Nice place in a great location. Room was clean and comfortable. The grounds are lovely, a perfect place to eat the complimentary breakfast in the morning or have a beverage in the evening. Stayed here a couple of times and each time it’s been great. There’s no staff there after 8pm, but you can call the night person if needed. It hasn’t been an issue for us. Clean, safe, affordable, comfortable, and well located. Can’t go wrong!

Lovely inn walkable to charming historic downtown Napa. Very nice grounds with lots of places to sit and enjoy the yard and fountains. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

The Elm House is a hidden gem. This property is in Napa Proper and close to downtown. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. Breakfast was served daily and was very delicious. We will return… Thank You DeAnn and Kevin.
