They communicated and checked in on us by texts. That was great. They were happy to help if we needed anything. Unfortunately, we booked this place due to them having such a nice pool area. The pool was dirty and not scheduled to be cleaned until our stay was over. This was disappointing.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The Breakfast staff did a great job of putting out a very nice spread with the added hot dishes! The pool water was tested and the area was very nice, grills available, on site self laundry, a workout room, newspapers, maps, a lending library, cold water in the available during the day-all great amenities for guests!

The property was older but in good condition Breakfast was good you could walk across the street to a grocery store and shopping center with restaurants. The pool area needed some attention bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned and trash was full the drain at outside shower was clogged and covered with green mold probably just due to trees and vegetation around but otherwise a great location not far from beach

On the first two days the outdoor pool was not heated and the water was very cold. I spoke with the front desk and they did not show much interest in solving the problem. The room was comfortable

Check in was a breeze, even got in a little early with no problems. The room was spacious and very clean. My room had a full sized fridge and kitchen, both welcomed. j It's the gym that stood out for me. It was well stocked with a cleaning station and plenty of free weights/kettlebells to get have a nice workout. I didn't use the pool, just ran out of time.

Room 239, the air conditioning was not working properly. I had to go out and buy a fan to install on my nightstand. I couldn't sleep at all the first night, the room was hot and got fresh, but never cold. The carpets in the entire hotel smell and are stained. My room 239 was clean, I got peace of mind on that.

Stayed here twice. My stay was good each time, has a kitchenette and the sofa folds out into a queen bed. My only issue was the dirty hallway carpets. Other than that service was great.

Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. They had games that you could borrow. My only issue was that the room seemed like it needed a deep clean. Walls and doors were pretty dirty. Breakfast was good. Nice spread. On our second morning it seemed like someone dripped syrup all over the floors between the dining area and the elevator. Very sticky. I watched a few of the housekeeping staff walk through it and nobody cleaned it up. Everyone just flgot sticky shoes.

Services declined when the hotel was very busy at the weekend. Breakfast was okay, not much change day to day, hot items were always lukewarm at best and no microwave. No safe in the room. Music could be heard as a low rumble from the room all night - air conditioning masked some of that but not all. Bins/recycling in corridors were super helpful. Free parking and felt safe. Don’t like the fact pets seem to be able to stay on any floor/any room, meaning those with allergies could be checking into a room where animals have stayed. Really good access on the US41, but set back far enough to avoid road noise. On balance, would stay again, but in the knowledge it is on the more budget end of Homewood Suites.

I enjoyed my trip to Bonita Springs. The beach was beautiful. Your hotel was modern and the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay with you again. My only complaint was the air conditioning system was noisy.

Great experience. Maddie at front seat was great, very attentive and quick to respond. Only thing I didn’t like was the constant noise of people walking in the hallway and the forts shutting noise every time someone close it. Another thing is that you can hear the noise of next room and the laughs. But overall very good. Hotel is beautiful and great location for shops. Breakfast was great. Pool are very nice. Worth the stay

This hotel is perfect for those who do not wish to eat out every day during their vacation. The suites have small but efficient kitchens. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed is also very comfortable. The breakfast is included and offers many choices. It’s an easy and short drive to the beach. It was not our first visit and it was as lovely as we remembered.

Room was spacious, had a full kitchen which was a pleasant surprise. We didn't use it, but it is good to know for future reference when we are next in the area. Staff was friendly and attenuative. The included continental breakfast was fine, not used to the proteins being smoked sausage and chicken for breakfast though, but it was good.

The front desk staff was the worst front desk staff I have ever experienced in all of my travels. One staff member disrespected my wife and was argumentative. It is clear that this staff lacks the training I would expect from a Hilton property. I would not receommend this property.

The hotel is not bad, but I am giving a bad review because I left a new sweater and when I called they were not interested at all in looking for it. They promised to call me back, which they did not do, so I called once again and it was like starting over. I did this a third time two days later with no success ( or interest in helping me)

They were very rude. The old man was racist. Rude. Was just watching what the kids would do. My grandkids were not able to do anything. He always thought that the kids there were doing things. I asked him for quarters. He told me Hayden have any. My daughter had to tell him she needs quarters and that’s when he said oh that’s being racist. He thought my daughter was having a party when she wasn’t. I will never return back there to stay the worst and horrible place to stay ever. He will walk up and down the stairs and elevators just to see what people were doing, especially as Mexicans.

We spent two nights there and it was really great. The breakfast is great, the room is clean and well arranged, we did not use the pool but it seems pretty well. And the area is great, ten minutes driving and you are at the beach and can enjoy some great seafood's restaurant.

The mattresses weren't comfortable. There was only one person at breakfast to serve guests over a long weekend. There were no towels at the pool for the same reason. We believe that you should have more staff to assist so many people.

What i was impressed is with the room i was assigned. Shampoo, body soap and dishwashing were missing and it took 2 hours for the frontdesk person to bring the dishwasher soap and shampoo pouches to my room but he was a nice person. The breakfast could be improved by giving guests hardboiled eggs in addition to scramble eggs. Breakfast potatoes were good addition on Sunday. But then again this property get 4.1 and thats fantastic in comparison with other hotels that I am staying where I am rating 3.0
