Excellent front desk personnel at checkin, truly concerned with our comfort and convenience. The room was crisply clean. The grounds were clean and nicely landscaped with real grass for pets. Rooms were well insulated so late checkins and rooms with pets did not disturb us. The breakfast offerings were really good, fresh, with both hot and cold offerings, very good scrambled eggs. The workout room was equipped with treadmills and a bike, very clean space. Families were using the pool and having fun. We had a dog and he was greeted and treated with respect, a treasured guest. Excellent hotel, would stay again.

Good: Rooms are clean and large. Breakfast is awesome. Coffee is always available (almost), nice and hot. Bad: Parking is not well lit. Seemed little uncomfortable in the night, when the card didn’t work for entry. Ugly : it’s scratching hot during the day and absolutely no trees/shades for parking. Your car would feel nothing less than a furnace.

Was given a room for disabled guests without being asked or notified. Shades do not open. Shower soap nearly empty. Holes in room walls. No wipes in gym to clean equipment and weight machine was broken. Sink and tub drains were both left plugged closed.

The free breakfast was well worth it! Great place to rest, recharge and refuel. The pool was VERY cold but in this weather I’m sure that’s welcome. Could use a hot tub.

A nice place. Best Westerns are consistently a nice place to stay. The pool at this location was very small, kind of dirty, and in need a renovation.

Staff very friendly. Hotel smelled of a very bad odor all throughout. It made me nauseous. Room-No USB outlets. One bent lamp shade. Bathroom-I opened a towel and was bit on the neck by a small black bug. Breakfast area very small. It was so crowded with a line of people Saturday at 6:46 am. Fake eggs and only one choice fruit were bananas. Pool and hot tub were Not working. This was very disappointing after driving a10 hours. It said nothing on Hotels.com it was Not working. The hotel has informed Hotels.com about this and they neglect to put it on their website. Very close to I5 and noisy Hotel holds back $100.00 for 3 days. I am not sure why. Again Hotels.com said nothing of this. First time for me in 35 years of business travel.

Tops our list of the worst Hotel we have ever stayed. It stunk so bad we could not sleep. There was large areas of black mold in multiple places, around the fridge was filthy, and shower faucets wouldn’t even stay attached. I wouldn’t stay an hour in this place again if they paid me a years salary. Horrid! Stay away.

Our 1st room smelled of Mold , so we asked for a new room , the 2nd room had Ants and the floor had bread crumbs.. So we left and went to different hotel.. we never got a refund. I will never stay at a Best western again. And to top it all of we never reviewed a refund. at this point I'm not sure if I'll even use Exspedia again..

The room smelled stongly of chemical spray upon arrival. In the morning the room stunk of urine ( by the TV & microwave). I didn't even want to walk anywhere with my shoes off. I didn't want to use the shower. I just packed up and left. I did stop at the front desk and talked to the lady at the desk. She didn't even care, and would not look at me. NEVER STAY AT THIS DIRTY PLACE. There's something better down the road, anywhere but here !!

I had problems with asthma while I was in Redding. I realized that my room has mold or mildew on the ceiling, above the window air conditioner. It was frustrating that it was my room that was causing me to need to use my inhaler.

We checked the reviews before booking and were unpleasantly surprised. We had to change rooms because the first room had ants and the closet doors were broken. The 2nd room was better but there were no facial tissues in the room and the bathroom fan sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling (it got quieter after running for a minute or two). The place is just run down and not a good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. DON'T BOOK THRU EXPEDIA!

Our mattress was extremely hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. The pillows folded in half and stacked together were still like sleeping with less than one. So much noise from the toad we may have been sleeping parked off the ride of the road. When we tried to check into our room card key wouldn't work. Had to get staff with master key to open door. We asked to move after they suggested they send someone to fix our door. This place isn't full occupancy so should have offered to move us .

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was a good size, comfy beds, nice sizable fridge. Location was close to where we wanted to go as well as close to the downtown area. Breakfast had a decent amount of options. I really liked the yogurt machine. The hot items were better than the last hotel we stayed at.

Rooms are old, stayed on second floor and the floor was not solid. You could hear it creak and roll. Room was outdated. If I was on the first floor I would hear everything above me.

We got there at 2 PM, and they wanted to charge us $30.00 to check in a little over an hour early. We decided to wait. After waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, the front desk attendant said she got approval from the manager to let us into our room for free. We checked in and walked all the way back to our room only to find housekeeping in there. We then had to wait another 20 minutes. They have one snack machine that was only 1/3 loaded and was so old that it only took cash. Carpets in the room and hallways were filthy. Nothing in the hotel or room was in great shape—nothing. This was nowhere near a Best Western "Plus." Will not stay here again.

The staff was unbelievably sweet , the girls at the front desk overwhelmed me with their kindness, It was a sad time for me , their compassion and help will not be forgotten . Nice breakfast , coffee 24/7 .

Emily was so kind when I checked in. Peter the manager was so kind. I forgot something in my room and he graciously fedexed it to me!! The breakfast was fresh and the service impeccable. The whole staff deserves kudos. I’ll definitely stay there again

First room we were given - the beds were not made and trash was not empty. Second room we were given - there was no toilet paper, no Kleenex, no towels and there was still food left in the fridge. However the desk clerk brought us all the missing items and removed the food. To try to make things right, they did not charge us the pet fee.

The staff was excellent, Julie, D and Kellie (new trainee) were just wonderful gals (I hope I spelled their names right) The breakfast attendant (didnt catch name) she was friendly and greeted us everytime we went to the area. Stayed one night here during our travels, would stay again. Beds were decent and rooms were fairly clean.

Room 225 had long black hair on the bathroom and entryway floor. Both my son and i are blondes, so it was not our hair. The wallpapers were bubbling and pulled from the wall. The beds were ok. The pool was dirty and in need of rehabbing. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and kind.

Bathroom smelled like pee. Rugs were dirty. In the breakfast room was hot stuffy, and really small. Small room also, not big enough for two people. Now worth it
