Overall this was a good hotel but we had a "bad" room as it was located directly above the entrance and the automatic sliding door was noisy and disruptive throughout the night. Hotel staff and Hotels.com were very receptive to the issue and resolved the issue satisfactorily.

It was the perfect location for our reason to be in Redding. Staff was accommodating and room was clean. Breakfast a nice bonus. Would stay again
