Beautiful building. Excellent staff. Clean, spacious room. Good beds and pillows. Good bathroom. Only a few issues- very limited food choices at hotel restaurant. Shower a bit weak. Toilet set wouldn’t stay up for male urination. That was frustrating! Great location.

Great hotel with tons of room for my family of 4. We had an arcade view and they were having a wedding since it was a Saturday night. It was very nice to walk around town from there as well. We used self park right next to the hotel.

Easy check-in, hotel was very unique utilizing the old arcade building from 1890. Rooms were larger than most in this price range. We self parked right next door for $35/night. Several restaurants are in the hotel, but you are in one of the best restaurant areas in the city. We walked to most places including an easy walk to Progressive Field. We highly recommend this hotel

The hotel itself is so cool! As we were checking in, one of the front desk staff gave us a brief history, which made it that much cooler. We had an arcade view room, which was great for us so we could check out all the architecture and old details that we love to see. The door to our room had a rather large old mail slot that anyone walking by could open for an almost full view of our bed, but other than that we loved everything about the original touches. There was a wedding happening, but the staff informed us what time it would be over. I wouldn't necessarily recommend an arcade view room if you need quiet to sleep and/or need to get to bed early, especially if there is an event. The wedding was over at 11, but loud drunken guests were out there later than that. There was also a parking garage right outside our window. Not anything the hotel could help, and it wasn't a problem for us. The TV drowned it out. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was great, everything was clean, and the staff was super helpful. We couldn't ask for more!

The Arcade was really a cool structure, but somewhat of a ghost town currently. The hotel layout lent itself to noise problems, which we avoided in the middle of the week. Not having the bar or restaurant open until 4 pm was not good customer service.

Great hotel. Valet parking was a little bit of a pain in the rear end. It was always a 20 min wait to get my vehicle and my first night there was no valet on site at night time for me to get to my car and retrieve a bag I left inside it. Otherwise, it’s a excellent hotel overall.

The Arcade is a very cool place to stay. It's in downtown and in close walking distance to shops and a great restaurant area as well. The hotel was very clean and the room was amazing! The only negative for us was the parking situation. It's confusing where to pull up in front of the hotel to check in and you feel almost obligated to get valet parking at $50/ night. You can leave your luggage at the front of the hotel with valet and park in a nearby parking garage cheaper but then have to walk a good distance back to the hotel to get your things. Its a bit of a hassle so we opted for the valet. Didn't bother us just letting others know. Overall a great experience.

We paid $1000 per night here and honestly not worth it Cool property, rooms are updated but very musty. Bottled water(basic) was $4 per bottle in the room. I get that mini fridges are expensive but it wasn’t figi water and I spent $1000 lol Service was mediocre, we called for extra towels and they never came Breakfast on site for 2 adults and 2 kids was $140 I don’t think we will ever stay again

Bathroom had issues .. mold around toilet and in shower. Door handle on shower very loose and floor would be covered with water after shower.. probably why there was mold around toilet. White towels had stains on them.. the rest of the room was great and so was the staff!

I think hotels need to disclose to customers where the rooms are before getting a key and going to their room. Our room was 40 feet away from the parking garage and commotion was going on until 3 in the morning. Cop cars, disturbances etc. The window sill had cobwebs, light fixture was covered in dust, lamp light would not stop flickering, the bathroom ceiling had not been touched our wiped it looked like in years. I have stayed at this property many times and this room was the worst it’s ever been

Arrived to a dirty room, to which I needed to switch. Rooms are subpar for the rate and expectations of a Hyatt. I will choose to stay elsewhere when in Cleveland again and put my recommendation to avoid this property as well.

Beautiful building, room 305 was facing the street and was very loud due to motorcyclists on harley's crusing up and down the street until the early am hours making as much noise as possible. Had to unplug the LED night lights in the room as they were super bright, otherwise a nice hotel.

This hotel is unique in the aspect of the layout - beautiful renaissance type renovated building with a huge shopping “mall” type area in the middle - separating the guest rooms from the entrance/lobby. With this being said, there are no microwaves in the guest rooms. When I asked the front desk attendant, where I could warm my food at, he pointed at the smallest microwave I’ve ever seen sitting on a table in the lobby. He also said that there were microwaves near the ice machines on the even numbered floors, to which I replied oh, that’s so convenient, thank you. There were not microwaves located near the ice machines as he indicated, not even a stand or a shelf where one would sit. The walk from our room to the actual tiny microwave is about a half a mile. My daughter and I had bowls of rice to reheat. The microwave was so weak that it took over three minutes just to heat one bowl. By the time we made it back to our room, the first bowl was cold again. Highly inconvenient and disrespectful if you ask me to have such a SINGLE, worthless piece of equipment when guests pay close to $300 a night to stay here. You could at least offer a top-of-the-line microwave. Or maybe a station near the guest rooms, as the clerk indicated. We checked every even floor before making our way back to the lobby.

Stayed here the night before the Cleveland marathon. What person thought it would be a good idea to not notify guests there would be a wedding hosted here the same night. Was told we were in one of the quietest rooms but was lied too. Felt like I was at a Taylor swift concert. Incredibly loud I couldn’t think or relax. Terrible and inconsiderate. Screaming and blaring music until very late will never stay here again. If I get any sleep I will be lucky.

This is a beautiful building and a great location. The bed was old and broken from too much use. The bed had large soft divots that make it terrible to sleep. The room was clean, but the room could have used some updates. All of the shopping and restaurants (besides the Hyatt restaurant) were closed down, so the idea of the hotel being in the arcade kind of losing its appeal.

Room was pretty sparse yet comfortable. Bathroom is somewhat small also. You can't beat the location. There was a wedding going on and it was very quiet in the room. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Had breakfast both mornings and the service was quick and great.

The hotel was clean the staff was great. A few little hiccups. About ten minutes after we got into our hotel room another couple walked in which was very uncomfortable and we then the next day we walked out of our room and someone was smoking weed in the hotel, that whole side of the hallway reeked. The hotel handled it great though and compensated some back to us to make up for it. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and clean

A hotel is its employees, and this Hyatt has such personable and competent employees. Letitia at the front desk was very helpful. Enjoyed talking with the bar staff and restaurant staff. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed for two nights and really had a great time. The Hyatt is quiet, safe, and convenient. We walked to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame-found some great restaurants and coffee shops along the way. We ate in the 1890 Lounge and Becky was excellent behind the bar. Would definitely recommend.

I loved the unique arcade setting and the room was nice, however the air conditioning did not work well right away and the room was not cleaned and we had to say something. The manager gave us $75 credit for the restaurant, but the food was atrocious at the restaurant.

Highly recommend this hotel if going to downtown Cleveland. The restaurant breakfast was just okay however the manager was very friendly. Did have a couple of drinks in the bar and the bartenders we're not very friendly at all. Check in and out with seamless and the valet staff was great. The pizza place on the corner has awesome pizza. Our room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is older but has been updated very nicely. Room was comfy and clean, and room service was great. The restaurant was closed for updating but food was still available at the cool little bar or thru room service. Unfortunately, we got assigned a room that was right above the loading dock and the trash pickup area, and there was a lot of noise throughout 2 nights of our stay. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay there. It’s in downtown Cleveland and there were cool bars, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again but would request a room on the other side of yhe arcade.

Beautiful Hotel! Reception staff was excellent! bar Bar staff was excellent. However the food disgusting. The grilled chicken salad I ordered was inedible. The chicken was so dry, cold, and hard it was disappointing after a long day of travel and an otherwise flawless experience.
