Good things, room was clean, breakfast was good, now the bad, which is alot which is why i don't recommend anyone stay here, pool and hot tub down entire 4 day trip, besides room rest of hotel was filthy, garbage outside not changed entire time we were there, a/c in room wouldn't cool room off, still 82 with it running on high, have outside courtyard but couldn't use a it was locked entire stay, desperate need of updates and drop clean

The place is large and, when I was there, appeared quite empty. The downsides were that the pool was closed as were the bar and restaurant (kitchen “damage”). Without a car, the only choice to get a meal was a Denny’s next door. The shuttle to the airport was reliable. From the airport, I had to wait a half-hour in the early evening.

Bad area of the city. Watched a druggie tackled and arrested in gas station parking lot near hotel. Chose hotel juat on the long term parking only to find when we were there there had been multiple (severe) car breakins in the past two weeks. Ended up having to pay $200 more to park at airport. Hotel was outdated, at least two of the elevators didn’t function, pool and hot tub both closed. On a positive, person behind desk was nice.

The restaurant was not open, hot tub broken, elevator out of order closer to our room, tv remote only turns on and off. When arriving after booking a king they said they had double beds available. The ine elevator that did work closed on my arm immediately after opening to get on. Overall it was a terrible experience but a cheap rate and clean room.

Very strange the way they let people pay to park in the hotel's parking lot, take up all the spots, just to fly in and out of the airport and not stay at the hotel, meanwhile guests paying to stay at the hotel have to circle the lot trying to find a place to park their car. I finally was able to park in a far away dark corner and ended up assisting a young mother who was also parked far away as she tried to get her toddler, stroller, and luggage all from her car to the entrance, in the dark cold of night. Really unacceptable to not have an area designated only for guests staying at the hotel.

Everything was great other than having issues with the elevator. It wouldn't go up, then when it did, it stopped at the 4th floor ( I was on the 8th) and then brought me back down. I did go to front desk and the manager was called right away and he walked me to the elevators and the other one opened and took me up just fine. I had to go back outside to my vehicle, and go back up again, this time a man and his 2 daughters were with me and the same thing happened. One of his daughter's pushed super hard on the buttons after it took us up and then back down, and it worked, but just a super inconvenience when its late and you just want to go to bed. I would recommend someone try fixing it. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the mishap.

I came back to this hotel because it was very nice . This time around was not as great . The bed skirt was visibly dirty, the bathtub had hairs , wallpaper was piling off the wall in the bathroom . Had to wait for hot water to come through. Lack of bath towels and face towels after requesting. Other wise great location and reasonable rates.

This probably was a nice hotel at one point, but it seems like it is deteriorating over time. The main entrance floor is chipped all over. The room had fruit flies, the TV was on the fritz, the water in the bathroom shower was warm enough to take a shower with out freezing and the refrigerator did not work. It felt more like I was staying in a 2nd rate motel.

The only area that was clean at the property was the lobby. We had to change rooms as the linen was dirty. Then the second room we had to have them change the linen in that room as well. The hallway was dirty, and the floors needed a serious mopping.

This hotel needs to be re-evaluated by Expedia and the way it is rated on their site. This hotel was GROSS. There was burn marks on furniture, what looked like blood on walls, hair rubber bands all over the floor, stains (of god knows what) running down the walls, tub that doesn’t drain, toilet that barely flushes, ceiling above tub that is about to fall in. Room had been poorly cleaned, if it was cleaned at all. Looks like the bed had been made and towels thrown in but that was about it. There were things in the fridge from last person, clothes from last person under the edge of the bed and a filthy towel thrown in with clean towel. No cups left for ice box and no trash bags put into trash can. Had to wait roughly 14 minutes for any hot water to come in the shower. The air seemed to be just barely cool despite turning it down low for the night. Overall poor experience. Pool was out of service as well which should have been displayed on website. Was just in town for a concert and was rushing at check in and check out, didn’t even bother wasting my time to complain at customer service. 0/10, would expect much more for a $300 a night hotel.

There was a lot of maintenance happening hot tub was unusable, the lobby bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper, garbage on the ground and a wig on the counter. The floor we were on smelled like mildew, and smoke. Hair all over the bathroom floor in our room. Floors were dirty throughout the building, main floor and carpets throughout. Dirty stair wells and elevator was getting jammed and going to random floors we didn’t choose to go to. Overall would not stay here again.

