Family friendly resort with waterslides and lazy river. Great thing is the adult only pool. The beautiful beach is a boat trip away, it’s a must have and it is free. All restaurants are first class. Staff is friendly and professional. Elevators must be replaced.

Everything was perfect, the only thing I did not like was the transportation to the beach, especially coming back to the hotel, it is unacceptable a ride every hour when there was people for 3 more boats, we waited 2 hours to catch one. I would rather stay at the hotel full of amenities and activities.

Hotel itself was nice but we stayed to enjoy the waterpark and unfortunately it was overrun by "day pass" users. Therefore no towels (saw stacks of 8 ore more fresh towels on day pass users' chairs) and none for us. Waterpark area was dirty and the lazy river was crowded with rude people and kids. On another note the service at the cafe/shop in the morning was not polite and prices were out of this world. Bought a muffin, ate 2 bites and got ill. Not a good stay. Nice that they upgraded our room to a corner unit but it overlooked the parking lot and construction site. Not a great experience for the money!

We’ve stayed at this property about 10 times since 2016. Front desk service went downhill. Never got a boat ride to the beach, there were only 3 boats. We had previously stayed in rooms that had better amenities and despite paying over $800/night, we had a tub shower and a partial bay view. Couldn’t find a single chair at the pool. The poor bartender at the pool was hustling for hours.

They ran out of towels many times. No pool staff. Kids in Adult pool. Too many people. Not enough tubes for lazy river. King bed had only 3 pilllows. Couldn’t an elevator, had to walk up 3 flights and we are 80. Never go again

The property was beautiful and immaculate . Grounds were pristine. I have been to this property 3 times at different times of the year. Unfortunately August the service is very much lacking poolside. I understand it is an off season time of the year but if you have patrons by any of the 4 pools there should be waiters and waitresses circling throughout the day. That was by far not the case this past week I spent there. Unfortunate when you are on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay . This is our second time staying at this Hyatt and it has always been a wonderful experience. The beach is an added perk, you do have to make reservations in advance specially during peak season. The rooms at impeccably clean, the amenities well maintained and the water park is very nice too. We love to spend the night at the Mangroves bar, the drinks are well made and the service superb. We ate at the pool a few times and service is also great. Next time we plan to eat at the hotel restaurants. Keep it up Hyatt!

The property itself was beautiful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding. The first night we had a waitress that really set us off, as she seemed like she didn't want to be there. Made us not want to have dinner there the rest of the trip. My kids loved the pools, lazy river and water slides. Great place.

Water park was closed. Service Beach wasn't exist because it wasn't repaired yet since IVAN. Room 712 has pulgas or something like that. My body has a lot of marks because of them. Pool service was a disaster and there were a lot of people during this long weekeend

Fantastic vacation. What a great hotel, everything was very clean. The pools and waterslides were great, food at the restaurants was great. We went on an off peak week, I could see it getting pretty crowded on a peak week. Food and drinks were good, but on the pricey side. Breakfast buffet was great, especially that for 12 and under you pay your child's age. Lots of food and shopping nearby. The private beach was great.

The resort was great for my son who is 7. He enjoyed the two pools and the lazy river and slides. The private beach was nice and the water was warm. The food was mediocre for the price. The ladies at the cool beans market were phenomenal, they remembered his name and engaged with him every time. The young boys who valet parked were overwhelmed and didn’t have customer service. The bell man was good but seemed overwhelmed. The towel rack fell off as soon as I grabbed the towel. The bed was worn out and we barely got any sleep and the room wasn’t cold even on the lowest setting, kept waking up. House keeping didn’t replace any towels or change the garage , the floors were still sandy ,only took the Togo bag with garbage in it. The rooms aren’t anything special for the price. The view was of the parking lot, when you book it doesn’t say that.

We had a great stay overall very fun! At night the whole place is beautiful! We give it a 4 due to below average food quality at pool and house keeping below average. We found dirty things and also a bug in our room however we are in Florida and bugs are not uncommon. So we decided to rate the resort based on time spent outside room.

Our room was clean and spacious and had just the right amount of storage. The breakfast food was a bit overpriced but the drink menu at the at the pool restaurant had a great selection and were very good. The employees were friendly and helpful but wished the cleaning service did not knock on our door at 8:40 in the morning. Use the "do not disturb sign." There were many families with young children at the resort and it seemed like there was a lot for them to do. We just wished they all respected the adults only pool.

I’ve been here twice before but not for a number of years. Since my last visit they’ve remodelled the place - all rooms were refreshed in 2022 and all of the common areas have also been redecorated. It’s a beautiful resort hotel. My corner room had views from 2 sides with a furnished balcony and a step out balcony in the bedroom and a full glass wall in the bathroom!!! The room was very pleasantly decorated - sort of lightweight 1950s. As it’s all new furnishings everything works and no leaky taps, grungy grout in the shower etc. The swimming pool area is fantastic. An adults pool, a waterfall pool and a large kids pool with a big slide has been joined recently by a lazy river pool. Loads of space to sit out. Cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who wants a proper resort hotel in easy reach of Naples, Fort Myers and the other locations on this coast. If you are looking for a small boutique hotel - look elsewhere!!! PS: breakfast was included in my room rate and the buffet was excellent.

