The pool is really nice and I'm calming. Not ever too crowded. The hot tub is out of commission, though with as hot as it was in Redding, it was probably totally okay to be without.

There are about six RV parking spots. walking distance to several restaurants including Cattleman's (Cattleman's is highly recommended.) Staff was great, thanks Arlene. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean. Stayed here twice, once on the way up to OR and once on the way back to AZ.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when checking in. We were offered the cart to use which also helped. Water pressure in the shower was great. We were on the main floor but the elevator was out of order and the room key did not activate the side doors. We were there one night

We had two rooms for one night. Desk clerks were nice. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, carpet smells a bit funky in hallways/ elevator. Rooms are functional - lots of comfy pillows and beds are decent. Sheets on the scratchier side. No hot tub, btw, just indoor pool. Breakfast was good, everything you could want. Area was gine, quiet and felt safe. Good value for the price. Not sure I would stay again but it was

Hot tub, the reason we chose this hotel, was out of service. Other than that, good clean room, and the absolute best hotel breakfast we've ever had. A discount should be offered when facilities like the hot tub are not available.

Elevator down for repair. Only one entrance through office. Long walk to carry gear from back large vehicle parking area. They do have good truck parking. I’m in the dump truck business. Property is very clean and tidy. Everything in good working order in my room.

Everything felt grimey. Definitely saw a roach in our bathroom. Beds not comfortable. They bricked in the hot tub for some reason and the pool wasn’t in good shape. Exercise room was literally a closet. Did I mention the grime?

Really clean room, super comfy beds. Not far from the freeway but far enough that you don’t hear it at all. Highly recommend as a stop for the night. Lots of fast food around. Free breakfast, was very basic and not many options but did the trick and my kid liked the waffle machine. Lots of parking. Requested ground floor when I reserved my room and I got it even at 10pm on a Friday. Check in was easy and the lady was nice and efficient (3/14 and 10pm) Housekeeping does a great job too. Will stay again.

We booked last minute so our too Was probably the last one. It was a suite with a broken hot tub they said not to use. The entire place seemed gross and when we got to our room the tub had caution tape over it which already seemed weird. Like a crime scene and then when I got over to it there was 2 cockroaches in it. One dead and one alive. We immediately checked back out and asked for a refund. The front desk girl seemed like it must happen often because when we told her she just said “ok”.

Had planned on staying 4 nights but had to check out after 1 night due to finding large bed bugs in the bathroom. Notified the front desk and the manager called me and said he would meet us at lunch to inspect the room. Manager inspected the bathroom then the bed mattress and said there wasn’t any on it but said “ this is not where we usually find them”, obviously suggesting this is a known problem. Another room was offered but we declined and asked for a refund for the other nights we were due to stay. Refund has yet to be issued, very disappointed.

It was horrible I'm so not happy with my stay I paid almost 400 dollars to have to clean my own room. The jetted tub was filthy with mold in the Jets and half the Jets didn't work. Microwave and fridge were filthy. Pee all around the base of the toilet. Hole and gnatsin the bedding. Cable was out of over an hr called front desk to be told it will come back on later. Every mirror in the room was dirty. I literally had to clean the room before we could use anything. I complained to the front desk and they didn't care asked me to send them pictures and gave me a wrong number or something because they never responded back. When we got in the room the toilet paper was sitting on the floor and hanger was broken all round very disappointed.

It was a great room for the price. The staff was very accommodating and polite. The room itself was very different. It had a balcony that was actually inside the building overlooking the indoor pool. It also had a jacuzzi tub that easily could have fit an entire family. I was ready to stay a few more days, but unfortunately we were just stopping by for one night on our way to southern CA.

We've stayed here before. Everything CV lean and modern, but like last time we had lots of trouble getting the correct channel selection on the TV. Kristen, who checked us in at the front desk, came up to our room and got the TV working. She was professional and efficient. and went the extra mile to assure our great stay!

Paid 140 for a room with stains everywhere. The chairs were filthy with stains everywhere. Felt disgusted to sit any where in the room. The room was so tiny, it was nearly impossible to walk without bumping into something. The pool was foamy with the last thousand guests dead skin and oils. Yuck, no thanks! We will never book a room at this hotel again.

Front desk couldn’t find reservation and had me pay again at front desk. Room was a little musty smelling but beds were comfortable. Not dirty but not overly clean either. Hallways and stairs didn’t look like they get cleaned or if they do it’s not often.

I booked for 17 night's and requested a late check out because my flight out didn't leave until early evening. I was told the latest check out would be noon and i had to reserve the room for another full night costing 120 dollars. At no time in my stay was the hotel operating at any where near full occupancy and an extra few hours wouldn't have been too much to expect as a courtesy. There wasn't even anywhere to store my luggage where I could collect it near my departure time.

I parked by the lobby, bright lights. Had 2 bicycles on bike hitch that you can clearly see from the front desk. Next morning, they were gone. Cables cut. This is a sketchy area. Stay at your own risk.

This hotel smells like smoke. The area is dirty (just like the hotel) and there is tweakers in the parking lot. The pictures on Expedia are definitely not updated pictures and super misleading. Would not recommend at all. I did not sleep because I was worried about my car getting broken into… at midnight, there was screaming in the parking lot. When I checked out, I mentioned the experience to the staff and they just said “oh.”

This is a great location and it it preferred by our staff when they are in Redding. Breakfast is good and there are many dining options in the area. It is not the newest hotel but it is well maintained.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The beds however are on a metal type thing that makes a loud noise if you bump your feet into it or when getting in/out of bed and can wake the person in the next bed. Also On Sunday morning at 7 am we went down for breakfast and there wasn’t alot of food left. No eggs, no bagels, no banana bread. Our choices were limited to cereal toast a sausage patty or a hard boiled egg. I had three teenage kids who were hungry so we had to go BUY breakfast elsewhere.

The pool had weird bubbles in it when I checked in . Was worth skipping . The room was clean and surprising quiet. The breakfast was poor— you had to enter around a side door . Nothing fancy but not bad either