Original room had a bag with with chicken bones beside/under one of the beds, there was trash at the door outside of the room (pieces of paper and plastic), and there was no remote for the TV. I let the front desk know and we were moved to a new room. The bathtub drain was clogged taking a long time to drain and a yellowish water would accumulate.

Nothing felt clean, we had sticky stuff on the carpet, washcloths had stains on them, rooms and hallways smelled funky, brown stained finger prints around the bathroom, the mini fridge had crusty spills in it. We overheard a guest next to us say they found food in their room and clothing from the previous person upon their check in. Our toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush properly. After about 5 minutes in the shower, it was ice cold at 7am. Same issue the night before around 2am, I would assume that is not prime shower time for many. The neighborhood and surrounding businesses were pretty sketchy. We were in town for Morgan Wallen, so all the hotel prices were jacked up. Definitely not worth the price for our stay at this hotel.

Pros: close to the airport, airport transportation, park and fly Cons: the hotel smells like old dirty water in many places, it’s very out dated, the mattress is hard and you can feel the springs, the water doesn’t get very hot and the shower head faucet whistles very loudly the entire time you are in the shower. Won’t stay again.

Our room was clean and nice. However, just walking through the hallways, the floors were dirty and needed to be swept. It gave a negative impression of the hotel at first sight. The air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 80 degrees in there. It took the staff a while to find us a new room, but they did upgrade to a larger room, which was the proper response for our inconvenience and was appreciated. Even the hallways on the upper floors were hot. Those were our only complaints. Other than that we were satisfied.

The lobby was clearly new and refurnished, but not so for the rooms, which looked like they hadn't been redone in a couple of decades. There weren't enough towels for 4 people on check in and it took 3-4 minutes for the water to get hot for each shower.

We arrived at 9.30pm and were made to wait for 45 minutes to get the room ready, we were offered 20% discount for the trouble we went through proactively by their management. Reached out to them after 2 weeks and they are making me go in circles and later on said that the refund was already given, which they did not. Parking is terrible and they have sub rented this to the rental car agencies.

My stay was amazing only problem was hotel key kept malfunctioning. Walked up and down 4 times before maintenance was able to fix the issue. Key also never worked for side door. Sabrina at front desk helped me and was amazing.

I arrived at the hotel and waited more than 30 minutes to reach the front desk despite having already checked in online. When I got there, the girl at the front desk with a pink streak in her hair gave me the keys to a room on the 5th floor, room 520 if I'm not mistaken. I went up to the room and upon opening the door, I saw that there were suitcases and many personal items on the bed. Evidently, she gave me a room that already had guests who, fortunately, were not there at the time, otherwise, it would have been very uncomfortable to open the door to strangers. I went down to complain and they gave me another key for a different room, number 870. We went up again, but when we tried to open the door, the lock showed a yellow light and wouldn't open. I went down again to the front desk with all my luggage and quite annoyed by then. The same girl told me she had fixed it and that I should go up to the room, and if it didn't work, to call her by phone. I went up and again the key didn't work. I called her by phone and she said she would be up in a few minutes to help me. More than 10 minutes passed and she didn't come, so I called again, and she told me she was alone at the front desk and couldn't come up until her colleague returned. I went down again and she gave me a new key for another different room. I asked her to come up with me. She never apologized for all the time she made me lose. We were in town for a busy Cleveland weekend, our room was not ready despite it being 5:00pm and after check-in. The staff was wonderful, but overworked and stressed. The hotel was understaffed and everyone was scrambling to get rooms ready-an amazing effort. We changed in a lobby bathroom and our room was clean and ready when we arrived home at 1am.

We had a nice stay. The room was clean and tidy. The gym was just fine. The breakfast options were limited (eggs, potatoes, bacon, cereal, yogurt), but was hot and cooked. The eggs were actually good! The facilities are just a little run down, but would stay here again.

I booked this hotel because of the shuttle and breakfast. The front desk agent told me door 9. No shuttle ever showed up. I then called the hotel and the front desk agent told me that the shuttle driver left for the night- and I was suppose to go to SPOT 9. The first person told me it was door 9. Then I got up 1 hour before breakfast was suppose to be over and went down to eat. No breakfast! I asked the front desk agent where the breakfast was- to be told that they closed breakfast earlier because no one showed up. Very disappointed in my stay here.
