It was an awful stay. Dirty. Roaches. Electrical wires hanging. No ice buckets "per corporate having come through and taking it." Not what shows online. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very disappointed in this location. Room was not ready 2 hours past check in time. Inside room was ok, but not as clean as it should be. Outside hotel was very messy and dirty. Pool was closed without explanation.

Room was filthy and front desk service was horrible. It seemed like i was interrupting their day when i needed anything. Trash was overflowing and pool was not available, despite it being in the 80s each day. I dont recommend this place.

The pictures are way better than the room actually was. The site did not say anything about the pool being closed that was upsetting especially since we had kids with us. I put we had 2 adults and 2 kids there was only enough towels in there for 2 people, only I plate ,1 bowel , and 1 fork. Thank goodness we ate out the hole time we was there.

The price was within my budget but, will not be recommending to others. The refrigerator make a loud rumbling noise and had no coolant to it. The freezer needed defrosting and, I would recommend replacing the entire unit., at most! The kitchen had absolutely no supplies- not even a roll of paper towels !

The room looked & smelled clean when you 1st walked in, (they oiled the floor with something to make it smell good but it felt gross.) The little foam "blanket" had cigarette burns in it and stunk. It was very thin and rough. You had that and a sheet to sleep with like you were in prison. We killed several roaches and there was questionable dirt/mold/spots throughout the room and in the air vent. Its not family friendly unless uou are ok with a bunch of random guys hanging out in the parking lot ...and over the balcony at all hours of the night smoking cigarettes and drinking.. playing music..hanging out in groups in the parking lot. Cops were called to the room next to us. Tried to walk around to check out the property the 1st night but it stunk really bad & the crowd made us feel real uneasy. Almost like a local rundown hangout/party. Their "pantry" barely had anything. Not even water. The coffee station only had sugar. I wouldnt dare cook in there for fear of what would come out of the little flat top thing they had in the c. Trying to take a shower made me gag from whatever smell came from the fan/vent. The cabinets were missing pieces from the door. Very odd place. If you just need a place to sleep, bring your own bedding and towels & ignore everything else and you should be ok...However, for the price per night, do yourself a favor and chose another hotel. The front desk people couldnt care less about your stay anyways so save yourself the money and dissapointment.

Garbage was left from previous tenant. Coffee maker and coffee but no cups. Stove and MW but no dishes or utensils. Just blinds on window, questionable privacy. Otherwise, the room was fine.

The pics didnt represent what my room looked like. This place needs serious renovations. I had maintenance come look at the floor. There was water in the floorboards. the ac worked great but it leaked-a lot. The pool was nice. And the staff was very nice.

Every one was welcoming we come in for a short trip and i jad my mother whos in a wheel chair with me and we was placed up stairs but they was able to get it switched over i didnt see any bugs house keepers was bive and let me use there broom and stuff on days we was there to keep the sand down ! But the pool waant open to us and that made my kids upset other than that it was great its cheap amd convenient! Would stay again

Roaches, absolutely filthy, wreaked of smoke. The nastiest place I have ever stepped foot in.

The nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. Beds had not been changed, hair and other nasty stuff all in the beds. When I went to let the front desk know, he said I’m not surprised and gave me more sheets to change. Would have definitely left if it wasn’t so late.

The roof of the bathroom was FULL of mold, pee all over toilet, cob webs all over the room and bugs. This place is gross. Would not recommend. Definitely will not be back.

The pictures on the internet are much better than the reality of the room. The place is sketchy. I didn’t realize when I booked, but apparently there are people who permanently live there, which was just kind of odd to me. We had a non smoking room, but could smell weed coming through the bathroom vent. The floors were absolutely filthy. The shower head was squirting water out of it onto the floor, and when we cleaned it up, the floor was so dirty that it turned the towel black. Fridge was loud and sounded like it was going to blow at any moment. The locks on the door were barely hanging on, and at one point it sounded like someone was trying to come in on us, so my fiance got tools from his car and fixed the locks. A roach tried crawling in our bags to escape that place. There were some sketchy looking things going on in the parking lot. The staff was nice, but nice staff doesn’t make up for the conditions. I don’t recommend staying here.

The property was not what was reflected online. Dead roaches, broken cabinets, very stained mattresses, even though the sheets appeared clean we could not sleep on the bed without our own blankets or towels covering them. Shower appeared clean but wore flip flops. Just wanted to sleep enough to fish but wouldn’t stay again.

Changed rooms because first one toilet overflowed and then second room they moved us too the AC leaked water all in floor soaking everything. They wanted to move us to third room but we refused at that point. We checked out with no refund as we just wanted to leave. Rooms smelled like cigarettes and burnt holes in curtain’s. Beds uncomfortable and thin pillows. One night was enough for me to never return.

Room didn't smell stale, it smelled of weed. Pillows were crap. Thankfully it was too chilly for the pool cause it was nasty. I'm sure they just sweep the floors cause the bottom on my daughter's sock were dirty after walking around in just socks. While checking the room I saw under the mattress..HORRID

Had a smell in theb other room, stiff beds, no drink or snack machines, dirty towels in the room, couldn't get extra towels or sheets. There was a lot of shady people hanging out outside and was loud at night. Would not stay here again.

The space itself that we stayed on in was surprisingly accommodating and simple.

