Let me preface my comments with the fact that we were credited with some money because we complained, and that the property is under new management. DO NOT GO HERE. It took over a hour to check in…only one very sweet patient person at the desk, and a long line. The halls and elevators are dirty with food wrappers and leaves, and the walls are smudged with gross stuff. We had maybe 1/4 roll of toilet paper, and 1 set of towels in the room. We were able to get more towels at the desk but not toilet paper til the next day when the manager brought us some. There was no lock on the side door, anyone could enter. Every trash barrel was full of take out trash. It was noisy at night. The water in the shower was scalding hot and you could not regulate it….so unable to shower. The room itself was a bit shabby, but at least the sheets seemed clean. The fire alarm went off at 2:30 AM , which meant a panic stricken walk down several flights of stairs and a walk around the building, but thankfully no fire. It went off again at 5:30 AM. All in all a nightmare stay.
