great convenience and very easy to use, which I greatly appreciate. Overall, this hotel continues to meet my expectations, and I look forward to staying here again.

In my opinion, excellent customer service should prioritize creating a positive and smooth experience for guests. My recent interaction with the male concierge at night was far from that ideal. I inquired about extending my stay and was promptly dismissed, being directed to complete the process online. I politely asked if he had the capability to check online availability, but received another curt response instructing me to handle it online. Upon finishing the online extension, I returned to the concierge for check-in, only to be met with a rather unpleasant and disrespectful attitude. I left to catch my flight (AFTER PAYING for an additional night) because my flight was at 10PM - and when my flight was canceled they turned me away to come back to my room because “they removed me from their system”. While my stay itself was enjoyable, the discourteous treatment I received from the concierge left a lasting negative impression. It's disappointing to experience such poor customer service, where guests feel more like a number than valued patrons. I'm hesitant to return to an establishment that fails to prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of its guests.

The stay was fine. When we checked in, the clerk found that someone was staying in our room. The towel rod and door knob in the bathroom were loose; the rod fell off. The breakfast service was awkward. There did not seem to be a consistent approach to service. Cards were provided but were not consistently collected during our stay. There wasn’t any change in the items offered for breakfast.

We felt that the entire staff was excellent. Desk personnel, especially Vanessa, Cheyenne, and one other staff member whose name I don't remember, were friendly and extremely helpful and kind. Cleaning staff did a beautiful job. Sergio in the bar/restaurant was delightful. Staff anticipated our needs and made us feel welcome and "at home". The location was excellent for our needs, and we felt cared for and comfortable. Well done!

Front desk staff was excellent. Quick and easy service. 2nd day after check in staff did not come in and clean the room at all. We are used to less towel replacement post Covid, but cleaning staff did not even take away the trash or made the beds at all. They did the 3rd day though. Check out was easy and quick.

My overall experience with this property was good. My only complaint is the high price of the breakfast and the fact that to eat breakfast, you have to use the buffet. I never eat that much food. My scrambled eggs and sausage were very dry...perhaps the food needed to be changed out but had not yet been. I would have liked another option...let me purchase yogurt and fruit or cereal, fruit and milk separately. Staff was very attentive and it appears that it is a well run property.

Loved my spacious room and very kind staff. I was disappointef with breakfast. It was a 20 dollars plus tax and plus tip and it was as inferior as a cheap motel breakfast. You guys can do better.
