I booked because of the hot tub. Phoned before arrival to be sure the hot tub was open, yes it is was the reply. On arrival, the hot tub is closed for maintenance. Honestly, it looked like it had not been cleaned in several months. Complimentary breakfast was instant oatmeal, juice, coffee or tea. There were two very small yogurts. Very sad. The afternoon deskclerk was nice, but charged my card twice, the morning deskclerk is not a welcoming person, seems like you are bothering her if you ask a question. The towels, 2 out of 5, had stains on them. I will never stay here again. It is a franchise hotel and nothing like a true Wyndham property.

We stayed in three different motels on our trip and this was by far the nicest! The room was remodeled and looked so classy. Everything was clean and comfy. The TV was 50 inch, so we just stayed in the room and enjoyed a movie. We didn't even leave the motel to sight see because of the comfort. It was very peaceful and quiet all night long. Enjoyed a morning swim in a clean warm but refreshing outdoor pool. Anytime we travel through Redding we will be sure to stay here again.

The breakfast is EXTREMELY limited. I wouldn't even put it as an amenity. The hot tub AND pool were closed. The 3 reasons we stayed there didn't exist anymore.

Parking was easy, not sure if secure? Room was fairly clean, hard lanolium floors, beds not too comfy, mildew in showers a little bit. Overall cleanliness was fairly poor. Pool was shut down for the season. Breakfast had fresh fruit, instant oatmeal and granola/fig bars, thats it.

Just a couple heads up things about this place: it doesn’t have an elevator so for anyone who uses walking assistance devices or has limited mobility you’ll need to make sure you have a bottom floor room reserved. WiFi is hit or miss if you rely on your hotel/motel having it. Otherwise, the 24hr coffee/tea set up was nice. I’ve maker was reliable and the breakfast choices were just fine. Location is literally RIGHT off the 5 and across from a big shopping center. Would definitely stay here again.

About as good as you get at a budget place. Traveled with my dog and the pet friendly room was fresh. Bed was decent and bathroom was clean. Pool was a nice and In and Out burger across the street was convenient. Perfect for a quick overnight stay

The room smell was unbearable. Everything felt gross. The surfaces in the room were sticky. The pool had tons of dirt and hair in it. The breakfast was a few things of yogurt, bruised fruit, and instant oatmeal. Service people were find and the beds were comfy but everything else was disguising. I would never stay here again.

The room stunk, towels were stained and had a terrible odor. There was a weird hole above the shower with a vent covering it. Floor was sticky and dirty.

This place stunk of cigarettes. Both inside and in the parking lot which is odd. There was toothpaste on the bathroom door. Hair was even stuck in the toothpaste. All around I felt very uncomfortable staying here especially as I was traveling on my own. The pictures are very very misleading.

OK is being generous. The room had a full size bed, not a queen. The water was not hot, just a luke warm shower. Every surface from floor to table top was sticky, like someone had a party where a lot of beer was served. My arms actually stuck to the desk top. Plus side- nice refrigerator, microwave. And quiet! So for a quick overnight not too bad for the price.

I didn’t want to believe the previous reviews, but they were accurate. There was a dead cockroach in my restroom on the floor, the t.v. did not work. The entire lower floor smelt like cigarette smoke, worse than a casino hotel.

The bed was comfortable. The room was very dirty. Black mold on the toilet and bathroom floor. No wash cloths or hand towels only two small thin bath towels. Room unclean every where. I don’t like to complain but this was just unacceptable.

I liked that I had a microwave and fridge in the room. I also liked that the pool was up and running. I did not like that the shower head was so low that the water hit me in the chest, and I'm only 5'8". The bathroom fan was hanging down and overall the bathroom has seen better days. There were no lights in the middle of the room other than one lamp. The bed was less than comfortable and the pillows were downright terrible. I ended up sleeping without the pillow under my head.

I’ve stayed in several Super 8’s and this is the worst of them. The staff was friendly and helpful, and somewhat apologetic for the hotel. The furnishings in the rooms (we had two) were dated and poorly maintained. The dresser top finish was sticky, the wood furnitures was peeling slightly, and there was, inexplicably, sheet metal on the sides of the bed the sounded like thunder if you tapped it with your foot. The air was musty so I opened a window, which was OK until the diesel truck 3 feet from my window started up and idled at 5am. The free breakfast consisted mostly of oatmeal packets, some green fruit, and drinks. We took some coffee and drove up to Oregon to get breakfast.

So, this property actually sucks. The staff are all kind. But the motel is not in good condition. My biggest issue was with the Internet though. It doesn't work. Like at all. Apparently it's an issue there that everybody just deals with. But that's unacceptable considering they claim to offer internet... which they do, it just doesn't work. I was there 3 days and only had a couple hours worth of the internet working..

The traffic around the facility was very loud for all 5 nights. Don't stay on the bottom floor; you can hear everything above you. Overall experience is positive. I would stay again.

Angela was awesome! We hit caught in a horrible winter storm that caused us to be several hours late for check-in. When we did arrive, she had us all checked in. We just had to pick up the room key and go to our room. She made our arrival seamless and easy. Thank you Angela!!!💜

Check in staff, Thomas, is amazing. Expedia messed up with our room booking and he immediately took care of us. We stay here on all our trips where we need to overnight in the area. Facilities are good, beds are comfortable. It's directly off the highway and across from solid dinner options as well as Starbucks for morning coffee. We leave before the continental breakfast.

It was very nosey though out the day and really bad at night! Couldn’t sleep! When I asked why someone was yelling the woman looked at me like I was crazy. Then she started yelling did you hear anything!!! I thought someone was getting hurt in the parking lot! Family got two other rooms based on my past excellent experiences, but we would never stay there again! Front desk people at NIGHT were awesome though! Day time sucked! Oh and housekeeper was badly berated by being screamed at my some old woman that worked there that kept going to the door to smoke. That poor girl didn’t deserve to be embarrassed like that! It was so unprofessional and uncomfortable!

Clean and functional, but furniture is very run down. I only needed it to sleep and shower, so it didn't matter to me. Breakfast is very basic, same every day: oatmeal, yogurt, juice, apples.