The service at the front desk was incredible, I believe his name was Jackson! He had answers to all the questions and made us feel welcomed. Upon getting to our room which was a king bed for two. And a couch with a pull out to sleep two more. There were only two pillows in the room. We tried to call down to the front desk but our phone was broke. We wound up walking down to the front desk to ask for more pillows. Two lightbulbs were out in the room. We couldn’t call down, we just managed with what we had. The beds are very uncomfortable. The ladies at the cool beans market were phenomenal, they remembered his name and engaged with him every time. The young boys who valet parked were overwhelmed and didn’t have customer service. The bell man was good but seemed overwhelmed. The towel rack fell off as soon as I grabbed the towel. The bed was worn out and we barely got any sleep and the room wasn’t cold even on the lowest setting, kept waking up. House keeping didn’t replace any towels or change the garage , the floors were still sandy ,only took the Togo bag with garbage in it. The rooms aren’t anything special for the price. The view was of the parking lot, when you book it doesn’t say that.

Walking into our room felt like something out of a movie. We couldn’t believe the way it looked, the view we got, and the amazing size. We enjoyed this trip so much and I’m very glad I booked with Hyatt. Would definitely go again. We enjoyed this trip!

Our room was clean and spacious and had just the right amount of storage. The breakfast food was a bit overpriced but the drink menu at the at the pool restaurant had a great selection and were very good. The employees were friendly and helpful but wished the cleaning service did not knock on our door at 8:40 in the morning. Use the "do not disturb sign." There were many families with young children at the resort and it seemed like there was a lot for them to do. We just wished they all respected the adults only pool.

Everything was great . My only complaint is about Tanglewood restaurant. The service was awful!!! No one came to our table but other tables were being served and attended too. I had to literally get up multiple times to get someone and when it came time to leave again I had to find someone for my check and still they took forever!! I could’ve left without paying . No one cared and no one had any sense of urgency after seeing a customer literally walk up to their area bags in hand to get the check.

The property was beautiful and immaculate . Grounds were pristine. I have been to this property 3 times at different times of the year. Unfortunately August the service is very much lacking poolside. I understand it is an off season time of the year but if you have patrons by any of the 4 pools there should be waiters and waitresses circling throughout the day. That was by far not the case this past week I spent there. Unfortunate when you are on vacation.

We enjoyed our stay . This is our second time staying at this Hyatt and it has always been a wonderful experience. The beach is an added perk, you do have to make reservations in advance specially during peak season. The rooms at impeccably clean, the amenities well maintained and the water park is very nice too. We love to spend the night at the Mangroves bar, the drinks are well made and the service superb. We ate at the pool a few times and service is also great. Next time we plan to eat at the hotel restaurants. Keep it up Hyatt!

I’ve been here twice before but not for a number of years. Since my last visit they’ve remodelled the place - all rooms were refreshed in 2022 and all of the common areas have also been redecorated. It’s a beautiful resort hotel. My corner room had views from 2 sides with a furnished balcony and a step out balcony in the bedroom and a full glass wall in the bathroom!!! The room was very pleasantly decorated - sort of lightweight 1950s. As it’s all new furnishings everything works and no leaky taps, grungy grout in the shower etc. The swimming pool area is fantastic. An adults pool, a waterfall pool and a large kids pool with a big slide has been joined recently by a lazy river pool. Loads of space to sit out. Cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who wants a proper resort hotel in easy reach of Naples, Fort Myers and the other locations on this coast. If you are looking for a small boutique hotel - look elsewhere!!! PS: breakfast was included in my room rate and the buffet was excellent.

Everything was perfect, the only thing I did not like was the transportation to the beach, especially coming back to the hotel, it is unacceptable a ride every hour when there was people for 3 more boats, we waited 2 hours to catch one. I would rather stay at the hotel full of amenities and activities.

The property itself was beautiful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding. The first night we had a waitress that really set us off, as she seemed like she didn't want to be there. Made us not want to have dinner there the rest of the trip. My kids loved the pools, lazy river and water slides. Great place.

Overall was a great experience! Very clean and pools are amazing! The main restaurant inside for dinner was terrible unfortunately. Waitstaff was new/ undertrained and turn around time for dinner for 2 people was an hour and a half when there were only 5 tables with guests!!! I believe our waitresses name was Christine and she was terrible as well. So rude. Another waitress had to actually gets us drinks and even refill them because Christine kept disappearing. But besides the bad dining experience ( and that is a big part to a resort I believe) , the overall stay was great

Fantastic vacation. What a great hotel, everything was very clean. The pools and waterslides were great, food at the restaurants was great. We went on an off peak week, I could see it getting pretty crowded on a peak week. Food and drinks were good, but on the pricey side. Breakfast buffet was great, especially that for 12 and under you pay your child's age. Lots of food and shopping nearby. The private beach was great.
