Great place -it’s clean and the staff is friendly. What would make this place better would be if they had the pool open later. They close it at dusk so you can’t swim after dinner at all. :-(

The people of the hotel were super nice. "Southern Hospitality"!! Robert in the evening was professional and told me what to do when my flight was delayed until 1am. Nice "blond long hair lady" in the morning was the most friendly person I've ever met. All the staff was wonderful. Very clean and the lobby smells good. Perfect stay. Will definitely book here again for future stays. Price:affordable Pool:yes and clean with lounges to lay on Cleanliness:10/10 super clean Costumer service:10/10 super friendly Breakfast:included (free) toast, waffles, cereal, egg cheese omelette, muffins, oat meal, juices and coffee etc Room: clean sheets and towel. Room temp comfortable and thermostats was working Car service: no ride to airport Uber: affordable Surrounding areas: a lot of places to eat and drink. Beaches are clean and friendly.

The dryer outflow hose in the laundry room dryer was/remains CLOGGED, so everyone pays double to dry clothes, and it takes 2 HOURS. There was NO HAZELNUT CREAMER. DO BETTER. NEITHER front desk or Maids offered to send a girl up to my room ?!? What was I supposed to do-- just sit in there??? sheesh.

We arrived early and Heather checked immediately if any room was available for early check which was not but she was very helpful. She was gone by the time we checked in and another Spanish speaking gentleman checked us who too was pleasant. Check in was very easy. The only thing was there was one table with umbrella at the pool, there should have at least been 3 to accommodate all the guests. They said they were ordered but had been some time. Overall it was good and will be back

I love this place, frnt desk excellent, continental breakfast very good, the only problem for me was the elevator, very slow the staff and the guests use the same elevator, so every time you want to used is taken to long time to get down or up. I believe that the only problem in the busy days.

First encounter when checking in was throwing red flags. We were given our room on the 4th floor to find the room was never cleaned! Ut oh! They gave us another room and this room smelled like wet dogs lived in it for weeks! Gross. They decided to bring us to several rooms before checking, first floor with little yapper dogs (pass) next was second floor that we settled on. Room was in fair condition but enough to make us not want to stay. Outside our window was the pool with some guys blasting their huge speaker lol. Just overall not a great experience with our first La Quinta stay on our honeymoon.

This Hotel was once a hidden gem but not anymore. The lobby floor is felthy. The lobby bathrooms are not clean. The lobby tables still have breakfest crumbs. The room smells too.

The staff was very friendly. When we came in the room it had a musty smell to it. The room was clean, but the shades were dirty and the overall room was dated. Not enough lighting. Pool area was nice, heated, a nice view. Laundry was available, affordable, uses credit cards. Complimentary breakfast was okay. Hot choices during my my stay was scrambled eggs with sausage links or you can make a waffle. Had other cold options including yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, or you could toast an english muffin or bagel. Coffee was a weak. I suggest adding kcup makers to the rooms. The alarm went off at 6 am without setting it. Overall though, a good experience. The location is ideal. Close to Naples and Fort Myers Beach. Not far from I-75. Great Value.

Clean and nice for the price- my only complaint is that the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. I called the front desk and he said sometimes the signal isn’t good but I had planned to do some work this evening and now I can’t so I’m disappointed. But the room is nice. The location is fine. I would come back, but I would have to bring a hotspot with me.

The room we had for this stay while clean the A/C pumped out mildewy smelling air. It was difficult to sleep and we all felt terrible the next day. Staff is wonderful. Parking is easy. This room was having issues as we stayed a few days before with zero problems

Just a place to stay midway between Fort Meyers and Naples. That’s how I picked it. Best thing was that our room overlooked a lake. Elevator ridiculously slow.

The hotel was not family friendly. Warren at the front desk was rude to us the minute we walked into the door. He scoffed and rolled his eyes when we asked questions about the hotel and amenities. Our room key never worked. We had to get new keys several times a day which is inconvenient when you’ve just made it up the elevator with 3 little kids. We were lectured by Warren about how to work room keys. We were not keeping them near phones or credit cards. They just didn’t work. We booked 2 roooms in our reservation and called ahead of time to ask if they could be near each other. We were told this wouldn’t be an issue (my 8 year old and my mom were sharing that room). When we arrived to the hotel the rooms were not near each other and Warren was rude about it and said “that’s just how hotels work”. We felt that Bonita Springs in general was not family friendly at all and are disappointed in our trip. On a positive note, Maria from the breakfast buffet at the hotel was absolutely wonderful!

Check in was awful. Rooms were available and they refused to check me in until 3:00pm. When I objected they could suddenly check me in for a $40 fee for a room that only rented for $60. LaQuinta needs an approach adjustment for their customers.

The help there is wonderful. Heather at the front desk is always pleasant and efficient with taking care of anything that comes up along with local tips. Maria, who handles the breakfasts, is a delight. Always happy, helpful and cheerful with all the guests. She is someone who brightens your morning and hustles to make sure everything is running smoothly and kept full. Rooms are nice and clean.

We had a wonderful stay, great staff ( Heather & Robert ) we excellent hosts and representatives of the LaQuinta Inn & Suites. They treated us like we were the most important people in the hotel, warm, caring, and accommodating. Breakfast lady was soooo super sweet and attentive to guests, selection could be better, but we enjoyed it ! We will come back again !

The overall stay we had was fine. The property could use some touch ups. We requested rooms with our travel party to be close together but we ended up being separated and on different floors. One employee at the front desk, Warren, was very unfriendly and unhelpful, seemed extremely irritated whenever we had questions, Was very rude to someone else in our travel party, and generally never seemed approachable. The rest of the staff made our stay really great though. Special shout out to Maria who was super joyful and sweet to our kids every morning at breakfast, and another special shout out to Carla the housekeeper who did a great job and was so kind to us, especially my kiddos.

This hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport. Early check in was no problem and welcome bag was thoughtful. The location was close to good restaurants and multiple beaches. Our room was clean and parking was close. I would stay here again.

I am not sure what her name was but the lady who made the breakfast was so sweet. She addressed all the guest and welcomed them. Very personable. Also one day it was extremely busy and she did very well keeping up and keeping everything full.

This La Quinta Inn is the best! The staff is outstanding! The breakfast has a great selection: scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffle machine, cereals, yogurts, breads, bagels, muffins, juice, all constantly maintained for cleaning and replenishment. Our room was clean (daily housekepping), comfortable, and renovated. The manager was very considerate to inform us ahead of time about the elevator maintenance and offered to waive cancelation fees if we chose to cancel. Then the day before our arrival, luggage assistance was offered due to the elevator maintenance. I have never been treated better. Thank you!!
