Decent hotel, not bad for the price, would go again. Location is 10/10, everything is nearby. Beach isnt too far from the hotel, (15-20 minutes). Pool was pretty clean and not bad. Staff 10/10. I realize they share the pool with Mainstay Suites right next to them. I did see some trash behind the microwave and fridge, but thats all, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Not bad, its pretty decent.

Tv didn’t work , I told them the first day . 3 days later still no tv . The maintenance guy just stands around in hallways staring at ppl. When checking out a guy fell down the stairs because the hand rail fell off the wall.

Room was clean and available early. Air conditioning worked great, room was clean. Pool was pleasant at night. Neighbors were very loud late at night, but this was no downfall of the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the dining area was very clean! Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Overall, it was a nice place. I really have no serious complaints. While there the elevator broke down but was repaired the same day. The continental breakfast was ok. There weren’t a lot of options. But the coffee was good!

This property was very clean, there wasn't any loitering or panhandling. The staff was very helpful and not that in your face kind of way. Although this stay was a last minute thing they had rooms available and perfect for us. Definitely going back to that hotel our next visit to wilmington

Definitely not worth the money. For $200 I am not sure what I really paid for. The halls and the rooms have a weird smell to them. The pillows were small square old pillows that were not comfortable at all, and took four of them just to Cover the top part of the bed. The carpet was gross with stains and when you stepped on it barefooted it almost felt sticky. I kept my shoes on the entire time. The shower had obvious hair on the wall, the bathroom outlets were so stripped you could not put in your hairdryer or flat iron. The hotel, breakfast consisted of bagels, waffles, or frozen sausage corndogs, or fruit. Overall, this hotel needs a complete makeover in order to charge the prices that they do.

We ended up not staying. Room was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Then we discovered bed bugs, stains and hair on the bedding. Place is in desperate need of an update. Hope we get our money back!!!

The room was dirty including the walls. The bathroom had minimal lighting. The shower stall didn’t close all the way causing water to get all over the floor and there was some sort of putty in the bottom of the shower. Do not recommend staying here.

There was mold in the ice machine, which ended up in my container and cooler. Slamming of doors all night, made it hard to sleep. The AC was out for a night. Carpet and bathroom were smelly and bathroom fan was full of dust/dirt. Wifi quality was poor. If you are looking for a cheap hotel, choose another option if you want to rest and pay a little more.

The process, the staff and the breakfast were all great. The bathroom however, was subpar and the humidity within the room was not bearable; had to check out early due to the humidity. The beds were moist, left out clothing was moist as well due to it.

Ocean view was not viewable from the room but there was A/C. However, we could not watch TV the entire weekend we were there. Instead transferring us to a room where the service worked, we were apologized to and told we just have to deal with it. That made me wanna leave

The staff was very nice. The room was old, I found the bathroom to be dirty and very old. The shower and sink faucet leaked, the bathroom door was filthy with dirt and handprints and the shower floor was disgusting. The room seemed old and the remote for the tv didn’t work. I didn’t complain about anything, but would not stay at this hotel again.

We needed a cheap (but nice) place to stay for the weekend with our kids for a event we were coming to from out of town. The check in was super easy. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were small, the double beds were very small but comfortable enough. I do wish they had full size pillows instead of the small square pillows. The building is dated, but was sufficient for a place to come back to and shower and sleep.

Pros: they have given some good amount of thought on what their most probable customers need and made arrangements. You have ice dispenser, soda vending machines, ice container at room, glasses at room, small fridge at room. Basically things you need to make a drink. They also have coffee machine, coffee is not bad. And breakfast. Parking is good. Cons: Cleanliness. Carpet is of dark brown colour and smells of old socks. Not sure if they shampoo wash it even once a year. Infra: no handwash inside washroom, you have one in the room itself. However tap on that was placed too far back and it was very inconvenient to wash hands. No handles on the bathroom doors. Service and staff: i found my initial room smelly so they changed it, that part was good. However, around 9 the Air conditioner stopped working. I called front desk and they said they can help only in the morning. It was suffocating my kids and they refused to provide any sort of help. They said controls on the AC don't work, but you can control it via thermostat. It was other way around. After spending some time I was able to start the AC using controls on AC. Otherwise I would have to find another hotel at late night

Yes it did. And 3 out of the 10 days that i stayed there the tv didn't work. I went to the front desk to let them know and all they kept saying is that they will get it fix. It wasn't until Tuesday the woman at the front desk she made maintenance go fix it right then. So I thank her because she was the only one that got it done when I talked to her about the problem

Shower door did not close completely. Floor of shower old/ worn/ dirty? No tv guide..... One lamp wirhout bulb...... Attention to detail appears to be greatly lacking. Pics avail if needed......

I had some strange women start yelling on my hall around 3:30a this morning, she then proceeded to start banging on my room door and other room doors creating a disturbance. After she had exited the hallway I went downstairs to contact hotel staff and no one was at the desk. I waited for about 10 mins and no one showed up.

We stayed here on the last night of a road trip through TN, SC, and NC. We were flying home from Wilmington, and wanted an affordable hotel close to the airport, as we had to leave at 3am for the flight. This hotel was clean and felt safe. They had a pool, which seemed to have a bit of an issue (it wasn’t all the way full), but we still were able to swim and they were refilling it as we were there. We had to leave too early for breakfast, but the breakfast room looked nice, and it was free. No restaurant on site, but it was super easy to Door Dash some dinner, and there were vending machines available for snacks. The bathroom was strange, with the toilet and shower in a separate room, but the sink out in the same room as the beds. This was unfortunate at night, as it was difficult to wash hands without waking up my travel partner. I would have preferred to have a fully contained bathroom that was separate from the sleeping space. It was easy to Uber to downtown to see the sites. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed a close to the airport, budget-friendly hotel.

The location is convenient to downtown Wilmington and the local beaches. The only thing I didn't like was some truck in a nearby parking lot that was extremely loud and kept me up all night.

The buffet breakfast was lacking. Dry cereal, waffles, juice, a few bagels and English muffins. None of the other regular fare of this type of hotel. Room was supplied with 2 towels which is insufficient if a lady is one of the occupants. The room was clean and recently updated. One item of inconvenience was the bath sink faucet was too short. It only extended past the edge of the sink about an inch. Not nearly enough to wash your hands easily. Maybe a minor inconvenience hurt aggravating anyway

It was just ok. Felt safe and was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. The room smelled of smoke, it was dirty and there was mold on the window curtains. The free breakfast was pretty bad. Very few selections and dining area is tiny. Cold fruit and a waffle station. No bread or pastries or yogurt - certainly no hot items. Elevator felt shaky. There are a lot of contractors staying there which made us uncomfortable as 2 women traveling alone (didn’t feel unsafe). There are much better options in Wilmington. We won’t stay again.

Hotel stay was just ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was ok. The free breakfast was very weak. Mostly sweets and the only cereal offered was frosted flakes.
