First of pool was dirty and seems like half full so if I know upfront i wouldn't book this hotel. Being snowbird this is issue. Another issue I was told plumbing issues they had and lobby and breakfast area was messy. And rent a car companies booked our rental as an EV but charger was not working at the hotel. Also there are no working outlet outside. All outlets somehow disabled and we were out of charge middle of our trip. Other than that just the room for sleep.

This property should not be considered a holiday inn express. It is old looking. The hallways smelled of marijuana and the room smelled like old cigarettes. It was not a professional feeling when checking in. Elevator was old and flooring was damaged. Just did not feel good staying there for the two nights.

The pool was like ice, and then when we tried to use our key to get back in, the door by the pool, it was reading red, so we had to walk around to the front door to get in. The room was nice and cozy. The only thing i didnt like was the extra charge for 100.00 put on my card. It should only be pending, not showing as a sale.

The location was great for me, but the facility was old. The room was clean, but the carpet was worn out and stained. The lock on the door was glitched - it literally took me 10-15 tries with the keycard to get into my room...every time. The bathtub was cracked and needed repair/replacement. Most of the staff were nice, some were standoff-ish. The elevator was scary.

The hotel was not as depicted on the website. The pool was closed for repair. The facility was dirty and smelled bad. We talked to the general manager about canceling our reservation. She was nasty. She told us that we couldn't cancel because we booked through Hotels.com. I showed her the cancelation policy from our confirmation email. She told us that it was incorrect. Then told us that we had to pay for one night. After we left the hotel, she tried to charge my credit card for the entire stay.

Very clean hotel and excellent service. The sheets were crispy and the pillows were very comfortable. The pool is kept at a nice warm temperature. Breakfast is basic but plenty of options. There’s always people on the grounds cleaning and sprucing. And they have fresh cookies in the lobby. Great stay. I highly recommend it.

First room smelled bad. Switched rooms and discovered that this one was full of mold in the bathroom and just in poor condition. The hotel needs a major overhaul and soon. My allergies acted up due to the unhealthy mold. Don't stay here. I took some pictures and will definitely write some more reviews. A shame it is a holiday inn.

This property is in need of a total remodel. Bathtub was old, stained, and wouldn’t hold water. The carpet was filthy. Had on wi fii the whole trip. Went down to check out why and there was one person demanding their money back, another with the same problem as I was. The ceiling in the lobby was leaking, the wallpaper was pealing off the walls. Not pleased with this hotel at all!!!!

Chris (front desk) and Olga (mgr) are THE WORST individuals we have ever been forced to deal w/ in any hospitality transaction/experience. This hotel cancelled our reservation w/o even calling us, so we only found out we had no place to stay when we arrived at the hotel. Chris at the front desk displayed no empathy and stated, "there's nothing I can do. I'm just the messenger." When I asked to speak w/ a mgr, he advised there wouldn't be one available until Monday (this was a Saturday afternoon) advising he was the only employee present onsite. For a fully booked hotel, Chris was the only one onsite? Absolutely unacceptable. We'll NEVER STAY w/ HOLIDAY INN/IHG again.

The hotel is listed as pet friendly but nowhere did it say there was an extra fee. They charged me a $75 pet fee and a $50 incidental fee (to be refunded after the stay - hopefully). Also at night there was a group of about 15-20 people in the parking lot below my window partying loud until late. We went to the front desk and asked to either have them shut it down or move us to another room. The front desk woman was rude and mean. She literally said she couldn’t help us. What an expensive stay for such an awful experience!!! NEVER AGAIN! Steer clear of this hotel at all costs!!!

Room was ok, had ants on bathroom vanity and shower dripped. Pretty quiet and clean. I had a late checkout, 1pm, and twice cleaning lady tried to get in, once successfully, knocking and entering, assuming the room was empty.

The property is next to big roads so doesn’t feel like as nice as shared on pictures. Very bad smell in the hotel a mix of high humidity and maybe mold. The hotel and the bedrooms need to be renovated. I wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it either even if the staff was nice.

The room had bugs crawling all over the place. Most of the staff spoke Spanish and pretended they didn't understand English. They were rude and rolled their eyes behind your back. Pancake machine didn't work, certain items were out of stock every day. Only whole milk after Tuesday and watery oatmeal. The faucet in the tub did not work properly and would not shut off. Would never stay there again!

Breakfast was lacking Famous sweet rolls and pancakes. Attendant only spoke Spanish so she couldn't explain reason. TV was on Spanish news station only. I thought I was in Bonita Springs FL not Havana. A very disappointing stay.
