The hotel was in a good area, close to stores and main intersections. It had a nice lake with table near that you can sit and relax outside. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the staff taking care of the breakfast always had everything filled back up.

Clean .. Parking always available.. Loads of things nearby. The hallsways were noisy due to the kids so that would maybe affect early sleepers, which I am not so that wasnt a bother for me.. Beside that, everything was pretty solid

Overall the hotel was great and i have no complaints. As for what could be improved- it seems weird that there is only one elevator for the hotel and it kind of sounds... used. Breakfast was great both days we stayed with a ton of options.

Property was nice and worth the price paid. Our only complaints would be flavorless chicken sausage instead of pork for breakfast and the grill out by the pool was filthy inside.

Breakfast was always good with plenty of options. Staff was friendly, rooms and property was clean and up to date. The only problem I saw was the carpeting in our room, it looked very worn and not clean. We did enjoy the pool and loved that you can use their poolside barbecue to cook. If the carpeting in the rooms are upgraded, I would definitely stay here again.

My room didn't smell fresh. The carpet smell like dog urine. Also there was parts of the carpet where you could see the seems The air conditioner had a musty odor coming out of the vent. The breakfast setup was was not good nothing was label. I have always stayed at Hampton inns and they are well kept and the rooms are always nice and fresh. I have to tell you this one was the worst soo far. Everything else was fine. check room 207 and I'm sure you will agree with me,

It was terrible, the room had a very strong musty, dusty smell. The A/C did not worked well, in the early morning it turned off and did not turn on again. The shower did not drain the water and remained stagnant, when going to bed the bed had hairs. Very disappointed since we had gone before and it was not like that. The hotel has fallen into disrepair.

Found 2 small roaches in my room, Romm 234, the worst part about my stay between Friday 8.15 thru Sunday 8.17 was the breakfast lady, your breakfast lady must be removed from providing the breakfast amenities to your guest, she has a very poor and lazy attitude towards all guests, I arrived at 9:00am on the dot and all breakfast items were empty, no scrambled eggs, no potatoes with gravy, no sausages, the juice machine needed refilling of the syrup, coffee bins were short on coffee and cold, I mean this was horrible and your hotel states breakfast until 10:00am, when asked if she was bringin out more breaheast items she rolled her eyes and stated we are running low on food, its not my fault its the hotels fault, not with this lady, the Spanish lady in the mornings for breakfast shall be placed elsewhere such as cleaning rooms and not interacting with your guest, poor attitude and does not want to work to refill breakfast item trays, I will not be staying at your hotel anymore until this is corrected. Thank You.

Hairs In bathroom. General condition is run down. Carpet tiles in hallway have edges that are lifting up. Staff took little pride in cleaning up the breakfast bar area as guests utilized it. Would not recommend especially for a Hampton Inn!

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATING ALL NIGHT: The room was nice, staff friendly, and proximity to things to do was gr8. HOWEVER, if you value getting sleep, I highly suggest that you check and make sure the heavy equipment isn't running all night. FDOT & friends were busy - literally - all night long. Between the backup alarms and the earth/ wall shaking vibrations, I tried my hardest to keep my eyelids closed to no avail. The front desk did offer ear plugs, but that can't suppress the wall-shaking vibrations every 10 minutes or so from whatever was slamming on the ground. A dozer maybe? Did I mention this happened all night long? Unfortunate... #LionelRichieSong

Great staff at check in who recognized me as a Hilton member and provided a welcome gift with waters and snacks. Room was spacious with micro and fridge, plenty of towels, toiletry items in wall dispensers, cold AC, nice size bathroom with hot water plentiful and a nice view on a small lake. Breakfast was good and plentiful, something for everyone. Close drive to the beach and safe area.

The room doesn’t have the tv working , the receptionist try to reset it a couple times, but never work. She left a message in the front desk, and said that we have to Connect with you for a 50% discount approval.

The clerk at check in was great. He gave us ideas where to go to eat and have fun. The only reason I gave a 4 star is my room was not cleaned the next day of my stay. The housekeeper didn’t even offer clean towels however, when I went to the front desk to inquire why my room was not cleaned. the lady at the desk told me they only clean rooms every other day. Which was odd because everywhere else I stayed offered daily room service. I did not like the fact that I had to ask for fresh towels. They have the towels at the front desk so I was able to get clean ones. I am not concerned about the cleaning of the room. I made my own bed but, fresh towels would have been great for the guests.

If looking to stay in the Fort Myers area, we highly recommend the Bonita Springs area as it is in between Fort Myers and Naples. Our hotel room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an incident where someone was mistakingly trying to enter our room and the staff responded promptly at 12:30am.

I occasionally perform with a couple of tribute bands nearby at The Stage restaurant. This Hampton Inn (Bonita/North Naples) is very close to that venue--convenient, and the property is in fairly good shape. Staff are pleasant. Room is clean. Breakfast is included (as is usually the case with Hampton Inns). During the shoulder and off-seasons, it's even reasonably priced.

Great location for our stay. New years Eve we had reservations for The Stage Restaurant. Directly across the street. So convenient to everything. Convenience stores, shopping and restaurants less than a mile away.