The rooms look nothing like the advertised pictures. Our room floor was damp from water damage, the wood pieces were buckled up, the refrigerator looked like there was mold on the side, the curtains and cover had holes in them. The lock on the inside was not secure at all, it was very loose. I placed tge ironing board thru the handle to secure it at night. The shower had hair inside. Not mine, my hair was braided up. The AC unit was leaking water on the floor, the maintenance guy had to come in ckean up the water, fix the AC and then it was louder and he left towels up under for the leaking water. The staff although was really nice, and so was the maintenance guy. That place needs a complete renovation and to be updated. It’s definitely giving Norman Bates hotel vibes.

-The area is very rusty and looking torn down, -Front door was hard to open, it was stiff, - One of the stove won’t open - AC filter is dirty, bad smell coming out - Moldy wall on the outside, - Microwave on the wall is broke so ventilator doesn’t work, - Bathroom smells rusty, with weird foul odor. - Flies in the room before we came, - Hole in the wall in the bathroom from doorknob - There was only 1 roll of toilet paper, - Sink and bathtub doesn’t have stomper. - Walls are very dirty with smears on them. - Bathroom did not have a lock, Bathroom sink cabinet door is torn on the top, First ans last time staying… we couldn’t wait til morning to leave.

Been coming here most years for a decade. The rooms are nice with a kitchen. This year they required a deposit of $50.00 at check in for the first time. They say it will be refunded. Hopefully.

Bathroom could use some updating. Sink cabinet, tp holder and shower rod all looked like they could fall apart at any moment Door to the room wasn't the best - stayed there during hurricane season and I was afraid it would pop open

For the price and location near Wrightsville Beach, NC, this is a decent property, and the staff nicely came to the door at 11:50 PM, after their office was closed. Parking was plentiful and easy and well lit, and it was quiet. Free Wifi was quite good. However, the room had several problems. The microwave oven was broken and had a "shorted display" fault and was blaring out a loud alarm. I had to look around for the plug inside a cupboard to shut it off. The shower/tub was leaking pretty fast and the pillows smelled funny. Much of the room was a little sticky... A little attention to the room would have made this a better stay.

The staff was extremely friendly. They were busy upon check-in and check out and they handled it with no issues whatsoever. The lady working check-in actually had a drunk man come in and be belligerent and she asked him very nicely to go outside so the rest of us didn't have to hear it. The room was comfortable and it had everything you needed. The price was good for just a one night quick stop.

Very rude front desk staff, large black lady and older white man. Terrible attitudes didn’t know what they were doing whatsoever and couldn’t give clean instructions for check in. Probably miserable since they work in that disgusting hotel and will for the rest of their lives. Disgusting and unsafe. Will never stay there again. Next time we’ll spend more for somewhere clean, safe and much nicer in a better area.

The staff were friendly the manager was great I lost my watch and she returned it. Our first room was not that great water was leaking through the ceiling in the bathroom and room. The second room we were put in roaches were coming out of the sinks. I did not to complain it was still a good place to stay. Everything was very close by. But I wish they redid their whole building they have great potential.

The shower curtain rod was bent to where u could not closed the curtain properly. When we went to get additional towels and pillows, there was no one in the office although the sign said they did not close until 11. We had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to the door. We were unable to get additional pillows and only 1 additional towel set. Upon parking in of the door of our room a lady placed a cone in the parking space and would not allow us to park although there were no other places to park. There was a gentleman continuously popping fireworks from 10pm- 2am every evening right outside our room door.

When I arrive at 3 pm my room was not ready. But the ladies that was working there made sure they was going to get a room ready for me.They were very helpful and nice . I really enjoyed my stay these ladies went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. I will definitely be back .

Our stay was great we appreciate all the service you gave us while we were there! Thank you very much when we are back in that area we will be back!

Outside is decent, heavyset lady with short reddish hair at checkin was extremely rude and very unprofessional! Rooms look nothing like the pictures, stunk like cigarettes, fridge did not work, old food on plates, glasses not cleaned.

Having to stay cause waiting for our house. But since we’ve been here, our service has been wonderful. The staff is so helpful and friendly.

Did not check in until nearly 4 pm, because they were "understaffed" butf whole waiting i saw the house keepers on there phones out side of the rooms doing nothing .....but when i got into the room it was good for the money 12 minute drove to wrightsville beach but had alot of shopping options near by

Let me say the good thing first, the room was clean. The property is dirty and garbage laden, there were people smoking and barbecuing in front of their rooms and one had the feeling of not being safe at this hotel. The staff did nothing to remedy this

This place was a complete waste of money …. From the outside it’s a very nice hotel you would think anyway considering the fact that it’s next to 2 Marriott hotels…. No!!! The moment you enter this hotel it smells like mold or mildew roaches in the room holes in the bathroom door tv was extremely slow the internet sucks the neighbors actually live at the hotel and hang outside all night long asking for cigarettes took my family 2hours to realize this was a no go and we ended up jus leaving at and not even staying there it was absolutely horrible never again never recommend to anyone not to mention when I tried to bring it to the staff’s attention the lady at the desk said “oh it’ll be alright” it was that moment I knew we had to leave….

Reception staff super helpful and friendly. Hotel pretty typical of “lower end, extended stay” place . Always a few sketchy-looking folks around, but room was clean and did the trick for a place to stay to hit the beautiful beaches nearby .

It was close to the beach ⛱️..
